Actualization of a statement through order of the sentence (the Russian and Tajik languages)
The objective of the article is examining the words order in an utterance of the Russian and Tajik languages in comparative and typological aspects; revealing peculiarities of the structural-grammatical and actual aspects of studying the words order in sentences of the compared languages, depending whereon regular laws of rigidity or flexibility of the words order and linear-dynamic structures of a sentence in the compared languages are established, which allows to take a fresh look at the issue of interaction between the communicative and constructive structures in the languages under study (Russian and Tajik) and to determine the role of various means of expressing the words order in forming different types of information in the Russian and Tajik languages. Materials and methods: descriptive method; linguistic experiment integrating various types of transformation; comparative method revealing differences of communicative structures of reviewed sentences, verbal statements, types of words order in sentences and statements; direct observation method implying observing arrangement of words in texts when expressing the grammatical and logical base of a sentence. Tables presented in the article reflect the basic models of words order in the Russian and Tajik languages which are necessary in practical teaching of the both languages. Practical significance lies in expansion and deepening of theoretical knowledge of the role of words order and other means of actual articulation of a sentence in the Russian and Tajik languages; in formation of communicative competence and practical skills in process of professional teaching of translators and editors, and also in working-out of the general theory of words order in sentences, communicative structure of a sentence and functional grammar, which is one of leading lines of researching of the sentence in the modern linguistics. © 2018 by the authors
Influence of words in the sentence on the communicative function of a language (exemplified by the Russian and tajik languages)
A necessity in the development of the comparative grammar of the Russian and Tajik languages and a need in solving of many disputable issues of the syntactic knowledge, moreover, the lack of fundamental researches on comparative studying of the words order in Russian and Tajik allows to define our research as for actual. The objectives of the article are studying of the words order in Russian and Tajik within comparative and typological aspects formulization of peculiarities of interaction between the structural-grammar and actual aspects of studying of words order in sentences of the languages themselves. In order to achieve the objectives, the authors used a method of direct observation of word arrangement in texts when expressing the grammatical and logical base of the sentence; linguistic experiment the content whereof is various types of transformation; comparative method by means whereof differences are exposed in communicative structures of analyzed sentences, statements and types of words order in sentences and statements and descriptive method. Studying of variants of syntactic structures in the two languages expose national specificity of the semantics of the verbal execution of a statement in these consistencies/inconsistencies. The results allow expansion of theoretical knowledge of the role of words order and other means of actual articulation of a sentence in the Russian and Tajik languages as well as working out the theory of words order in sentences, the communicative structure of a sentence and functional grammar. © 2019, Slovenska Vzdelavacia Obstaravacia. DOCUMENTATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL RISK ASSESSMENT AND MITIGATION OF BUILT CULTURAL HERITAGE IN CENTRAL ASIA: THE ERAMCA PROJECT
The ERASMUS+ initiative funded, in 2019, a Capacity Building project named ERAMCA (Environmental Risk Assessment and Mitigation in Central Asia) to build up a study plan at the Master of Science level (120 ECTS in 2 academic years) open to Architects, Civil, Building, and Environmental Engineers to build-up a new generation of professionals able to work in a team with different specialities to document Cultural Heritage assets by considering environmental risks. These new professionals will be able to set up the helpful basic knowledge to plan future actions of preservation and enhancement by following the most recent development in the restoration field at the international level.The ERAMCA project started with a survey of the basic knowledge of architects and engineers in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan on the documentation of natural and anthropic risks.By considering the common knowledge, the Partners of the ERAMCA project (3 European Universities from Italy, Germany, and Croatia and 4 Universities from Uzbekistan and Tajikistan) realised a study plan by concentrating the teaching activity on the following disciplines: Geomatics, Restoration, Structure and Seismic Engineering, Hydrogeology and Geotechnics.ERAMCA project is in its last year of activity, and the final results can be presented and discussed among the Cultural Heritage Documentation community to offer possible suggestions for future actions to diffuse documentation strategies.</p
Photoproduction of phi(1020) mesons on the proton at large momentum transfer
The cross section for meson photoproduction on the proton has been
measured for the first time up to a four-momentum transfer -t = 4 GeV^2, using
the CLAS detector at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility. At low
four-momentum transfer, the differential cross section is well described by
Pomeron exchange. At large four-momentum transfer, above -t = 1.8 GeV^2, the
data support a model where the Pomeron is resolved into its simplest component,
two gluons, which may couple to any quark in the proton and in the .Comment: 5 pages; 7 figure
The e p -> e' p eta reaction at and above the S11(1535) baryon resonance
New cross sections for the reaction e p -> ep eta are reported for total
center of mass energy W = 1.5--1.86 GeV and invariant momentum transfer Q^2 =
0.25--1.5 GeV^2. This large kinematic range allows extraction of important new
information about response functions, photocouplings, and eta N coupling
strengths of baryon resonances. Expanded W coverage shows sharp structure at W
\~ 1.7 GeV; this is shown to come from interference between S and P waves and
can be interpreted in terms of known resonances. Improved values are derived

ResearchGate versus Google Scholar: Which finds more early citations?
ResearchGate has launched its own citation index by extracting citations from documents uploaded to the site and reporting citation counts on article profile pages. Since authors may upload preprints to ResearchGate, it may use these to provide early impact evidence for new papers. This article assesses the whether the number of citations found for recent articles is comparable to other citation indexes using 2675 recently-published library and information science articles. The results show that in March 2017, ResearchGate found less citations than did Google Scholar but more than both Web of Science and Scopus. This held true for the dataset overall and for the six largest journals in it. ResearchGate correlated most strongly with Google Scholar citations, suggesting that ResearchGate is not predominantly tapping a fundamentally different source of data than Google Scholar. Nevertheless, preprint sharing in ResearchGate is substantial enough for authors to take seriously
Measurement of Inclusive Spin Structure Functions of the Deuteron
We report the results of a new measurement of spin structure functions of the
deuteron in the region of moderate momentum transfer ( = 0.27 -- 1.3
(GeV/c)) and final hadronic state mass in the nucleon resonance region (
= 1.08 -- 2.0 GeV). We scattered a 2.5 GeV polarized continuous electron beam
at Jefferson Lab off a dynamically polarized cryogenic solid state target
(ND) and detected the scattered electrons with the CEBAF Large
Acceptance Spectrometer (CLAS). From our data, we extract the longitudinal
double spin asymmetry and the spin structure function . Our
data are generally in reasonable agreement with existing data from SLAC where
they overlap, and they represent a substantial improvement in statistical
precision. We compare our results with expectations for resonance asymmetries
and extrapolated deep inelastic scaling results. Finally, we evaluate the first
moment of the structure function and study its approach to both the
deep inelastic limit at large and to the Gerasimov-Drell-Hearn sum rule
at the real photon limit (). We find that the first moment varies
rapidly in the range of our experiment and crosses zero at between
0.5 and 0.8 (GeV/c), indicating the importance of the resonance at

Q^2 Dependence of the S_{11}(1535) Photocoupling and Evidence for a P-wave resonance in eta electroproduction
New cross sections for the reaction are reported for total
center of mass energy =1.5--2.3 GeV and invariant squared momentum transfer
=0.13--3.3 GeV. This large kinematic range allows extraction of new
information about response functions, photocouplings, and coupling
strengths of baryon resonances. A sharp structure is seen at 1.7 GeV.
The shape of the differential cross section is indicative of the presence of a
-wave resonance that persists to high . Improved values are derived for
the photon coupling amplitude for the (1535) resonance. The new data
greatly expands the range covered and an interpretation of all data with
a consistent parameterization is provided.Comment: 31 pages, 9 figure
Measurement of the Polarized Structure Function for in the Resonance Region
The polarized longitudinal-transverse structure function
has been measured using the reaction in the
resonance region at and 0.65 GeV. No previous
data exist for this reaction channel. The kinematically
complete experiment was performed at Jefferson Lab with the CEBAF Large
Acceptance Spectrometer (CLAS) using longitudinally polarized electrons at an
energy of 1.515 GeV. A partial wave analysis of the data shows generally better
agreement with recent phenomenological models of pion electroproduction
compared to the previously measured channel. A fit to both
and channels using a unitary isobar model suggests the unitarized
Born terms provide a consistent description of the non-resonant background. The
-channel pion pole term is important in the channel through a

Measurement of Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering with a Polarized Proton Target
The longitudinal target-spin asymmetry A_UL for the exclusive
electroproduction of high energy photons was measured for the first time in
p(e,e'p\gamma). The data have been accumulated at Jefferson Lab with the CLAS
spectrometer using 5.7 GeV electrons and a longitudinally polarized NH_3
target. A significant azimuthal angular dependence was observed, resulting from
the interference of the Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering and Bethe-Heitler
processes. The amplitude of the sin(phi) moment is 0.252 +/- 0.042(stat) +/-
0.020(sys). Theoretical calculations are in good agreement with the magnitude
and the kinematic dependence of the target-spin asymmetry, which is sensitive
to the generalized parton distributions H and H-tilde.Comment: Modified text slightly, added reference
