Design of experimental device for visualization of axial forces in bolted connections

V této bakalářské práci je zhotoven konstrukční návrh experimentálního zařízení, které bude schopno měřit předpětí ve šroubových spojích. V první části práce je provedena rešerše o současném stavu poznání šroubových spojů v závislosti na použití různých typů maziva. Na základě těchto informací jsou navrženy 3 konstrukční varianty. Zvolená varianta je detailně popsána se svými výhodami i nevýhodami. Finální návrh je zpracován ve formě výkresové dokumentace a elektronických 3D modelů.In the bachelor's thesis is created design experimental device that will be able to measure preload in bolted joints. The first part of thesis deals with research study of the current state of knowledge of bolted joints, depending on the use of different types of lubricants. According to informations, 3 different variants are introduced. The selected variant is described in detail with their advatnages and disadvantages. The final design is developed into technical drawing and electronic 3D models.

Phosphate Rocks

Apatite is the most abundant phosphate mineral which include more than 95% of al phosphorus in the Earth´s crust. The seventh chapter of this book provides brief description of sedimentary and igneous phosphate rocks and introduces basic ideas for characterization and classification of phosphate rocks. The chapter continues with description of biogenic apatites, description of phosphate rocks deposits and introduces other sources of phosphorus. Furthermore, geological role of apatite, cycle of phosphorus, weathering of apatite, fission track analysis and extraterrestrial apatites were described. The last section is dedicated to structure and properties important of non-apatitic phosphate minerals, such as atuanite, crandallite, lazulite, millisite, monazite, tobernite, xenotime etc

Cogeneration power plant

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zásobováním tepelné a elektrické energie malého rodinného domu, spalujícího zemní plyn. První část je obecná, věnována kogenerační technologii, nejvíce však kogenerační jednotce na bázi spalovacího motoru. V druhé části se zabývám energetickou bilancí budov. Část třetí a čtvrtá je jíž věnována konkrétnímu výpočtu vhodnosti nasazení kogenerační jednotky do malého rodinného domu. Kvůli malému finančnímu rozdílu a vysokým investičním nákladům, při tak malé spotřebě tepla a elektřiny je tato technologie pro dané použití nevhodná.This bachelor thesis deals with heat and power supply of the family house, which uses natural gas.The first part reveals cogeneration technology in general, especially cogeneration unit based on gas-engine (internal combustion engine).In the second part, the thesis focuses on energy budget (power-balance sheet) issue. Finally, the third and fourth chapter, deal with particular calculation of usability of cogeneration unit in the small family house. Due to a small final financial difference and large investment costs, with such a low heat and power consumption, this technology is unsuitable for this type of usage.

Water treatment for hemodialysis

Přináší stručný přehled metod nahrazujících funkci ledvin, shrnuje jejich fyzikálně-chemický princip a pouţití. Popisuje význam a funkci jednotlivých komponent strojního a přístrojového vybavení speciálních nemocničních úpraven vod, jejichţ produktem je permeát, tedy tekutina pouţívaná jako nosný roztok přiváděný k polopropustné membráně dialyzačních monitorů. Other Minerals from the Supergroup of Apatite

The supergroup of apatite is divided into five groups of minerals. Therefore, minerals from the group of apatite were described in the first chapter, the second chapter of this book continues with description of minerals from the other four groups, i.e. minerals from the group of britholite, belovite, ellestadite and hedyphane. The structure, properties and known localities of these minerals were described. Although carbonate-apatite species are discredited from the IMA list of minerals, the chapter ends with description of structure and properties of carbonate-hydroxylapatite, carbonate-fluorapatite, and carbonate-rich varieties of apatite, i.e. francolite, dahlite, kurskite and collophane. The introduced three basic types of carbonate-apatites, i.e. type A, B and AB) are then discussed in Chapter 10 in depth

Episodic neurologic disorders: syndromes, genes, and mechanisms.

Many neurologic diseases cause discrete episodic impairment in contrast with progressive deterioration. The symptoms of these episodic disorders exhibit striking variety. Herein we review what is known of the phenotypes, genetics, and pathophysiology of episodic neurologic disorders. Of these, most are genetically complex, with unknown or polygenic inheritance. In contrast, a fascinating panoply of episodic disorders exhibit Mendelian inheritance. We classify episodic Mendelian disorders according to the primary neuroanatomical location affected: skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle, neuromuscular junction, peripheral nerve, or central nervous system (CNS). Most known Mendelian mutations alter genes that encode membrane-bound ion channels. These mutations cause ion channel dysfunction, which ultimately leads to altered membrane excitability as manifested by episodic disease. Other Mendelian disease genes encode proteins essential for ion channel trafficking or stability. These observations have cemented the channelopathy paradigm, in which episodic disorders are conceptualized as disorders of ion channels. However, we expand on this paradigm to propose that dysfunction at the synaptic and neuronal circuit levels may underlie some episodic neurologic entities

Object Detection in Images

Tato práce pojednává o problematice detekce objektů a popisuje teoretická východiska detekce založené na boostingu, algoritmu AdaBoost a Haarových příznacích v roli slabých klasifikátorů. Dále se tato práce zabývá návrhem a implementací trénovací a detekční aplikace založené na knihovnách OpenCV a wxWidgets. K závěru popisuje test trénování a detekce obličejů provedený v implementované aplikaci.This work deals with the problem of object detection in images and describes theoretical backgrounds of detection based on boosting, AdaBoost algorithm and Haar-like features as weak classifiers. Further this work engages in design and implementation of a training and detection application based on OpenCV and wxWidgets libraries. To the end it shows a training and face detection test performed in the implemented application.

Import 03/11/2016Obsahem této bakalářské práce je popsat mé působení ve firmě ECHOpix s.r.o. na pozici developera mobilních aplikací pro mobilní zařízení s operačním systémem Android. V prní části se zmíním o zaměření a oblast působení této firmy, poté popíšu jednotlivá zadání, případné problémy a jejich řešení a v neposlední řadě také využité technologie. Na závěr práce bych rád shrnul jaké znalosti jsem při absolvování této praxe nabyl a pokusím se je dát do kontrastu se znalostmi, které jsem získal ve škole.Content of this bachelor thesis is my work experience in ECHOpix s.r.o. as developer of mobile applications with the focus on mobile devices running Android operation system. In the first part I will talk about the area of expertise of said company, afterwards I will talk about my tasks, problems, solutions associated with these tasks and technologies I used while solving them.
