In the deepening of the financial crisis, enterprises are trying to implement an effective anti-crisis policy. The financial system as a source of accumulation of modern crisis phenomena, which are spreading further to all spheres of the economy, generally require the formation of new instruments to ensure their financial and economic security. The constant increase in the riskiness of economic activity may entail a significant decrease in the level of financial stability and solvency of the enterprise, and in the future lead to bankruptcy, and requires each business entity to create a perfect system of financial and economic security. To assess the financial security situation at specific enterprises, not all financial and economic indicators that are used can be applied, but only those that most closely meet the requirements and most reflect the results of financial and economic activity, and, if possible, do not contradict each other. The modern business environment highlights the issues of ensuring financial and economic security. Proper assessment of it, as well as diagnostics of the financial condition of enterprises is a priority task for ensuring sustainable development and operation of the enterprise. Market conditions require enterprises to improve production efficiency, competitiveness of products and services based on the implementation of scientific and technological progress, effective forms of management and enterprise management, enterprise activation and so on. So, the role of diagnostics of a financial condition is great enough. Diagnostics of the financial security of an enterprise is an analytical assessment of all the functional components of safety from the standpoint of achieving the highest possible level of protection against internal and external threats, aimed at making effective management decisions and developing a financial security strategy. Needs Assesment of Adolescent Health Services

Health problems surround the adolescent rises everytime, yet it does unexcelled with their awareness or knowledge about that problems. The adolescent health service that are poorly accesced by the adolescent become the indicator that proves that the adolescent health services are not fully known and utilized yet. The assesment of adolesccent health services need has to be done so that it can be fully understand by the helper, target and stakeholder. This study aimed to analyse the adolescent health service need in Karang Bendo, Banguntapan, Bantul, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The study was conducted in 2016 using cross-sectional approach. The results revealed that the level of adolsecent\u27s knowledge are still relatively poor: reproductive health knowledge (44.1%), HIV/AIDS (41.2%), smoke (50%), drugs (58.8%), and healthy lifestyle () (47.1%). The majority of respondents said that they need health services about reproduction health (94.1%), HIV/AIDS (91.2%), smoke (91.2%), drugs (88.2%) and healthy lifestyle (91.2%)

. Participation in the budgeting process is a form of real involvement of an individual, which in turn will affect the individual's managerial performance. Managerial performance will be effective if the budget goals can be achieved and subordinates have a chance to get involve or participate in the process of budget arrangement. This research was conducted to determine the effect of budget participation on managerial performance with psychological capital as mediating variables. Data used in this research is primary data that obtained through questionnaires. Respondents were selected by purposive sampling method with the following criteria: work and have structural positions in college, at least one year of experience as a structural officials, and actively involved in the budgeting process. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. This study provides empirical evidence about the positive effect of budget participation on psychological capital, the positive effect of psychological capital on the managerial performance, and the positive effect of budget participation on the managerial performance. Also this research reveals the role of psychological capital as a mediating variable on the budget participation and managerial performance relationship

The Effect of Nasty and Non-nasty Married Celebrity Endorsers on the Attitude, Brand, and Purchasing Intention of the Consumer

This research describes how Advertising Response Modelling (ARM) provides a framework to measure advertising performance by integrating several multiple measuresused in copy research. Several studies found that the use of celebrity endorsers is a popular execution device, but it is not without risk. The author reports the study examininghow the case of negative information about an endorser can affect three variables: attitude toward ads, attitude toward brand, and purchasing intention. The aims of this researchwere to measure the influence of negative traits of endorsers on consumers' attitude toward the product, the brand, and the purchasing intention. Experimental research design was employed in this study. The participants in this research were students who are studying at Master of Economics Science, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. There were 100 participants out of 113 samples used as participants. Those participants were exposed to a printed advertisement of drinking product “Extra O2” brand. Then, they were also exposed to the case of negative information of the endorsers who have and have no nasty married. After that, the participants were asked to fill in self-administered and structured questionnaire. By using ARM and One-way ANOVA analysis, the research shows that endorsers without divorce problem has influenced positively the audience morethan that of endorser with nasty married. However, there are no significant differences between men and women in responding the advertising with nasty and non-nasty marriedendorsers

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence about the positive influence of performance appraisal on employee performance. This research also wants to prove the role of organizational culture as an intervening variable. Data used are primary data. Data were obtained through questionnaires distribution to respondents. The respondents were selected using purposive sampling method. The criteria are as follows: full time lecturer or homebase lecturer at private university in West Jakarta area. Hypotheses were tested using regression analysis and path analysis. The resultshows that the performance appraisal has a positive influence on employee performance. Organizational culture as an intervening variable cannot be proven through this research

The data in this study were obtained through observation use prepositional phrases in a 2014 collection of short stories containing the Compass selection form and meaning of a prepositional phrase. The technique used in this study is a reference technique and recording technique. Data collection tool used in this study is the researchers themselves as a key instrument. In addition, researchers also use these tools as a means to collect data recording main card. Based on data analysis researchers have done can be concluded that there is use of a prepositional phrase on a short story Women and Ants in Head Works Anggun which consists of 22 forms, Joyeux Anniversaire work Tenni Purwanti consisting of 22 shapes, First Boyfriend Vika Wisnu 25 forms, deadline Djenar Maesa Ayu of 23 forms.
