    Noncommutative Moduli for Multi-Instantons

There exists a recursive algorithm for constructing BPST-type multi-instantons on commutative R^4. When deformed noncommutatively, however, it becomes difficult to write down non-singular instanton configurations with topological charge greater than one in explicit form. We circumvent this difficulty by allowing for the translational instanton moduli to become noncommutative as well. This makes possible the ADHM construction of 't Hooft multi-instanton solutions with everywhere self-dual field strengths on noncommutative R^4.Comment: 1+9 pages; v2: reference added, published versio

Measurements of the composition of aerosol component of Venusian atmosphere with Vega 1 lander, preliminary data

    Get PDF
Preliminary investigation of mass spectra of gaseous products of pyrolyzed Venusian cloud particles collected and analyzed by the complex device of mass-spectrometer and collector pyrolyzer on board Vega 1 lander revealed the presence of heavy particles in the upper cloud layer. Based on 64 amu peak (SO2+), an estimate of the lower limit of the sulfuric acid aerosol content at the 62 to 54 km heights of approximately 2.0 mg/cu m is obtained. A chlorine line (35 and 37 amu) is also present in the mass spectrum with a lower limit of the chlorine concentration of approximately 0.3 mg/ cu m

Modern Diagnostics of Sepsis and Septic Shock in Children

    Get PDF
Sepsis is still one of the leading causes of child mortality worldwide, despite advances in its diagnosis and treatment. Difficulties in recognizing the transition of a localized infectious-inflammatory process to a generalized one lead to a belated diagnosis and the beginning of therapy. Meanwhile, the earlier treatment is started, the higher the patients’ chances of life. Early diagnosis of sepsis, which corresponds to modern ideas about this condition, is one of the main tasks for both scientists and practitioners. The aim of this review is to study modern recommendations for the diagnosis of sepsis and septic shock in children. The article reflects the epidemiology, etiological features, modern definitions, and methods of diagnosis of pediatric sepsis

The review of the book by Azerbaijani researcher Enver Chigisoglu (Ənvər Çingisoğlu) “Khalkhal Khanate,” edited in 2016, gives an idea of the content of the publication dedicated to one of the lesser-known states, existing on the territory of Iranian Azerbaijan in 18th-19th centuries. It is reported that the book based on numerous sources analyzes data about history, geography and culture of Khalkhal Khanate

Psycholinguistic criteria for understanding phraseological units

© 2015, Mediterranean Center of Social and Educational Research. All rights reserved. This article deals with the problems of mental perception and cultural interpretation of phraseological units in their occasional use in the English and Russian languages. The role of phraseological unit’s inner form in ability to undergo any transformations is investigated, imagery associations are compared, functions of stylistic devices in transformation of phraseological units are defined in structurally different languages as English and Russian. The main goal is to investigate the cultural and national specificity of phraseological units in occasional use, to define language standards and stereotypes, as well as the cultural interpretation of phraseological units. The hypothesis stating that phraseological unit possesses a structure of knowledge including denotative, evaluative, emotional, cultural and stylistic components was experimentally confirmed

Contents of heavy metals in fructicose epiphytic lichens of Karelia as indicator of atmospheric transport of pollutants

    Get PDF
Results of studies of heavy metals contents in fruticose epiphytic lichens in Karelia are presented and the influence of different sources on the elemental composition of lichens has been estimated. It has been shown, that long-range atmospheric transport influences strongly the accumulation of Pb, Zn, Cd, Sb. For Al, Fe and Co lithogenic source is the main one. In the Northern Karelia atmospheric transport of Cu, Co and Ni from metallurgic enterprises of the Murmansk Region is important source of these elements

Development of technology for obtaining electrodes based on copper wire using in the manufacture of solar modules

    Get PDF
To optimize the technological process of manufacturing copper wire coated with solder of the POIN-52 grade, the optimal modes for the tinning temperature, linear velocity, diameter of the diamond die and flux were identified. It was found that the best wire tinning process is achieved when cleaning the surface of a copper wire by the method of electrochemical degreasing. The results of the tests showed that, in terms of mechanical and electrical parameters wire meets the require-ments for electrodes in the manufacture of solar modules. The results of climatic tests of solar modules  showed a high degree of reliability with a power loss of 0.86% and thermal cycling tests with a power loss of 0.4%, which is within tolerance
