In this work we present some of the problerns in physics teaching and its consequences on the students, proposing some ideas that can serve to irnprove the situation. The LOGSE has used sorne of the these ideas, but has left other problerns pendent on the solution

El Spin-Off como Elemento Emprendedor y Dinamizador de la Red Empresarial

El objetivo de este artículo es estudiar el sistema formado por las relaciones que se establecen entre los distintos participantes de una red y cómo su incidencia favorece la creación de empresas, concretamente en el proceso de constitución de un Spin-Off . El resultado obtenido de este análisis, basado en el método del caso, muestra que la estrategia sustentada en el Spin-Off se convierte en un instrumento válido para la creación y desarrollo de las empresas, ya que incorpora las ventajas financieras que este tipo de acuerdo proporciona y, por otra parte, permite reducir los niveles de riesgo de todo nuevo proyecto al partir desde una situación con menores niveles de incertidumbre. ABSTRACTThis article aims to study the system formed by relationships established among the different participants in a network and how its weight favors business creation, specifically in the founding of a Spin Off.The results obtained based in the case study method show that a strategy based on Spin Off is a valid option to create and develop enterprises, since it incorporates the financial advantage that this type of agreement produces, and in the other hand allows to reduce the risk level associated with any new project by creating it from a position of a lesser level of uncertainty
