    PENGARUH STRATEGI GENERIK PORTER PADA KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN PRODUK HIJAU SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

    Disertasi ini bertujuan pertama, menjelaskan secara empiris pengaruh Strategi Generik Porter (Diferensiasi dan Kepemimpinan Biaya) pada kinerja perusahaan, kedua, menjelaskan secara empiris dampak pemoderasi produk hijau terhadap pengaruh Strategi Generik Porter pada kinerja perusahaan. Adapun metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah dengan teknik Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) dan Moderated Multyple Regression (MMR). Sebelum uji tersebut, terlebih dahulu melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas (Sekaran, 2010) dan uji asumsi klasik (Ghozali, 2009) guna menghindari terjadinya bias hasil penelitian, dengan besaran sampel sebanyak 206 dari 723 perusahaan atau diperoleh respond rate sebesar 28,49 %. Sebagai subjek penelitiannya, diperoleh dari direktori Perusahaan Menengah dan Besar di propinsi D.I.Yogyakarta dan Jawa Tengah yang dikeluarkan oleh BPS (Biro Pusat Statistik). Hasil Penelitian Strategi Diferensiasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja perusahaan, dan begitu pula Strategi Kepemimpinan biaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Kinerja Perusahaan. Sementara hasil pemoderasian menunjukkan Produk Hijau (PH) memperlemah pengaruh strategi Diferensiasi (D) pada Kinerja Perusahaan (KP), demikian pula Produk Hijau (PH) memperlemah Pengaruh strategi Kepemimpinan Biaya (CL) pada Kinerja Perusahaan (KP)

    Tingkat turnover karyawan yang tinggi merupakan ukuran yang sering digunakan sebagai indikasi adanya masalah yang mendasar pada organisasi perusahaan, sehingga untuk mengatasinya pihak manajemen perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Karena ketidakpuasan karyawan dapat menimbulkan stres dalam bekerja yang menyebabkan karyawan berfikir untuk meninggalkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention studi kasus pada karyawan CV Cipta Usaha Mandiri Temanggung. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode analisis data deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian sampel karena hanya sebagian populasi yang diteliti dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 67 karyawan. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa: (1) variabel kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention; (2) Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention; 3) Kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap variabel turnover intention.

    Peran Strategi Moderasi Motivasi Dan Komunikasi Pada Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Lingkungan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Independen

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja di PT Madubaru (Pabrik Gula/Pabrik Spritus Madukismo) dengan motivasi dan komunikasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada karyawan tetap pada divisi staf dan produksi yang berjumlah 56 karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program IBM SPSS for windows. Hasil persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y= 13,918 + 0,253X1 + 0,163 X2. Lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan karena nilai signifikan P (0,077 > 0,05). Lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan karena nilai signifikan P (0,455 > 0,05). Secara simultan lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan karena nilai signifikan P (0,000 0,05). Moderasi motivasi juga tidak memperkuat hubungan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan karena nilai signifikan P (0,369 > 0,05). Moderasi komunikasi tidak memperkuat hubungan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karena nilai signifikan P (0,084 > 0,05). Moderasi komunikasi juga tidak memperkuat hubungan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai P (0,354 > 0,05)

    Competence, Innovative Work Behavior, and Work Engagement: A Comparison of Generation X and Millennials

    Purpose – This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence on innovative work behavior through work engagement by comparing Generation X and millennials during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Methodology – It was conducted on 114 employees of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology,  at High School Directorate. The data were further analyzed using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Findings –The results proved that competence positively affects work engagement and innovative behavior. Work engagement also mediates the effect of competence on innovative work behavior. Moreover, the effect on Generation X is higher than on Millennials. This is because Generation X dominates important positions and has a greater responsibility in public organizations. They are also more loyal and have high intrinsic motivation with high competence. Therefore, Generation X has higher work engagement and better innovative behavior due to more responsibilities. Originality – The model built in this study uses a multi-group analysis that compares Millennials and Generation X employees. This analysis is interesting because it is relatively rare to find similar analyzes in previous studies, and it is useful to find out whether managing employees from different generations requires different policies

    Green Training, Green Recruitment, and Green Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance in Retail Store

    Purpose: This study aims to investigate how green training, green recruitment, and green transformational leadership affect employee performance at self-service retail in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Study design: The study was carried out with a quantitative methodology, application of a quantitative research strategy, specifically by giving respondents questionnaires. There are 214.000 responders in this research population, while with the slovin formulation a sample of 178 respondents was obtained. The Cluster Sampling technique is applied in Probability Sampling to take the sample. Utilizing the Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) methodology, the SmartPLS program version 4.0 was tested for validity and reliability using an analytical tool. Findings: The research results show that Green Training has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Green Recruitment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance and Green Transformational Leadership has no significant effect on Employee Performance. Originality/value: This research contributes to research on retail companies where research is very rarely conducted, especially on green management research, from an employee perspective

    This study aims to determine the effect of risk management and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on profitability of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The population in this study is the banking sector companies in 2014-2018 which are listed on the IDX. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 28 banking companies. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) risk management which is proxied by credit risk (NPL) has a negative and significant effect on profitability, (2) corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on profitability, and (3) risk management and corporate social responsibility have a simultaneous and significant effect on profitabilit

    Impact of Work-School Conflict to Employee Performance: Moderation of Perception Organizational Support and Work Characteristics

    Objectives: This study aims to analyze the role of perceived organizational support and job characteristics in the effect of work-school conflict on employee performance.Methodology: The population of this study is employees who work in several agencies in Jakarta, who are also master’s degree students in private universities which are excellence accredited, located in region of Jakarta, with a total sample of 275 respondents. The data analysis was conducted through Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM).Finding: The results showed that work-school conflict has a negative effect on employee performance. Perceived organizational support has a positive effect on employee performance. This study found that organizational support was not able to weaken the effect of work-school conflict on employee performance in employees who were also students. Job characteristics have a positive effect on employee performance.Conclusion: The condition of a person playing multiple roles can cause stress, busy activities, and disturbances that have an impact on sub-optimal performance. Employees believe that the organization cares for and supports them, which is shown fairly in the decisions taken, the existence of good rewards, good working conditions, and support from superiors that will improve employee performance. Variation in skills, task identity, task autonomy, and feedback can affect employee performance, because the greater the diversity of work activities carried out, the more meaningful a person will feel. If a worker who is also a student is not able to manage the role conflict between work and school, the job characteristics will not be able to reduce the conflict, and it will impact to the decrease of employee performance
