(in English): Bachelor thesis entitled "Tercial education for teachers of children and pupils with a hearing handicap in the Czech Republic - a description of current state" will focus on teaching courses dealing with the education of persons with a hearing handicap. The work deals mainly with special-pedagogical disciplines whose graduates pursue with the education of individuals with a hearing handicap. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part contains a summary of the history of education for people with a hearing handicap, defines terms that occur at work, for example surdopedy or medical and socio-cultural approach to the problem of deafness. There is also a list of Czech legislation relating to education of persons with a hearing handicap. The practical part is further divided into two sections. In the first one, the information from curriculums and syllabi of relevant courses is summarized. Based on the analysis of syllabi, the form, the way and the content of teaching selected fields at specific universities is indicated. In the second section the results of the electronic questionnaire responses of surveyed fields are analyzed. Based on particular syllabi of examined courses and a questionnaire survey this thesis explores approaches to the education of future..

Na základě vysokoškolských sylabů jednotlivých předmětů a dotazníkového průzkumu práce mapuje přístupy k problematice vzdělávání budoucích pedagogů dětí a žáků s vadou sluchu a snaží se podat obraz současné podoby, kterou výuka...(in English): Bachelor thesis entitled "Tercial education for teachers of children and pupils with a hearing handicap in the Czech Republic - a description of current state" will focus on teaching courses dealing with the education of persons with a hearing handicap. Food Bloggers on the Twitter Social Network: Yummy, Healthy, Homemade, and Vegan Food

    No full text
Many people now consider social networking to be an indispensable tool. There are now over 4.6 billion social media users, who leave a digital footprint through their online interactions. These big data provide enormous research potential for identifying the social and cultural aspects of the monitored topic. Moreover, the use of social media platforms has been found to have an impact on eating habits. The analysis of these social networks is thus essential to understand the factors that influence eating habits. To this aim, we identified the main topics associated with food bloggers on Twitter using the Social Media Analysis based on the Hashtag Research Framework of 686,450 Tweets captured from 171,243 unique users from 1 January 2017 to 30 May 2022. Based on the analysis of communication on Twitter, the most communicated hashtags in the food blogger sphere were as follows: #yummy, #healthy, #homemade, and #vegan. From the point of view of communities, three major clusters were identified, including (1) healthy lifestyle, (2) home-made food, and (3) fast food, and two minor clusters were identified, namely, (4) breakfast and brunch and (5) food traveling

Cultured Meat on the Social Network Twitter: Clean, Future and Sustainable Meats

    No full text
The rapid development of technologies for cultured meat production has led to new challenges for producers regarding appropriate communication with future customers in order to deliver products to a viable market. Communication analysis of social media enables the identification of the key characteristics of the monitored topic, as well as the main areas of communication by individual users based on active digital footprints. This study aimed to identify the key characteristics of cultured meat based on communication analysis of the social network Twitter. Communication analysis was performed based on 36,356 Tweets posted by 4128 individual users. This analysis identified the following main communicated characteristics: clean meat, future meat, and sustainable meat. Latent Dittrich allocation identified five communication topics: (1) clean and sustainable products, (2) comparisons with plant-based protein and the impact on agribusiness, (3) positive environmental aspects, (4) cultured meat as an alternative protein, and (5) the regulation of cultured meat

Changes in isoflavones concentrations in cheese during processing and ripening

The aim of the study was to determine possible changes in isoflavones concentration in cheese made from either control or isoflavone-enriched milk during manufacturing and ripening. The experiment was carried out on four high-yielding lactating Holstein cows that were divided into two groups with similar mean milk yield. The control group of cows was fed a diet based on extruded rapeseed cake (C) while the experimental group of animals was fed a diet based on extruded full-fat soya (S). The experiment was carried out in the form of a cross-over design and was divided into 2 periods of 14 days (a 10-d preliminary period and a 4-d experimental period). Cows were fed individually twice daily ad libitum the diet based on maize silage, lucerne hay and supplemental mixture. In each period 20 kg of morning milk was collected from each group for cheese processing. After pasteurisation (65 °C, 30 min.) a total of 5 kg of milk from each sample in each period was weighed out to make cheese with a low-heated curd. Cheeses were salted in 20% solution of NaCl for 3.5 h and allowed to ripen for 90 days at 15 °C. During technological processing samples were taken to determine isoflavones content. Data concerning the nutrients intake, milk yield and concentration of isoflavones were analysed by means of multifactor analysis of variance using the GLM procedure of the Statgraphics 7.0 package. Average daily isoflavones intake in S (1284.7 mg/d) was higher than in C (2.9 mg/d, P < 0.001). Milk yield expressed in 4% FCM did not differ significantly between groups (P > 0.05). Concentration of daidzein, genistein and glycitein in pasteurised full fat milk was similar in both groups. Milk from S group had higher concentration of equol (26.7 µg/L) in comparison to C group (4.0 µg/L). After processing cheese in C contained 32.1 µg/kg daidzein and 5.6 µg/kg of equol while cheese in S contained 17.5 µg/kg of daidzein and 24.3 µg/kg of equol. During a 90-day ripening percentage decrease in isoflavones concentration was lower in S than in C. Concentration of daidzein was reduced by 47% in C and 37% in S. Concentration of genistein decreased by 51% in C and 31% in S, concentration of glycitein by 46% in C and 29% in S and concentration of equol by 50% in C and 38% in S

Chateau, city parks and gardens are perceived as harmonious parts of the landscape. Unfortunately, even these areas have to face various threats, and they can be a threat to the surrounding environment. The exhibition /catalogue presents a look at the organisms that threaten parks. These threats cover unwelcomed invaders covering invasive plants and small microorganisms in the soil, on facades, statues or in water. On the other hand, some species that are intentionally brought to the parks can be risky not only the gardens themselves but also their surroundings
