    Perbedaan Persepsi Merokok Antara Siswa

    A child generally likes to pay attention and do something by his parents. One of unhealthy behaviors of parents is smoking. Parents who smoke will affect the child's perception of smoking. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the perceptions of smoking among male students at primary school (IV – VI grade) differ with parents who smoke and not smoke in the Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantoro Rembang. This study was a quantitative with a survey approach recruited 176 respondents of elementary male students (IV-VI grade) in the Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantoro Rembang. The instrument in the study was a questionnaire for male students perception of smoking in elementary. The process and analysis data used statistical method. The results showed any differences male students perceptions of smoke among elementary school (IV - VI grade) with fathers who smoke and not smoke where ρ-value was 0,000 at α 0.05. The conclution there were perceptions differences of smoking among male students at primary school (IV – VI grade) with parents who smoke and not smoke.Therefore, parents must provide a correct knowledge and a good example of smoking so that students have a negative perception or disagree with smokin

    Business competition demands a company to apply a strategic plan to meet the needs of consumers in the development of products to improved quality, performance, and a reduction in costs and time of production. PT XYZ is one of the manufacturing company that produce spring bed products, keep trying to meet consumer needs with a high quality product. Problems that occur on company is redesign component product spring bed that cause the longer production time and the higher of the unit cost product. The purpose of this research is to identify the causes of the occurance of a waste of time and cost in the process of making product with Quality Function Deployment(QFD) method. QFD used to identify consumer needs that connects between technical characteristics of the product. Technical characteristics of products that have the highest value shows that these technical characteristics are the focus of the problem faced by the company, while the attributes of consumer needs that has the highest value are things that should be fixed to address existing problems. The result showed that performance of the technical characteristics with the highest value is part family and similarity in the base of the structure of component with each value degrees interests about 20 %, while the ten attributes of consumers needs that gain the highest relative weight is variable type of mattress foam with the value of relative weight about 16,29

    PT Laju Perdana is one of company which engaged in sugars' production, and it's located in Pakis village, Pati. The main ingredient of sugar, well known as sugar cane is milled through some stage, i.e milling, purification, evaporation, boiling, centrifuge, dan packaging. In order to make sugar, the labor have to face many overheat and sharp mechanic machine which is dangerous for them. According to the past research, there were many accident in the workplace especially in mill boiler department. In order to make zero accident, the company must manage some risk management and HSE (Health Safety Environment).Reseach method using descriptive semi quantitative with Job safety analysis and risk analysis semi quantitative AS/ NZS 4360:1999/2004. So health and safety work risk analysis can be obtained with hierarchy risk control so that three highest risks reduced, that is afire 90%, hit by vehicle 94% and low back pain 96%

    This research aims to analyse effectivity of technical analysis moving average compare to buy and hold strategy on index LQ-45 (as emerging market) and S&P500 (as developed market). Using descriptive approach, this research analysed by metastock program with moving average exponential crossovers method. This research data samples use LQ45 and S&P500 from year 2001-2011. The findings of this research indicate that technical analysis more effective when economic situation on crisis (bearish).     Vibration control of semi-active suspension system using modified skyhook with advanced firefly algorithm

    The semi-active suspension (SAS) system is a partial suspension device used in the vehicle system to improve the ride comfort and road handling. Due to the high non-linearity of the road profile disturbances plus uncertainties derived from vehicle dynamics, a conventional Skyhook controller is not deemed enough for the vehicle system to improve the performance. A major problem of the implementation of the controller is to optimize a proper parameter as this is an important element in demanding a good controller response. An advanced Firefly Algorithm (AFA) integrated with the modified skyhook (MSky) is proposed to enhance the robustness of the system and thus able to improve the vehicle ride comfort. In this paper, the controller scheme to be known as MSky-AFA was validated via MATLAB simulation environment. A different optimizer based on the original firefly algorithm (FA) is also studied in order to compute the parameter of the MSky controller. This control scheme to be known as MSky-FA was evaluated and compared to the proposed MSky-AFA as well as the passive suspension control. The results clearly exhibit more superior and better response of the MSky-AFA in reducing the body acceleration and displacement amplitude in comparison to the MSky-FA and passive counterparts for a sinusoidal road profile condition

    Development of an indoor air quality checklist for risk assessment of indoor air pollutants by semiquantitative score in nonindustrial workplaces

    Background: To meet the current diversified health needs in workplaces, especially in nonindustrial workplaces in developing countries, an indoor air quality (IAQ) component of a participatory occupational safety and health survey should be included. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate and suggest a multidisciplinary, integrated IAQ checklist for evaluating the health risk of building occupants. This IAQ checklist proposed to support employers, workers, and assessors in understanding a wide range of important elements in the indoor air environment to promote awareness in nonindustrial workplaces. Methods: The general structure of and specific items in the IAQ checklist were discussed in a focus group meeting with IAQ assessors based upon the result of a literature review, previous industrial code of practice, and previous interviews with company employers and workers. Results: For practicality and validity, several sessions were held to elicit the opinions of company members, and, as a result, modifications were made. The newly developed IAQ checklist was finally formulated, consisting of seven core areas, nine technical areas, and 71 essential items. Each item was linked to a suitable section in the Industry Code of Practice on Indoor Air Quality published by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health. Conclusion: Combined usage of an IAQ checklist with the information from the Industry Code of Practice on Indoor Air Quality would provide easily comprehensible information and practical support. Intervention and evaluation studies using this newly developed IAQ checklist will clarify the effectiveness of a new approach in evaluating the risk of indoor air pollutants in the workplace

    The main subject of research is Container Position and Notary Authority in Making the Transitional Deed, with the formulation of the problem What is the position of Container House as a moving object and What is the notary's authority in making the Container House transitional deed. The conclusion is as follows: The position of Container House as a moving object, that container as an object that is valuable goods, property as a wealth, to the holder as the subject of rights is a private body or persoon, the right object is called an object, which means that the object of rights is object. Containers can be privately owned in the sense of individuals or legal entities, who are both legal subjects and can act according to law. Containers either as movable objects or immovable objects (planted in land parcels) can be used as objects of property rights in accordance with the provisions of Article 489 of the Civil Code. The authority of the notary in making Container House transfer deed, that the container building, the transfer of rights if built together with the land and the owner of the container building will divert the container along with the land can be proven by PPJB deed made before a notary or AJB made before PPAT. If the container building is only affixed, so that if it is transferred it does not damage the basic objects, the transfer of rights can be done with PPJB or with AJB made before a notar
