    The importance of concern for the environment in long-term business processes and the sustainability of the company's life through the practice of sustainability report disclosure. This study aims to analyze the effect of the sustainability report and actors of company ownership on market performance and fundamental performance. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Types and sources of data used are secondary data from annual reports and sustainability reports. The method used is factor analysis to see the contribution of indicators to variables, and path analysis to see the effect of sustainability report disclosure, using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) tools. The findings state that the sustainability report has an effect on market performance, but the sustainability report has no effect on fundamental performance.     The Effect of Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Satisfaction at PT. Veneta Indonesia

    One of the factors that influence employee job satisfaction is the amount of compensation received by employees every month and a comfortable work environment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of compensation and work environment in increasing employee job satisfaction at PT. Indonesian Veneta. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Veneta Indonesia as many as 63 people, using a census sampling technique where all of the population is used as a sample. Data analysis processing techniques used are descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. Then the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS version 22.0. The results of the study with a level of 5% found that Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, and Compensation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. The results of the study show that giving financial compensation on time and providing additional benefits which are of course in accordance with applicable regulations can increase employee job satisfaction.     Fokus kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Kecamatan Serang Baru untuk mempercepat pengentasan daerah rawan pangan melalui meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat yakni dengan melakukan sosialisasi penguatan ekonomi yang memanfaatkan IPTEK khususnya penggunaan e-commerce , setelah dilakukan beberapa survei dan observasi lapangan. Hasil kegiatan bahwa selama pandemi Covid-19 daya bel iwi wilayah rumah tangga rawan pangan hanya sekitar 36% dari total daya beli di wilayah perkotaan. Tingkat kemampuan konsumsi rata-rata beras per KK pada rumah tangga rawan pangan hanya sekitar 0.33 Kg beras saja sementara sekitar 67% memiliki tingkat pendapatan kurang dari Rp. 500.000 per bulan sehingga sangat memerlukan bantuan beras seperti program “raskin”. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Kecamatan Serang Baru menghasilkan program-program pengentasan kemiskinan yang bekerjasama dengan pemerintah setempat hingga penyuluhan pembuatan dan pembukaan akun e-commerce di Shopee yang sudah siap digunakan untuk menjual berbagai produk olahan rumah tangga yang dapat dipasarkan secara online

    Kegiatan ini di latar belakangi oleh kepentingan masyarakat khususnya permasalahan mengenai penanggulangan banjir musiman yang dialami beberapa masyarakat Kabupaten Babelan sekitar khususnya wilayah RT.013 RW.003 Desa Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi. Berdasarkan informasi yang saya dapatkan bahwa banyak sekali warga Babelan yang membuang sampah sembarangan dan belum melakukan pembungan sampah berdasarkan jenis sampah. Oleh karena itu saya tertarik sekali mengambil tema atau judul Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) saya di lingkungan tersebut. Tujuan dari Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini adalah melakukan upaya pencegahan dan pengurangan resiko banjir dan diharapkan masyarakat sekitar memahami jenis-jenis sampah. Metode yang dilakukan adalah mengindetifikasikan masalah yang ada di RT.013 RW.003 Desa Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi.     The shift in marketing trends from conventional (offline) to online media at this time causes MSME actors who do not take advantage of the potential of digital marketing to lose the opportunity to further improve their business.  The main purpose of this community service program is to provide an understanding of the importance of digital marketing and improve the skills of MSME actors in the world of digital marketing both through social media and e-commerce, in order to increase sales and profits for MSME business actors in the village of Kutamukti.  The method used in this service is community education and training by helping MSME actors by utilizing digital media in marketing their products to increase the MSME income.  The results of the observations that have been made, the people in the village of Kutamukti lack understanding in marketing a product based on digital marketing.  The hope of this community service program is to help MSMEs in Kutamukti village to take advantage of digital marketing as a marketing strategy to expand the market in order to get new consumers
