    , Karimunjawa archipelago has a specific ocean resources such as sea garden, beautiful scenery and many variety of fish. An existing harbour located in the area would be developed to support activities related to the resources such as tourism activities, fishing industries and inter-island transportation. Unfortunatelly the navigation channel of Karimunjawa harbour is relatively shallow. Some inter island vessels and fishing ships maynot safely sail through the channel. This condition causes insecure feeling and poor safety. To improve this condition, an intensive study has been carried out especially related to the deepening of the channel and development of Karimunjawa harbour. Based on the study, the depth of navigation channel should be deepened to 2,40 m (LWS)

    ABSTRAK Untuk mengevaluasi stabilitas blok revetmen terhadap pengaruh gerakan gelombang, sangat diperlukan informasi mengenai distribusi tekanan hidrostatik di bawah blok revetmen yang disebabkan oleh gerakan gelombang tersebut. Untuk mengetahui distribusi tekanan ini telah dikem¬bangkan teori gerakan oskilasi muka air di lapisan filter yang dikaitkan dengan gerakan gelombang di tebing. Dengan teori ini gaya up-lift pada blok revetmen dapat ditentukan. Model matematik sederhana telah dikembangkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai parameter yang terkait. Dan dengan model matematik ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa besar tekanan hidrostatik di bawah blok revetmen besarnya sangat tergantung pada parameter filter-gap (A), bilangan Iribarren ) dan rasio tinggi gelombang dan panjang blok (H/L).     ABSTRACT Problem on river mouth and navigation channel is caused by sediment accumulation on the river mouth and navigation channel. Sedimentation pattern and process on river estuary and navigation channel are influenced by bed sediment, current, and marine hydro dynamic. Remedial solution that is generally performed is relatively expensive. Fluidization method can be an economical alternative for overcoming the problem on river mouth and navigation channel. The goal of this research is to evaluate the influence of fluidization variables such as perforation diameter (di), perforation distance (a) and perforation position (a), on the fluidization system. The research with physical model test was carried out at Hydraulic and Hydrology Laboratory, Research Centre for Engineering Science Gadjah Mada University. It comprises of three studies : fluidization basic study, influence among parameters, and case study on Sambong estuary. Basic research of fluidization was conducted using variation of sediment thickness (db), tube diameter (D). The effect among parameters was investigated by varying perforation diameter (df), perforation distance (a), perforation position (a), and sediment thickness (db). The case study on Sambong estuary was conducted using scale model of 1:12 . From basic research it could be concluded that pressure height needed for fluidization was approximately equal to the sediment thickness, in fluidization tube. But in real problem, where the pipe is laid horizontally under river bed mouth, the minimum pressure needed is as high as 12 times the sediment thickness. In the research river mouth of Sambong, fluidization may be used depending on capacity and head of pump, and flow available that the main consideration in the design of fluidisation system, because suspended sediment will be still in suspension if there is no current/flow to carry the suspension to a lower level area.     ABSTRACT Wave disturbance in many harbours can increase significantly due to reflections from breakwaters and other harbour structures including quay. Vertical walls which are often chosen, could cause high reflections. Interference of incident and reflected waves makes loading-unloading difficult, and often dangerous for smaller vessels. Therefore, design of low reflection quaywalls as an alternative. constructions to secure appropriate calmness of basin in both ordinary sea conditions or storm is nedeed. The aim of this research was to examine the non-convensional quaywall to reduce reflected waves. This was done by conducting physical model tests. The influence of some parameters on the reflected waves absorption was studied. Quaywalls made from iron post with various gap width between post and 1:2 sloping crushed stone structure were studied. Regular waves having various wave heights and periods were used for the investigation. The result of the research showed that the reflected waves was partly affected by gap width between post, post width, and sloping crushed stone structure. Wave absorption was also significantly affected by the period and the height of the incoming waves. Reflection coefficient minimum for iron bar with gaps and crushed stone were between 0.24 and 0.35. For iron bar only the reflection coefficient minimum was between 0.32 and 0.46. Key words : basin - reflection - quaywall shapes

    At present, Tipar rivermouth is in unstable condition. The mouth often move from one area to another, and it is often disturbed by sand spits that close the mouth during dry season. This condition reduces the capacity of the river and consequently causes flooding in the low area during the early wet season. To alleviate that problems several studies have been conducted, and the measures have been proposed. Due to a shortage of funding, the proposed design need to be reviewed and an alternative design has to be proposed. The alternative design should match the objective of the project in term of functionally as well as structural stability. This paper discussed and reviewed the proposed design and suggested new alternative to meet the objectives of the project

    Hubungan Status Gizi, Beban Kerja, Asupan Energi Dan Zat Gizi Makronutrien Dengan Kelelahan Kerja Pada Tenaga Produksi

    Latar Belakang : Kelelahan kerja merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi karena menghambat proses dan hasil suatu pekerjaan sehingga mengakibatkan menurunnya kesehatan, kapasitas kerja, dan daya tahan tubuh akibat aktivitas kerja. Menurut Kementerian Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi pada tahun 2014 di Indonesia rata-rata terjadi 414 kecelakaan kerja per hari, 27,8% disebabkan oleh kelelahan yang tinggi.  Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi, beban kerja, asupan energi dan zat gizi makro dengan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja produksi di PT. Selaras Citra Lestari Bawen. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang. Data status gizi dari pengukuran IMT, beban kerja menggunakan pengukuran denyut nadi, asupan energi dan zat gizi makronutrien diperoleh dari food recall 2x24 jam dan kelelahan kerja diukur menggunakan kuesioner IFRC. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji Korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil : Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja (p-value = 0,000), dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi (p-value = 0,538), asupan energi (p-value = 0,300), asupan protein ( p-value = 0,077), asupan lemak (p-value = 0,199), dan asupan karbohidrat (p-value = 0,601) dengan kelelahan kerja. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja bagian produksi di PT. Selaras Citra Lestari Bawen

    Skripsi dengan judul “Garap Gender Barung Gending Pajang Tawang Laras Slendro Pathet Manyura Kendhangan Jangga” ini fokus membahas garap gender barung. Pajang Tawang merupakan salah satu gending yang terdapat dalam karawitan gaya Yogyakarta dan termasuk dalam klasifikasi gending ageng. Berlandaskan pada pengamatan penulis, Gending Pajang Tawang jarang disajikan. Menurut perkembangan pada masa lampau hanya disajikan dalam bentuk soran, namun sejak adanya perubahan pada cak-cakaning garap yang berarti cara menggarap atau garapan karawitan di Keraton Yogyakarta, maka disajikan dalam bentuk lirihan. Penelitian tentang kajian garap penyajian Gending Pajang Tawang gaya Yogyakarta ini sebagai wujud apresiasi dalam melestarikan gending-gending tradisi gaya Yogyakarta dengan cara menggarap gending soran menjadi sajian gending lirihan, selain itu juga untuk mendeskripsikan tentang kajian garap gending tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penyajian Gending Pajang Tawang sebagai objek analisa dalam konteks kajian garap karena tertarik pada susunan balungannya. Penulis juga mendapatkan sumber yang berbeda mengenai pathet dan nama gending. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif tafsir. Tafsir yang dilakukan mencakup tafsir pathet serta ambah-ambahan balungan gending. Penulis menafsir sajian garap Gending Pajang Tawang Laras Slendro Pathet Manyura Kendhangan Jangga melalui beberapa referensi audial sebagai pertimbangan garap. Selain mencari referensi melalui dokumentasi gending, penulis juga mencari sumber referensi dari buku dan juga melakukan wawancara kepada para narasumber

      Stress is a natural reaction that allows the human compelled to face the difficulties. Stimuli that causes stress can be physical and psychological. Physical stressors can occur continuously or sustained, which causes pathological processes in the body. This pathological process may be occur in liver and heart. One of parameter to assess characteristics of tissue can use Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT). The aim of this study was to prove differences level of SGOT in male Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus) that exposed and control group were not exposed by pain stressor electrical foot shock for 28 days. Blood sampling was carried out on day 28 in intracardiac then tested the levels of SGOT. Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant change (p≤0,05) between control and treatment group. Liver damage from stressors may be not cause necrosis of liver cells. SGOT was not a single biomarker that was specific and sensitive for the diagnosis of liver disease because SGOT was also found in the heart.   Keywords: electrical foot shock, SGOT, stres
