Development of Version 1 of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) funding model for community transport
This report details the development of a prototype classification and funding model for community transport providers in NSW. The research was conducted by the Centre for Health Service Development, within the Australian Health Services Research Institute at the University of Wollongong, in partnershipwith and funded by Community Transport Organisation (CTO), the peak body for community transport providers in NSW. The project was commissioned by CTO in March 2022 in response to concerns from the sector around future funding stability under the payment in arrears model that has been proposed by the Australian Government in the ‘Support at Home Program’

Cavitation Bubble Dynamics inside Liquid Drops in Microgravity
We studied spark-generated cavitation bubbles inside water drops produced in microgravity. High-speed visualizations disclosed unique effects of the spherical and nearly isolated liquid volume. In particular, (1) toroidally collapsing bubbles generate two liquid jets escaping from the drop, and the "splash jet" discloses a remarkable broadening. (2) Shockwaves induce a strong form of secondary cavitation due to the particular shockwave confinement. This feature offers a novel way to estimate integral shockwave energies in isolated volumes. (3) Bubble lifetimes in drops are shorter than in extended volumes in remarkable agreement with herein derived corrective terms for the Rayleigh-Plesset equation

Study of the process e+e-\to \mu+\mu- in the energy region \sqrt{s}=980, 1040 -- 1380 MeV
The cross section of the process e+e-\to\mu+\mu- was measured in the SND
experiment at the VEPP-2M e+e- collider in the energy region \sqrt{s}=980, 1040
-- 1380 MeV. The event numbers of the process e+e-\to\mu+\mu- were normalized
to the integrated luminosity measured using e+e-\to e+e- and
e+e-\to\gamma\gamma processes. The ratio of the measured cross section to the
theoretically predicted value is 1.006\pm 0.007 \pm 0.016 and 1.005 \pm 0.007
\pm 0.018 in the first and second case respectively. Using results of the
measurements, the electromagnetic running coupling constant \alpha in the
energy region \sqrt{s}=1040 -- 1380 MeV was obtained = 134.1\pm 0.5
\pm 1.2 and this is in agreement with theoretical expectation.Comment: 29 pages, 23 figure
