La visita pastoral fue uno de los instrumentos utilizados por la Iglesia para incidir en los fines reformistas surgidos de Trento. Los obispos estaban obligados a realizarla en sus diócesis, aunque era frecuente que se realizasen por los respectivos vicarios. En el presente artículo estudiamos las visitas que los obispos Ramón Torrijos Gómez y Félix Soto Mancera realizaron al Seminario Metropolitano de San Atón de Badajoz, a principios del siglo XX, y que han quedado reflejadas en la documentación conservada en el archivo de la entidad como una prueba testimonial de la importancia que los prelados concedían a este centro formativo de referencia en la provincia de Badajoz.The pastoral visit was one of the instruments used by the church to influence the purposes of Trent reforms were. The use of medicines in exceptional circumstances in Spain: adding perspective to early access

The use of medicines in exceptional circumstances refers to the use of non-authorized medicines or those used outside the authorized conditions, and comprises three different situations: (1) the use of medication in research or for compassionate use; (2) the use of foreign medicines (medicines unauthorized in one country but authorized in others); and (3) off-label use (prescription of drugs for conditions other than that for which they have been officially approved). In Spain, we intend to regulate the period between authorization and pricing through the use of therapeutic positioning reports containing standard criteria. In our opinion, the key to managing this period could be restrictive access based on the therapeutic positioning reports, prespecified agreements on acquisition cost, and restrictive time framework (for use or for decision making, e.g. orphan medicines)

Creation of a DDOS attack using HTTP-GET Flood with the Cyber Kill Chain methodology

This article illustrates by means of a demonstration and taking advantage of the vulnerability “Open redirect”, how easy it can be to attack web servers through distributed attacks of denial of services. In it, the Cyber Kill Chain® model is used to carry out this attack in phases. In the development of the research, a systematic UFONet tool is applied and the results obtained are analyzed and it is recommended to protect the Internet application services of said attacks through web application firewalls (WAF) whose presence allows the DDoS traffic of the application layer (including the HTTP-GET flood) arrives effortlessly at the destination server.Este artículo ilustra por medio de una demostración y aprovechando la vulnerabilidad “Open redirect”, lo fácil que puede ser atacar servidores web por medio de ataques distribuidos de denegación de servicios en él, se utiliza el modelo Cyber Kill Chain® para llevar acabo dicho ataque por fases. Los archivos de seminarios son grandes desconocidos en el panorama archivístico general. En ellos se da custodia a documentación de suma importancia para el desarrollo de estas entidades que tuvieron gran repercusión desde su creación en el Concilio de Trento en el panorama educativo español. El archivo del Seminario Metropolitano San Atón de Badajoz es fiel reflejo de ello, custodiando una interesante documentación que se remonta hasta el siglo XVy que permite el conocimiento pormenorizado de la entidad. En este trabajo pretendemos conocer brevemente la historia de su archivo para adentrarnos en el análisis exhaustivo de su cuadro de clasificación (secciones y series documentales) que nos permitirá por una parte, conocer a la entidad generadora y receptora de documentos y por otra, establecer líneas de clasificación aplicables a otros archivos de seminarios; bajo nuestro punto de vista, cuestión sumamente necesaria en el panorama archivístico eclesiástico.Files seminars are great unknown in the archival world. Prácticas pedagógicas según la perspectiva de los niños de grado 5to relacionada con la voz y participación

115 páginasEste proyecto de investigación educativa indagó las perspectivas de los niños del grado 5to de la Institución Educativa Pública Instituto Técnico Agroindustrial de la Amazonia de Florencia Caquetá (Colombia), en conformidad con las prácticas pedagógicas relacionadas con la voz y la participación. El propósito central fue analizar cómo se incorpora la voz de los niños, como mecanismo de participación en la comprensión del proceso pedagógico en una escuela pública de básica primaria. La metodología fue de tipo cualitativo con enfoque descriptivo interpretativo. El instrumento de análisis de la investigación utilizado fue la foto narrativa. La población muestra fueron 30 estudiantes entre 10-13 años pertenecientes a los tres grados 5tos. Los resultados evidenciaron que las prácticas pedagógicas no solo se instituyen en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, sino que también se encuentran presentes en todo lo que sucede en la escuela, en las vivencias, las experiencias de la clase, el entorno físico y las reflexiones sobre su contexto educativo. Además de ello, los niños consideraron que la escuela es un escenario propicio para favorecer la participación, la escucha, la socialización, el fortalecimiento del sistema emocional y su aprendizaje. También manifestaron que el rol del profesor en los procesos de formación, desarrollo social, cognitivo, emocional y comunicativo es fundamental. Sin embargo, necesitan que los profesores y la escuela les den la palabra, escuchen su voz, favorezcan la pregunta, utilicen la tecnología, el juego y la actividad práctica.This educational research project investigated the perspectives of 5th grade children of the Public Educational Institution Instituto Técnico Agroindustrial de la Amazonia de Florencia Caquetá (Colombia), in accordance with the pedagogical practices related to voice and participation. The main purpose was to analyze how the voice of children is incorporated, as a participation mechanism in the understanding of the pedagogical process in a public elementary school. The methodology was qualitative with a descriptive-interpretive approach. The research analysis instrument used was the narrative photo. The sample population was 30 students between 10-13 years old belonging to the three 5th grades. The results showed that pedagogical practices are not only instituted in the teaching and learning processes, but are also present in everything that happens in school, in the experiences, the experiences of the class, the physical environment and the reflections about their educational context. In addition, the children considered that the school is a favorable setting to favor participation, listening, socialization, strengthening the emotional system and their learning. They also stated that the role of the teacher in the processes of training, social, cognitive, emotional and communicative development is fundamental. However, they need the teachers and the school to speak to them, listen to their voice, and favor the question, use technology, play and practical activity. In conclusion, this research made it possible to understand that the pedagogical practices of elementary school according to the children's perspectives are traditional, behavioral, passive and receptive. Meanwhile, it is necessary to mobilize the school so that it listens to them assertively and gives them more participation in understanding the pedagogical processes. La imagen de los pueblos indígenas en la revista National Geographic durante el periodo 2005-2015 : un análisis de contenido

Este estudio pretende revelar la representación o representaciones que establece la revista National Geographic sobre los pueblos indígenas. Concretamente, se centrará en los reportajes publicados en su edición en español durante el periodo 2005-2015. El estudio se justifica debido a la importancia de la revista: la más difundida en el ámbito de la divulgación geográfica y una de las diez con mayor tirada del mundo. Es, además, un referente en el ámbito del fotoperiodismo y ha puesto su mirada en todos los países y pueblos del mundo, lo que la convierte en un generador de cultura en sí mismo (Álvarez, 2008). El análisis de contenido muestra que hay una continuidad en cómo National Geoprahic ha representado a los pueblos indígenas y cómo ha contribuido a moldear la imagen que tenemos de ellos. Se trata de una visión idealizada que perpetúa la visión hegemónica en las relaciones entre occidente y los otros. Por lo tanto, es necesario aplicar una visión crítica y atenta ante la construcción y representación estereotípica que se establece sobre los otros. El IAPH ha publicado en su portal web la Guía Digital del Patrimonio Cultural de Andalucía, herramienta que facilita el conocimiento de los bienes patrimoniales andaluces. La guía se constituye como una fuente de referencia para obtener información sobre el patrimonio histórico de los municipios de Andalucía desde un enfoque integrador y cercano al territorio.
