The Czech theologian and Franciscan Zdeněk Bonaventura Bouše was chosen as the starting point, especially his texts on the Church. His texts are read according to the interpretive key, which was chosen to be the verse in the Gospel of John where Jesus declares that he is the Way, the Truth and the Life. In the first chapter, this scripture (John 14:6) is discussed and applied to the Church. This leads to a characterization of the Church that is on the way, striving for truthfulness and is full of real life. It is according to this key that Bouché's texts are read and interpreted in the second chapter. The main part of the work is the chapter three. Here the three dimensions of the Church (on the way, striving for truthfulness and full of life) are discussed in specific terms in relation to the situation of the Church in the Czech Republic. Keywords The Church, searching for the way, truthfulness, life, form of living, form of the Church, Practical theologyKatedra církevních dějin a literární historieDepartment of Ecclesiastical History and Literary HistoryKatolická teologická fakultaCatholic Theological Facult

Dormancy of barley belongs today to the parameters of malting barley quality evaluation. Intensity of barley dormancy was checked by determination of germination energy on Petri dishes with 4 ml of water after 72 hours in a thermostat at 20 °C. Germination rate was determined by the calculation from the data of germination energy pursuant to the previously published formula. Determination of germination energy of malting barley was done in 2001 to 2003 always 6 weeks after harvest. The following malting barley varieties were assessed - Jersey, Kompakt, Prestige, Scarlett, and Tolar, they are the principal malting varieties. Samples were selected based on the following quality parameters: protein content in barley is from 10 to 12 % in dry matter and germination capacity of barley is higher than 96 %. It was demonstrated that the number of forecrops after which barley is grown, was significantly increased. It was confirmed that dormancy of barley was mostly influenced by year, differences among varieties were small. Tuber crops were the best forecrop (forecrop with the best germination energy), there is not a statistically significant difference between oil crops and cereals. It was demonstrated that use of calculation of germination rate from the data of germination energy would enable to distinguish the effect of individual factors more explicitly. The presented results were acquired in the framework of the solution of the research project NAZV, reg. no. QC 1096 "Research on Factors of Optimation of Cereal Production Quality in the CR" which was solved in 2001-2004.Dormancy of barley belongs today to the parameters of malting barley quality evaluation. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze a general technique which can quantify the process, focusing on typical quantities characterizing the projects. The aim of this analysis is to identify options and approaches to measure the quality of the process / project. Outset will discuss the environment, which is necessary requirement for successful collection of relevant data. For these purposes, it seems to be most appropriate the procedural approach to organization management. The next chapter provides tools, approaches, methods and measuring the quality of corporate conditions and processes, as well as modern management practices such as the BSC. This part of the thesis is closely linked topics dealing with procedural and project metrics. It deals with the definition of metrics, methods of their measurement and their important role in the environment of Business Intelligence. Finally is described the current environment of top Business Intelligence - visualization. There are discussed problems of development and design of graphic indicators of key performance processes -- The dashboards. There are also described some of the most modern methods of data visualization

Studenti na Fakultě informatiky MU v Brně jsou zvyklí vnímat text jako informaci. A to informaci co možno komprimovanou a verifikovanou, jakož i kvantifikovanou a algoritmizovanou.

Quality of malting barley of given harvest is proved in RIBM, Plc., Malting Institute Brno, every year for a long time. There is comparison of results from 2000 and 2004 harvests, which were - every from different point of view - problematic, presented in the article. From the aspect of the harvested amount, average yield and barley technological quality, the harvest 2000 was evaluated as the worst harvest over last 40 years. Harvest 2004 was outstanding in terms of production and average hectare yield, unfortunately the technological quality of the harvested barley was problematic or even unsatisfactory, especially because of low protein content. Quality of barley harvest of the years 2000 and 2004 shows how strong the effect of the year on the barley quality was. The article demonstrates the effect of protein content on the barley quality and properties, malt yield and costs of kilning. According to the achieved technological conditions, calculation and comparison of water amount that is necessary to evaporate from green malt are presented. In addition the article presents relations among the malt parameters - extract, proteins, soluble nitrogen and Kolbach index and degree of their mutual interaction. Separately in the table quality of barley, malt and amount of the beer produced for the harvest 2000 and 2004 are compared. It is proved that input quality of malting barley explicitly affects malt production and significantly influences beer production and qualityQuality of malting barley of given harvest is proved in RIBM, Plc., Malting Institute Brno, every year for a long time. Dormancy of barley belongs today to the parameters of malting barley quality evaluation. The following malting barley varieties were assessed - Jersey, Kompakt, Scarlett, and Tolar, since 2002 a new variety Prestige and in 2004 also the variety Malz, they are the supporting malting varieties. Samples were selected based on the following quality parameters: germinative capacity of barley is higher than 96% and protein content in barley is from 10 to 12% in dry matter, in 2004 however the bottom limit was lowered to 9.5% due to generally lower protein content in barley. Intensity of barley dormancy was checked by determination of germinative energy on Petri dishes with 4 ml of water after 72 hours in a thermostat at 20 °C. Determination of germinative energy of malting barley was done in 2001 to 2004 always 6 weeks after harvest.
