THE HEAD MASTER’S POLICIES IN FULFILLING THE REQUIRED INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES OF THE STATE ISLAMIC HIGH SCHOOL (MAN) OF DOLOK MASIHUL SERDANG BEDAGAI REGENCY

The purpose of this study was to determine the Head Master’s Policy formulation to meet the infrastructure needed by MAN Dolok Masihul Serdang Bedagai regecy, Implementation of Head Master’s Policy Fulfills the Infrastructure Facilities Required by MAN Dolok Masihul Serdang Bedagai regency, and Evaluation of Head Master’s Policy to meet the Required Infrastructure Facilities. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, data collection and documentation. The data collected is analyzed and described so that it is easier to understand and can make conclusions. Test the validity of the data used through four stages namely, trust (credibility), transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this study indicate that the Head of Madrasa makes policy formulations in fulfilling infrastructure facilities in MAN Dolok Masihul Serdang Bedagai Regency using programs or deliberations. Head of Madrasah in implementing the Head of Madrasah policy meets the infrastructure by paying attention or monitoring of what is born at the time of policy formulation. Head MasterPolicy Evaluation Meets Infrastructure Needed by MAN Dolok Masihul Serdang Bedagai Regency is done by direct monitoring by the Head Master himself. Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pengungkapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan-Perusahaan Jasa Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial pada laporan tahunan perusahaan-perusahaan jasa di Indonesia. Faktor-faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi kebijakan   pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan adalah ukuran perusahaan, leverage, profitabilitas, dan ukuran dewan komisaris perusahaan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan jasa yang listing di BEI tahun 2014. Dari keseluruhan populasi tersebut, yang menjadi sampel  penelitian  berjumlah 100  perusahaan jasa yang ditentukan melalui metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode konten analisis dalam pengungkapan CSR dengan menggunakan Reporting Guidelines yang termuat dalam General   Reporting   Initiatives   (GRI). Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 19.0 for windows. Setelah dilakukan analisis regresi berganda didapatkan hasil variabel ukuran (size) perusahaan dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Semantik Verba dalam Membentuk Gaya Bahasa pada Judul Berita Tempodotco

The headline is the main highlight that readers see in a news story. Tempodotco digitized its printed news headlines. The digitization of this news title is done by visualizing it in the form of a poster. The purpose of this study is to describe the semantic behavior of groups of basic verbs, derivative verbs, and verbal phrases in forming metaphors and personifications in news titles on the Tempodotco digital media Instagram page. This research method uses descriptive method. The data collection method is the method of listening and documentation. The type of data in this research is qualitative data in the form of pictures and words in the news title. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model which includes data analysis, data reduction, data display, and data verification. In this study, it was found that 1) the basic verb group has three inherent meanings of action or action and one inherent meaning of state. The language style formed is three metaphors and one personification. 2) The semantic behavior of the derived verb group which is transitive has five inherent meanings, one action inherent meaning, and one process inherent meaning. The language style formed is three metaphors and two personifications. 3) The semantic behavior of the verbal phrase group has all the inherent meanings of the action and forms three metaphors and one personification. PENGARUH DIMENSI-DIMENSI KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH TABUNGAN BANK MUAMALAT INDONESIA CABANG BANJARMASIN

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh dimensi-dimensi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasannasabah. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Banjarmasin.Permasalahan penelitian merujuk pada fenomena bisnis yang terjadi pada BankMuamalat Indonesia Cabang Banjarmasin, dengan memasukkan dimensi-dimensi darivariabel kualitas layanan sebagai variabel-variabel yang diduga berpengaruh terhadapkepuasan nasabah. Oleh karenanya permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagaiberikut: bagaimana pengaruh dimensi-dimensi kualitas pelayanan kepuasan nasabah.Tujuan penelitian dirumuskan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dimensi-dimensikualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah.Dalam penelitian ini, metode purposif sampling telah dipilih untuk memperoleh data yangdibutuhkan dengan mempergunakan 110 responden dan keseluruhan responden adalahnasabah Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Banjarmasin yang beragama Islam dan telahmenjadi nasabah minimal 1 (satu) tahun. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear Bergandadengan bantuan program komputer SPSS Ver 20.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan diantaranya dimensi Compliance, Assurance, Reliability,Tangible berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah tabungan BankMuamalat Indonesia Cabang Banjarmasin, namun dimensi Emphaty dan Responsivenesstidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang dipilih secara acak terhadap masyarakat yang berdomisili di Lambaro Angan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda untuk menentukan keinginan membayar konversi lahan kosong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap willingness to pay dari konversi lahan kosong. Sedangkan variabel usia berhubungan positif tetapi tidak mempengaruhi willingness to pay konversi lahan kosong. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pemerintah mengembangkan kawasan tersebut menjadi kawasan pusat pertumbuhan industri. ANALISIS PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS MENGGUNAKAN METODE OMAX (OBJECTIVE MATRIX) PADA PROSES PRODUKSI CV. NIBO CORPORATION BANDA ACEH

Analisis Pengukuran Produktivitas Menggunakan Metode OMAX (Objective Matrix) Pada Proses Produksi CV. Nibo Corporation Banda AcehABSTRAKCV. Nibo Corporation merupakan industri manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan batu buatan, seperti batako, batu kirep, gras blok, dan paving blok. Jenis batako merupakan produk yang konsisten diproduksi setiap harinya, karena batako adalah jenis produk yang tinggi permintaan produksinya. CV. Nibo Corporation selama ini belum memiliki suatu sistem pengukuran produktivitas yang dapat dijalankan secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, selama ini perusahaan hanya mengacu kepada target produksi dan keuntungan yang dicapai setiap bulannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengukuran indeks produktivitas dan untuk mengetahui rasio yang berpengaruh terhadap indeks produktivitas pada proses produksi CV. Nibo Corporation. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai indeks produktivitas tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Maret yaitu 12,90%, nilai indeks produktivitas terendah terjadi pada bulan Juni hingga mencapai -100%. Rasio yang mempengaruhi meningkatnya produktivitas adalah rasio 1, rasio 3, dan rasio 5, sedangkan rasio yang menyebabkan menurunnya produktivitas adalah rasio 2 dan rasio 4. 3 (tiga) dari 5 (lima) rasio produktivitas memperoleh skor diatas nilai standar awal, artinya CV. Nibo Corporation has not yet had a productivity measurement system that can be run optimally. Therefore, all this time the company only refers to the production target and the profit achieved every month. This study aims to measure the productivity index and to determine the ratio that affects the productivity index in the production process of CV. Nibo Corporation. From the results of the study obtained the highest productivity index value occurred in March which was 12.90%, the lowest productivity index value occurred in June to reach -100%. The ratio that affects the increase in productivity is ratio 1, ratio 3, and ratio 5, while the ratio that causes a decrease in productivity is ratio 2 and ratio 4. 3 (three) of 5 (five) productivity ratios get scores above the initial standard value, meaning CV. An Analysis of Pedagogical Instabilities in the Non-Government Teachers (GTTs)

This paper was aimed to investigates pedagogical competence in the non-government teachers in Jerowaru District, East Lombok. The method used in this study was a descriptive-qualitative study where the purpose was to describe the phenomena that occur regarding the lack of non-government teachers’ competencies in the teaching and learning process. The study was focused on analyzing three vocational schools in Jerowaru District where the total population of teachers was 60 teachers with 50% which means that 30 of them were purposively taken as a sample in the study. The result shows that many of the non-government teachers are unstable in terms of pedagogical competence. The main cause of the problem that occurred came from the facilities and access to the internet so that they lack material and media support in the teaching in the learning process. Besides, salary also becomes concerned for these teachers, where they only received one salary in a matter of three months. Regarding covid-19, the assistance provided by the relevant government is also inadequate so that it clearly affected their teaching competence.
