Pengaruh Electronic Word Of Mouth, Kepercayaan, Dan Kepuasan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Survey Pada Pelanggan Lazada Di Wilayah Bandung Timur)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat mengenai electronic word of mouth, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan serta untuk mengetahui pengeruhnya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada e-commerca Lazada yang berada di wilayah Bandung timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling insidental. dan teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner. Jumlah responden yang diteliti adalah 115 responden yang diambil dari wilayah Bandung timur. Serta pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukan Masih kurang baiknya electronic word of mouth tentang Lazada, kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan sehingga akan berdampak pada turunnya loyalitas pelanggan. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan Lazada dapat memperbaii kembali pelayanan penjual dan pelayanan dari pihak Lazada sendiri. Supaya tidak ada lagi keluhan maupun komentar negatif dari pelanggan

Membentuk Karakter Siswa Melalui Pembelajaran Seni Rupa di SMP Islam Pacet

This research aims to examine the role of fine arts learning in character formation of students at Pacet Islamic Middle School using a neuroaesthetic approach. Fine art is not only seen as a medium for visual expression, but also as a means of cognitive and emotional development that contributes to the formation of positive characters, such as creativity, discipline, cooperation and responsibility. A neuroaesthetic approach is used to understand how students' brains respond to aesthetic stimuli in the art learning process and how these experiences influence the development of moral and ethical values. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects involved class VIII students at Pacet Islamic Middle School. The research results show that fine arts learning is able to stimulate students' character development through various creative and aesthetic activities. Visual stimulation provided through fine art media influences brain functions related to emotion and cognition, which in turn facilitates the formation of better character. The conclusion of this research is that fine arts as part of education not only improves students' aesthetic abilities, but also makes a significant contribution to the formation of their character. Therefore, fine arts learning should be integrated more deeply into the educational curriculum to optimize student potential, both in terms of academics and character formation

IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN PASIEN DI RUMAH SAKIT MITRA ANUGRAH LESTARI KOTA CIMAHI

Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu tempat pelayanan kesehatan yang berstandar, bermutu, dan aman  yang mengutamakan kepentingan pasien. Rumah sakit bisa disebut sebagai tempat berkumpulnya orang sakit maupun orang sehat atau dapat menjadi tempat penularan penyakit. Penelitian ini berfokus pada gambaran manajemen keselamatan pasien, gambaran pencatatan dan pelaporan di Rumah Sakit Mitra Anugrah Lestari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi manajemen keselamatan pasien, sistem pelaporan dan pencatatan insiden keselamatan pasien, serta menganalisis standar keselamatan pasien. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil dengan kajian literatur terdahulu. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah orang yang mengetahui permasalahan secara mendalam, dimana narasumber tersebut mampu dan memiliki pengetahuan luas serta bersedia memberikan informasi dengan baik dalam prises penyelenggaran enam sasaan keselamatan pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari enam sasaran keselamatan pasien ada dua yang belum tercapai dengan baik yaitu peningkatan keamanan obat dan kepastian tepat lokasi, tepat prosedur, tepat pasien operasi. Pelaporan, pencatan, analisis, dan solusi dalam mengatasi masalah yang terjadi sangat bergyna dalam penerapan manajemen keselamatan pasien

Studi kelayakan bisnis adalah sebuah studi yang bertujuan mengukur kelayakan proyek bisnis, identifikasi potensi masalah dan membahas bagaimana solusinya. Penelitian study kelayakan bisnis ini dilakukan di CV Mekar Laksana Jaya, toko bahan bangunan yang berlokasi di Jalan Majalaya – Cicalengka Kampung Bojong Rt 01/02 Kabupaten Bandung. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dalam penelitian diperoleh temuan diantaranya, kenyamanan melakukan transaksi yang konvensional dengan menggunakan bon manual, sdm masih recruitment by family dan sebagainya. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesadaran bahwa semakin berkembangnya perusahaan maka tantangan semakin berat sehingga harus ada penyesuaian kinerja. Beberapa aspek yang perlu diperbaiki diantaranya, Aspek manajemen bisnis, pemasaran, manajemen produksi, sumber daya manusia, dan Aspek keuangan. Pengaruh Akuntabilitas Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kualitas Audit (Survey Pada Kantor Akuntan Publik Di Bandung)

Public accounting profession (auditors) ison atough situation, because there are public accountants who still disobey SKPN and that affects opinion results. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of accountability and competenceon audit qualityat Public Accounting Firm in Bandung, either simultaneously or partially. Accountability is the obligation of agent to be responsible for all activities to agent and Competence is auditor must have the ability , skill and experience to be able to support a conclusion that will be taken, both this variables effect on audit quality. This study use multiple regression analysis. The unit analysis in this research is supervisors who work in Public Accounting Firm in Bandung. Amout of population that use in this research are 60 auditors, while the sample obtained are 24 supervisors. Result of this study show that acountibility and competence simultaneously have a significant influence on audit quality. Accountability significant positive effect on the audit quality and Competence significant positive effect on audit quality

Measurement of the Efficiency of Monetary Policy

Since 2000, monetary policy in Indonesia started to use Inflation Targeting Framework (ITF). To evaluate the performance of the monetary policy, it requires efficiency indicators. The measurement of the efficiency of monetary policy is based on inflation and output variations. This paper formulates a method for measuring the efficiency of monetary policy and applies it in Indonesia. It finds that since the implementation of ITF, the efficiency of monetary policy has not changed significantly. However, the efficiency of monetary policy tends to increase after the full implementation of the ITF framework after 2005 than in the transition period of 2000-2005

AbstractCoffee is one of the main agricultural products that make a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, namely as a source of foreign exchange earnings, a source of income for farmers, producer of industrial raw materials, job creation and regional development. The Mukti Kopi Cipaganti Farmers Group is a gathering place for all farmers who have plantation land that has not been processed optimally. The problems faced by Cipaganti coffee farmers with the waluya brand are quite complex. On the other hand, the level of coffee productivity is very low compared to other regions in Indonesia. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method called natural research and uses a descriptive analytical method. The strategy formulation technique uses SWOT analysis and Business Model Canvas (BMC) to get an overview of the development of the Mukti Kopi Cipaganti Farmer Group. Market development, market penetration and product development. Investigating the relationship between monetary policy, macro-prudential policy and credit risk in Indonesia banking industry

Using a novel panel data set we study the influence of monetary and macro-prudential policies on non-performing loans as a measure of credit risk in Indonesian banking industry from Q1 2010 to Q4 2022. The panel homogeneity assumption was verified through the utilization of the Chow and Roy-Zellner tests. The findings showed that the model was not homogenous, necessitating the use of the Pooled Mean Group (PMG) estimator. The results indicated that monetary and macro-prudential policies significantly impacted credit risk. Furthermore, tight monetary and macro-prudential policies increased and reduced credit risk in the long run, respectively. The findings also showed that a loosening monetary policy reduced credit risk in the short run. Therefore, higher authorities must establish effective monetary and macro-prudential policies to reduce the non-performing loan ratio and maintain credit risk in Indonesia\u27s banking industry

Evaluation of central bank independence, macroprudential policy, and credit gap in developing countries

DATA AVAILABILITY STATEMENT : All relevant data are within the paper and its Supporting Information files.This study aims to examine whether Central Bank Independence (CBI) and Macroprudential Policy (MAPP) are capable of assisting the improvement of stability in the financial system, regarding the credit gap for 20 developing markets from 2000 to 2021. To examine this financial association, a panel threshold nonlinear model was implemented, based on the potentially time-varying influence of the CBI and MAPP index on the credit gap. The effects of this relationship also emphasized the CBI degree, whose greater level often stabilized the financial sector better. In this case, a stronger effect is commonly prioritized when CBI is below its trend. Based on the analysis, the selected experimental countries were categorized into two groups. The results showed that the nations with a higher CBI degree had greater stability in the financial system. Tighter MAPP also improved financial stability when CBI was below its trend.
