Metabolic status related to claw disorders

Received: 2016-07-25 | Accepted: 2016-08-02 | Available online: 2017-03-31http://dx.doi.org/10.15414/afz.2017.20.01.06-09The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between metabolic status and claw disorders. 122 Holstein cows from 2 farms in west Slovakia between years 2012 and 2016 were observed. Total 226 test-day records of milk yield of cows between 8 to 150 days in milk (DIM) were analysed. Maximum 2 test-day records before functional claw trimming were observed. The influence of F/P ratio to claw disorders (IDHE, DD, SU) was analysed with PROC GLM of SAS. The model included the fixed effect of breed, year of calving, calving season, number of lactation and the random effects of days in milk and F/P ratio. During the functional claw trimming was found that 27 cows were affected by IDHE, 9 cows by DD and 27 cows by SU. Observed cows in average produced 39.48 ±9.53 kg of milk. The mean of F/P ratio was 1.17 ±0.22 and the mean of days in milk was 78 ±38.42. The models described the occurrence of claw disorders from 13.20 % in case of DD to 18.85 % by IDHE. The prevalence of SU was described by model on 17.34 %. Integration of measurement in CNC machining

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na integraci měření do procesu obrábění. Cílem je vytvořit přehled používaných měřících sond, popsat principy jakými sondy fungují a rozdělit je dle konstrukce a použití. Praktická část je zaměřena na vytváření měřících cyklů v softwaru Produktivity+ a jejich implementací do obráběcích cyklů na stroji MCV 1210. Součástí řešení je i návrh dvou testovacích obrobků a ekonomické zhodnocení zavedení obrobkových sond do procesu obrábění.This master thesis deals with integration of measuring into process of machining. The object of this work is making summary of using measuring probes, description of the probes working principles and their division by construction and usage. The practical part of this work deals with creation of measuring cycles in softwaru Productivity+ and their implementation to machining cycles in MCV 1210. In the last part, two testing workpieces were created and the economic evaluation of introduction of the probes into machining process was performed.

Je v ní nastíněno vidění z fyzikálního hlediska, zrakové ústrojí člověka a zrak jako nezbytný element v dopravě a dopravní situace s různými rychlostmi.This master thesis deals with methodology for the possibility of properly evaluation the traffic situation by the driver based on the speed observation of a vehicle moving along the main road. It is outlined from the physicist aspect of the visual system of man and the vision of the man as a required element in the transport and traffic situation with variable speed.

Je v ní naznačen stručný přehled metod měření, které se používají při třískovém obrábění, dále je pak zaměřena na měření pomocí měřících sond s cílem ověřit zrychlení a zpřesnění výroby.his master thesis deals with application of measuring probes in machining process. Real-time Simulation of 3 Parallel PWM Rectifiers

This paper describes the development of areal-time model up to 3 parallel PWM rectifiers and itsimplementation on FPGA using LabVIEW developmentenvironment. The main benefit of this real-time model is thefact that there is no need for a real device or a test stand fordebugging of traction drive control SW. The Hardware-inthe-Loop testing with similar RT model of an inductionmachine has already brought large financial and timesavings. Moreover, destructive states or states difficult toevoke can be tested using such a real-time model

Zmeny pomeru tuku a bielkovín od začiatku po stred laktácie a vplyv na mliekovú úžitkovosť

The aim of the study was to evaluate the changes of fat-to-protein ratio (F/P ratio) from early to mid-lactation and the impact on milk yield. 208 Holstein cows from 3 dairy farms in west Slovakia calved between years 2012 and 2015 were observed. Into the study 908 test-day records of milk yield were included. Cows were from 5 to 150 days in milk (DIM). Statistical analysis and analysis of influence of F/P ratio on milk yield were performed by SAS. The sample of observed cows produced 35.25 ± 11.55 kg*day-1 of milk. The average day in milk was 77.40 ± 41.17 and the average F/P ratio was 1.19 ± 0.25. In acidosis risk were 19.71% of all observation and 8.92% were in ketosis risk. The occurrence of acidosis risk increased and the occurrence of ketosis risk decreased from early to mid-lactation. The model described the variation of milk yield by 44.20%. All of the selected effects except the year of calving had high statistical significant (P0,05) mliekovú úžitkovosť o 3,74 kg*deň-1. Design of plasmonic-waveguiding structures for sensor applications

Surface plasmon resonance has become a widely accepted optical technique for studying biological and chemical interactions. Among others, detecting small changes in analyte concentration in complex solutions remains challenging, e.g., because of the need of distinguishing the interaction of interest from other effects. In our model study, the resolution ability of plasmonic sensing element was enhanced by two ways. Besides an implementation of metal-insulator-metal (MIM) plasmonic nanostructure, we suggest concatenation with waveguiding substructure to achieve mutual coupling of surface plasmon polariton (SPP) with an optical waveguiding mode. The dependence of coupling conditions on the multilayer parameters was analyzed to obtain optimal field intensity enhancement.Web of Science99art. no. 122
