Design of a Modular Rail Cart

Cílem této práce je navrhnout modulární kolejový vozík, který bude sloužit k přepravě komodit nezbytných pro práci na kolejích. Podvozek vozíku musí odpovídat rozchodu kolejnic 1435 mm používaných v České republice a nebude brzděný. Dle požadavků bude nosnost vozíku 6 tun, bude umožňovat připojení pohonné jednotky (drezíny, dvoucestného bagru). Jednotlivé nástavby vozíku sloužící k různým účelům musí být snadno zaměnitelné dle potřeby dané práce.The aim of this work is to design a modular rail cart that will be used to transport the commodities requisite for work on the tracks. The wheelframe must correspond to the 1435 mm rail gauge used in the Czech Republic and will not be braked. According to require-ments, the capacity of the cart will be 6 tons, it will allow the connection of the drive unit (the trolley, the two-way excavator). Automated Man-in-the-Middle Attack Against Wi‑Fi Networks

Currently used wireless communication technologies suffer security weaknesses that can be exploited allowing to eavesdrop or to spoof network communication. In this paper, we present a practical tool that can automate the attack on wireless security. The developed package called wifimitm provides functionality for the automation of MitM attacks in the wireless environment. The package combines several existing tools and attack strategies to bypass the wireless security mechanisms, such as WEP, WPA, and WPS. The presented tool can be integrated into a solution for automated penetration testing. Also, a popularization of the fact that such attacks can be easily automated should raise public awareness about the state of wireless security

Práce pojednává o jednotlivých prvcích interkulturní komunikace a zábývá se formami rozvoje interkulturní kompetence. v konkrétní firmě tyto manažerské kompetence analyzuje a nakonec definuje potřeby jejich rozvoje. Návrh vzdělávacího kurzu je sestaven tak, aby rozvojové potřeby mohli být uspokojeny.Bachelor´s thesis deals with the elements of intercultural communication, and also is concerned with forms of intercultural competences development. It analyses this kind of managerial competences in concrete company and finally defines the needs of their development. The scheme of the educational course is assembled the way that would satisfy the development needs.

Design of DHW system for the football changing rooms

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením dvou variant rozvodu vody pro fotbalové šatny. Vítězná varianta je vybrána z těchto dvou variant a následně je pro ni vytvořeno podrobné dimenzování včetně přípojky. V teoretické části jsou popsány hygienické problémy při návrhu vodovodu.This bachelor thesis is about creation of two variants of water distribution in football changing rooms. The best variant is the choice of these two variants and subsequently detailed dimensioning is created including water service pipe. The theoretical part describes hygienic problems with the proposed water pipeline.

Comparison of the Personal Income Tax Burden on Model Taxpayers in the Selected Countries

Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku zdanění osobních příjmů v Bulharsku, České republice a Dánsku. Cílem této bakalářské práce byla komparace legislativní úpravy osobní důchodové daně ve vybraných zemích a následné porovnaní daňového zatížení modelových typů poplatníků ve vybraných zemích pomocí mikroekonomického ukazatele míry zdanění s důrazem na závislou činnost a investice. Tato práce je rozdělena mimo úvod a závěr na další tři kapitoly. V první kapitole jsou představeny základní charakteristiky daní, historie zdaňování důchodů, klasifikace daní, funkce daní a základní prvky osobní důchodové daně. Dále jsou popsány postupy měření daňového zatížení. V další části jsou popsány legislativní úpravy osobní důchodové daně k roku 2022, ze kterých vychází všechny propočty. Hlavní část práce se zaměřuje na samostatnou komparaci zdanění osobních příjmů ve vybraných zemích. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě stanovení modelových příjmů jednotlivých poplatníků a následně bylo vypočítáno daňové zatížení dle platné legislativy a vztahu pro výpočet míry zatížení. V závěrečné části jsou shrnuty výsledky komparace. Dosažené výsledky potvrzují, že každá země přistupuje ke zdaňování osobních příjmů zcela odlišným způsobem, a to v závislosti na výši sazby osobní důchodové daně a výši odvodů na sociální pojistné.This thesis is focused on personal income taxation in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Denmark. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to compare the legislative regulation of personal income tax in the selected countries and then to compare the tax burden of model types of taxpayers in the selected countries using a microeconomic indicator of the tax rate with emphasis on dependent activities and investments. This theses is divided into three chapters in addition to the introduction and conclusion. The first chapter introduces the basic characteristics of taxes, the history of income taxation, the classification of taxes, the functions of taxes, and the basic elements of the personal income tax. After that, the procedures for measuring the tax burden are described. The next section describes the legislative adjustments to the personal income tax as of 2022 on which all calculations are based. The main part of the theses is focused on a separate comparison of personal income taxation in the selected countries. The evaluation was carried out by determining model incomes of individual taxpayers and then calculating the tax burden according to the in force legislation and the relationship for calculating the burden rate. The final section summarises the results of the comparison. The results confirm that each country approaches the taxation of personal income in a completely different way, depending on the personal pension tax rate and the level of social security contributions.154 - Katedra financívýborn

Práce se zabývá návrhem prostředí pro zadávání geometrických objektů v obraze za účelem jejich dalšího zpracování. Program by měl také obsahovat algoritmy usnadňující zadávání objektů (například automatické upřesňování polohy zadávaných objektů). V první části je uveden stručný úvod do oblasti počítačového vidění a jeho základních metod použitých v práci a také popis knihovny pro zpracování obrazu OpenCV. Další část popisuje tři základní geometrické útvary, které jsou v programu prozatím implementovány. Protože výstup programu je v univerzálním formátu XML, následuje krátká kapitola právě o XML. Poté jsou shrnuty některé používané metody pro hledání parametrického popisu objektů v obraze. Poslední kapitola popisuje navržený systém a hodnotí možnost a vhodnost jeho použití pro různé typy obrazů.The thesis deals with design of a program for entering various types of geometric objects in an image for the purpose of their further processing. The program should also contain algorithms to ease object entering (e.g. refining manually entered object position). In the first part there is a brief description of the computer vision and its basic methods used in the work as well as introduction of the OpenCV image processing library. The following part describes three types of geometric primitives that are implemented for now. Because the output of the program is in universal XML format, there is short chapter about the XML. After that, there are summarized some methods for searching of parametric description of geometric primitives in an image. The final chapter describes the proposed system and evaluates possibility and suitability of its usage for various types of images.
