    Gambaran pelaksanaan program penanganan kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak pada Puskesmas di Yogyakarta

    The problem of violence against women and children (VaW/C) is a problem that requires special attention because cases of VaW/C are increasing every year. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the management of cases of violence against children and women in Yogyakarta City Health Center. The design of this study was qualitative with data collection using in-depth interviews, the KtP / A Program Coordinator, and the implementing midwife as research subjects. Data triangulation with Psychologists and Program Coordinators and the Integrated Service Center for the Protection of Women and Children with in-depth interviews. The results of this study found that the implementation of VaW/C handling was not optimal. This is because extracting cases of violence is obtained when patients arrive, and not conducting surveys to the community. this is because the VaW/C program is not a priority for the Puskesmas work program. Violence prevention activities are carried out by socializing to the community. The facilities and infrastructure for handling cases of violence are adequate but do not have separate rooms. The implementation of VaW/C handling is in the form of physical examination and counseling. Suggestions for Puskesmas are to develop and optimize programs for handling VaW/C so that cases of VaW/C can be revealed and handled

    Abstract:The purpose of this reseach is to improve the understanding of thermal energy and the displacement concept by using Two Stay Two Stray type of Cooperative Learning model. This research had been done by two cycles and each cycle consist of planning, action, observation and reflection. The result shown that there was improving of understanding about thermal energy and the displacement concept by using Two Stay Two Stray type ofCooperative Learning model. Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep energi panas dan per-pindahannya melalui model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Two StayTwo Stray.     Abstract The objective of research is to improve the concept understanding of System Goverment Center with applying cooperative learning model Teams Games Tournament type. This study belongs to a classroom action research (CAR). The research process was implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages: (1) planning, (2) acting, (3) observing, and (4) reflecting. Techniques of collecting data used were test, observation, and documentation. In order to validate data, the author employedcontentsvalidate. Technique of analyzing data used was an interactive analysis model including three components: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Considering the result of research it can be concluded that with applying cooperative learning model Teams Games Tournament typecan improve the concept understanding of System Goverment Center. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep sistem pemerintahan pusat melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri II Nambangan tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Penelitian ini berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Proses penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu: (1) perencanaan tindakan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Untuk menguji validitas data, peneliti menggunakan validitas isi.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif meliputi tiga buah komponen yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep sistem pemerintahan pusat pada mata pelajaran PKn.     Pelaksanaan Discharge Planning pada Pasien Post Sectio Caesarria di Ruang Sakinah Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Tahun 2013

    This study aims to: 1) Determine the preparation of Discharge Planning Program in Space Sakinah RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, 2) Determine the implementation of the Discharge Planning by officers in Space Sakinah RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta; 3) The results achieved from the implementation of Discharge Planning in Space Sakinah RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, and 4) Knowing the obstacles that arise in the implementation of Discharge Planning in Space Sakinah RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The research was conducted at room Sakinah RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, using qualitative research methods with phenomenological approach to the 3 key informants, in the room supervisor, coordinator midwife room, and patient. The process of data collection is done by in-depth interviewing, content analysis, and observation. Data characteristics of respondents are presented in the form of frequency distributions, while the hypothesis analysis done by triangulation method. Conclusions; 1) Preparation of program planning discharge planning in areas Sakinah RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta is only done by a team consisting of nursing and nursing assistant nursing manager, 2) Implementation of discharge planning by officers in Space Sakinah RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta already implemented although not perfect, and all officers can carry out discharge planning to use a format that has been available, but there is no standardized raw format specifically for obstetric patients, and 3) Evaluation results are achieved from the implementation of discharge planning in areas Sakinah RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta shows that the average percentage more than 81% for bathing independence, 90.5% for the independence of caring for the baby's umbilical cord, 66.7% for infant feeding independence, and 76.2% for independence to perform maintenance after baby bowel and bladder; 4) Constraints that arise on implementation of discharge planning on Space Sakinah RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta is the reluctance of patients to perform the time education, while the officer is plagued with HR where the purpose of the discharge planning is not well understood by all the officers in the room, the midwife was not involved in planning the discharge of patients, as well as administrative completeness (format discharge planning has not raw)

    PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NHT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR

    The purpose of this study are to: improve students’ motivation by using model of NHT cooperative learning in the grade students’ of IV SDN 02 Doplang, through the use of NHT type cooperative model. The form of the research is action research consists of planning (planning), action (action), observing (observation), and reflection (reflection). Data collection techniques to improve motivation to learn social studies using a model cooperative type NHT used questionnaires and observation techniques. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model of Miles & Huberman analysis consisted of data reduction, data, and data verification token or draw conclusions. Based on the results of this study concluded that: the using of cooperative learning model NHT type can increase the motivation of students of SDN 02 Doplang fourth grade. In the pre-action obtain by the average students’ motivation 60,88, cycle first for 72,80, cycle II for 84,20 it means an increased students’ motivation average 'for 23,32%. Thus it can be proposed recommendation that the using of cooperative learning model NHT Study type in the four social classes of learning can improve learning motivation and learning achievement in the SDN 2002 social studies Doplang Karangpandan.     ASI merupakan makanan terbaik bagi bayi, karena  mengandung zat gizi yang paling lengkap sesuai dengan kebutuhan bayi. Pemberian ASI eksklusif/ selama 6 bulan tanpa pemberian makanan lain merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengoptimalkan 1000 HPK. Untuk mensukseskan pemberian ASI eksklusif perlu adanya dukungan informasi dan social dari lingkungan salah satunya dengan adanya kelompok pendukung(KP) ASI. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membentuk KP-ASI Di Ponowaren Nogotirto Gamping. Metode yang dilakukan antara lain FGD, Penyampaian materi, Praktik Pemberian ASI serta Pengukuhan KP-ASI yang dilakukan pada kader posyandu Kuncup Mekar. Hasil Pengabdian telah terbentuk KP-ASI Dukuh Ponowaren Gamping Sleman dengan 14 Anggota Kader posyandu dan telah tersedia buku serba- serbi ASI yang merupakan media bagi kader untuk memberikan konseling ASI. Kesimpulan  Kader kesehatan telah memiliki pengetahuan dan praktik yang memadai untuk mendampingi ibu menyusui mensukeskan pemberian ASI eksklusif

    Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve the concept understanding of earth surface appearance at the third grade students in MI Assirajiyah Menur in the academic year of 2012/2013 through the use of audio visual media. The form of this research was classroom action research that has been done in two cycles. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, tests, and documentations. The techniques of data analysis used analitycal interactive model. The results showed that through audio visual media can enhance the understanding concept of earth surface appearance at the third students in MI Assirajiyah Menur in the academic year of 2012/2013. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep kenampakan permukaan bumi pada peserta didik kelas III MI Assirajiyah Menur melalui penggunaan media audio visual.     Abstract : The aim of this researh is to improve concept understand struggle colonization Nedherland periode in Java Island with used cooperative method Co-op Co-op. This research belongs to a classrrom action research. The research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consist of planning, action, observation, and refection. Subjects were elementary school students in five grade Krendetan Academi year 2012/2013 which amounts to 19 students cinsist of 7 boys and 12 girls. The source data were obtained from primary data of concept understand struggle colonization Nedherland periode in Java Island value of the five grade students elementary school Krendetan. The source of secondary data consist of file document, observation, question, and interview. The average value of the cycle pre-class 61.6, the first cycle raised to 68.7 and at 89.2 reached second cycle. The conclusions of this research is implementation Co-op Co-op method can improve concept understand struggle colonization Nedherland periode in Java Island in the fifth grade students Elementary School Krendetan Purworejo year 2012/2013. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman konsep perjuangan masa penjajahan Belanda di Pulau Jawa melalui metode Co-Op Co-Op. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Krendetan Tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 yang berjumlah 19 siswa terdiri dari 7 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Data yang diperoleh peneliti yaitu sumber data pokok (primer) yaitu dari nilai pemahaman konsep perjuangan masa penjajahan Belanda di Pulau Jawa pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Krendetan. Sumber data sekunder meliputi dokumentasi, hasil observasi, hasil angket, dan hasil wawancara. Nilai rata-rata kelas yaitu sebelum tindakan sebesar 61,6; siklus I naik menjadi 68,7; dan pada siklus II naik menjadi 89,2. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode Co-op Co-op dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep perjuangan masa penjajahan Belanda di Pulau Jawa pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Krendetan Purworejo tahun ajaran 2012/2013.     Abstract: Improving the ability of adding fractions through team quiz method. The purpose of this research is to improve the ability of adding fractions in the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 3 Karangdowo. This research is a classroom action research by using 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. As the research subjects were students of fifth grade by 13 students. Data was collected through tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The validity of using triangulation of data sources and triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique used model of interactive data analysis. Based on the results of the action research cycle I and II showed an increased ability of adding fractions in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 3 Karangdowo academic year 2012/2013 through team quiz method. Abstrak: Meningkatkan kemampuan menjumlahkan pecahan melalui penggunaan metode team quiz. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan menjumlahkan pecahan pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 3 Karangdowo. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan 2 siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Sebagai subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V sebanyak 13 siswa.     Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve the concept comprehension of earth changes appearance by using audio visual media of the fourth grade of MI Assirajiyah Menur Demak in the academic year 2012/2013. The form of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles. Each cycles consisted of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collecting technique was documentation, observation, test and interview. The data analyzing technique was interactive analysis which consist of three components, they are data reduction, data presentation and taking the conclusion of the data.
