    Riset ini mengkaji tentang Pola Perilaku Pencarian Informasi Dosen CPNS  Unila Berbasis Literatur Elektronik dan mengevaluasi keterpakaian sumber-sumber literatur elektronik yang diakses oleh dosen-dosen tersebut. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrument survey. Riset ini menghasilkan pola perilaku pencarian informasi dosen CPNS Unila, pemetaan keterpakaian sumber informasi elektronik. Jadi riset ini tidak hanya mengkaji soal perilaku pencarian informasi dan kebutuhan informasi dosen saja, akan tetapi berupaya melihat keterpakaian literatur-literatur elektronik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model perilaku pencarian informasi dari Ellis. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh pola perilaku pencarian informasi dosen CPNS Unila dimulai dari tahapan starting sebesar 90%, chaining sebesar 93,4%, browsing sebesar 76,56%, differentitating sebesar 100%, monitoring sebesar 100%, dan extracting sebesar 94,25% yang merupakan model pencarian informasi dari teori model Ellis. Selain itu, sumber-sumber informasi yang digunakan oleh dosen CPNS Unila dalam ketermanfaatan literature-literatur elektronik yang dilanggan menggunakan Springer dikarenakan memiliki subject keilmuan yang beragam dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran maupun penelitian para dosen CPNS Unila

    (Objectives) This research examines the Effectiveness of Online Library Services in the New Normal Era. As we all know, it has been almost two years since the world has experienced a COVID-19 pandemic.This also has an impact on library institutions, where the library is the parent of the School/University Institution itself. With these conditions, like it or not, libraries are also required to continue to provide excellent service even in the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic in order to continue to support an optimal learning process. The UPT Library of the University of Lampung is under the auspices of the University of Lampung, currently the UPT of the library is trying to adapt to the "New Normal" situation where it continues to provide online library services to users.  (Method) This research used kuantitative descriptive survey method (Findings) The results of the study found that the Online Library Services UPT Lampung University Library was effective for the category of program success, the success of the intended goals, and input for achieving overall goals. However, for the category of satisfaction with the output level program, it is still quite effective, this is because there is still quite a long time needed to access e-resources services and verify scientific papers that are perceived by users. In this case, the UPT of the University of Lampung library can make improvements and updates to the online services provided so that the level of satisfaction with the program can be effective

    Penggunaan buku audio dianggap lebih efektif karena kelompok tunanetra biasanya lebih fokus dalam hal pendengaran. Media audio dapat memaksimalkan indra yang masih dimiliki oleh orang buta, indera pendengaran. Audiobook  merupakan rekaman teks buku atau tulisan lisan dalam bentuk audio yang dapat didengarkan oleh audien dengan isi/substansi sama seperti ketika mereka membaca buku. Audiobook sendiri memiliki banyak manfaat dibandingkan dengan media lainya apalagi sebagai alternative media pembelajaran. Sebagai media pelajaran bagi kelompok tunanetra, dengan menggunakan  Audiobook  secara tidak langsung dapat menguasai teknologi informasi atau IPTEK. Dengan koleksi bacaan yang lebih variatif sehingga mampu mendorong siswa SLB-A Bina Insani untuk meningkatkan minat baca. Tujuan akhir penulis untuk SLB-A Bina Insani yaitu diharapkan dapat membantu dalam  meningkatkan minat baca di SLB-A Bina Insani, dikarenakan jenjang Sekolah Dasar (SD) menjadi titik awal pengembangan kemampuan literasi di pendidikan formal. Di level ini, peserta didik dikenalkan dengan keterampilan literasi dasar yaitu keterampilan mendengarkan, berbicara, membaca dan menulis. Keterampilan ini akan berkembang dengan adanya pembiasaan dan bertujuan untuk menciptakaan SDM yang unggul dan mandiri di era revolusi industri 4.0

    The purpose of this research is to increase knowledge and understanding as well as digital literacy of the Darussa'adah Islamic Boarding School students in Bandar Lampung about the importance of access and adoption of healthy and safe internet technology. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques using surveys. The results of this study indicate that the mastery of the concept of global citizenship by the students still cannot be understood explicitly, so that further understanding of the students is needed. Most of the students of Darussa'adah Islamic Boarding School still do not have digital literacy skills effectively and efficiently. By doing digital literacy, it is expected to be able to better understand and be able to have cognitive, communicative abilities, have the ability in creativity, have self-confidence and have a critical attitude in consuming media so as to avoid hoax and fake news, so that information received through social media can accountable for the truth. The conclusion of this study is the need to provide a set of literacy competencies, especially digital literacy when surfing the internet, including the importance of how to access the internet in a healthy and safe manner for students and a basic understanding of ethics and culture as well as searching for the right information on the internet, so that students can face challenges as global citizenship

    As the development of Information and Communication Technology in various fields, notably the Library information required to be able to keep up with technology. Starting from the library manual changes to the digital library, to the growing trend in the world today, namely M-Library. M-Library is an application that can access the library through a smartphone, so the information can be quickly and easily obtained from our finger. Library of UGM makes new inroads with mobile service apps m- library UGM that can be accessed for smartphone users, so can easily access the library anywhere and anytime through their smartphone. The problem in this study is what factors affect the utilization of the application mlibrary UGM by using the theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).This research method is quantitative research by giving questionnaires to respondents mlibrary UGM users to test the hypothesis. Data analysis to test the validity, reliability testing and test hypotheses using smartPLS. Overall the results of this study it can be concluded that out of twelve hypotheses proposed in this study the hypothesisthere are nine is accepted and three hypotheses are rejected. Accepted hypothesis that Complexity Effect to Perceived Usefulness, Relevance toPerceived Usefulness, Subjective Norm to Perceived Usefulness, Screen Design to Perceived Easy of Use, Mobility to Perceived Easy of Use, Perceived Easy of Use to Perceived Usefulness, perceived Usefulness to Intention to Use, Perceived Easy of Use to Intention to Use, Intention to Use to Actual to Use. While the three hypotheses are rejected Experience to Perceived Usefulness, Screen Design to Perceived Usefulness, Mobility to Perceived Usefulness. Furthermore, the theoretical contribution of this research found that the tendency to use the application mlibrary originated from Screen Design factors, as Screen Design is the first thing seen by the user (user interface) is very important to note.     Pemetaan Digital Literacy Competencies Guru Madrasah Aliyah di Bandar Lampung Pada Era Digital Native Generation

    Students today are a digital native generation, which since birth have been surrounded and familiar with the development of ICT. So that this generation has different characters including learning styles. To be able to keep up with and follow the learning styles of students, a teacher is required to have skills in literacy, especially digital literacy. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and data collection using questionnaires, interviews, literature study, and triangulation. Furthermore, the determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach and deepened with qualitative analysis. The results of the research show that the digital literacy competencies of MA teachers in Bandar Lampung are seen from the categories, (1). Internet searching "most" of the teachers already have a fairly good competence. (2). Hypertext Navigation, only "half of it" are competent (3). Content evaluation, there are not half or only "almost half" who already have competence (4). In the knowledge assembly category, "in general" the teachers already have competence. The conclusion is that attention and efforts are still needed to improve the digital literacy competence of MA teachers in Bandar Lampung, especially in the hypertext navigation and content evaluation categories
