Fuzzy algorithm for situational control of urban transport traffic
The problem of operational dispatching control of urban transport is
considered on the example of fixed-route taxis. The analysis of passenger traffic is carried out on
the mathematical apparatus of the theory of queuing systems, within which a graph of states is
constructed and ratios are obtained to evaluate the main indicators of the quality of minibus taxis.
Due to the presence of information uncertainty in the work of urban transport, an algorithm of
fuzzy situational management is proposed, which is the basis of intellectual DSS. For an optimal
transition from the current situation to a situation that meets the new operating conditions, in the
sense of the selected criterion, it is proposed to use the dynamic programming method
Recognition of handwritten numbers based on convolutional neural networks
This article deals with the problem of practical implementation of
handwritten digit recognition based on convolutional neural networks (CNN). The CNN
architecture is presented and analyzed, for which it is recommended to use cross entropy as a
loss function during training, and the Softmax function as an activation function of the last
CNN layer. It is also recommended to use the well-known error back propagation algorithm
to implement the CNN learning algorithm. To do this, the article presents the main relations
for errors at each layer
Automation Of Making Innovative Decisions In Development Of City Infrastructure
An automated method for evaluating expert questionnaires proposed, in which the questionnaire considered as a linguo-numerical model of the city infrastructure object under study, which makes it possible to present it in a form convenient for automated processing in decision support systems (DSS) based on the proposed procedures
Stabilization of positioning points in the control system of industrial robots-manipulators
To stabilize the position of the grip of the manipulator at the working point
of positioning, a modal procedure for optimal adjustment of the parameters of the
proportional and differential parts of the multidimensional PID controller based on the
original method of uncertain coefficients is proposed. To eliminate the static error, it is
suggested to use the Davison method of adjusting the integral part of the PID controller. The
proposed approach is universal and can be used to stabilize the modes of operation of other
technical objects and technological processes

Search for double beta decay processes in 106Cd with the help of 106CdWO4 crystal scintillator
A search for the double beta processes in 106Cd was carried out at the Gran
Sasso National Laboratories of the INFN (Italy) with the help of a 106CdWO4
crystal scintillator (215 g) enriched in 106Cd up to 66%. After 6590 h of data
taking, new improved half-life limits on the double beta processes in 106Cd
were established at the level of 10^{19}-10^{21} yr; in particular,
T_{1/2}(2\nu \epsilon \beta^+) > 2.1 10^{20} yr, T_{1/2}(2\nu 2\beta^+) > 4.3
10^{20} yr, and T_{1/2}(0\nu 2\epsilon) > 1.0 10^{21} yr. The resonant
neutrinoless double electron captures to the 2718 keV, 2741 keV and 2748 keV
excited states of 106Pd are restricted to T_{1/2}(0\nu 2K) > 4.3 10^{20} yr,
T_{1/2}(0\nu KL1) > 9.5 10^{20} yr and T_{1/2}(0\nu KL3) > 4.3 10^{20} yr,
respectively (all limits at 90% C.L.). A possible resonant enhancement of the
0\nu 2\epsilon processes is estimated in the framework of the QRPA approach.
The radioactive contamination of the 106CdWO4 crystal scintillator is reported.Comment: Minor changes of half-life limits after improving the data analysis;

Low background detector with enriched 116CdWO4 crystal scintillators to search for double beta decay of 116Cd
A cadmium tungstate crystal boule enriched in Cd to 82% with mass of
1868 g was grown by the low-thermal-gradient Czochralski technique. The
isotopic composition of cadmium and the trace contamination of the crystal were
estimated by High Resolution Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass-Spectrometry. The
crystal scintillators produced from the boule were subjected to
characterization that included measurements of transmittance and energy
resolution. A low background scintillation detector with two CdWO
crystal scintillators (586 g and 589 g) was developed. The detector was running
over 1727 h deep underground at the Gran Sasso National Laboratories of the
INFN (Italy), which allowed to estimate the radioactive contamination of the
enriched crystal scintillators. The radiopurity of a third CdWO
sample (326 g) was tested with the help of ultra-low background high purity
germanium detector. Monte Carlo simulations of double
processes in Cd were used to estimate the sensitivity of an experiment
to search for double decay of Cd.Comment: 24 pages, 13 figures, 3 tables, accepted for publication on Journal

Searches for neutrinoless resonant double electron captures at LNGS
Several experiments were performed during last years at underground (3600 m
w.e.) Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso (LNGS) of the INFN (Italy) to search
for resonant 2 captures in 96Ru, 106Cd, 136Ce, 156Dy, 158Dy,
180W, 184Os, 190Pt with the help of HP Ge semiconductor detectors, and ZnWO4
and 106CdWO4 crystal scintillators. No evidence for r-2 decays
was found, and only T_{1/2} limits were established in the range of
10^{14}-10^{21} yr.Comment: Proceedings of TAUP 2011 Conferenc
DESIGNING OF AUTONOMOUS HEAT SUPPLY SYSTEMS AND OPTIMIZATION OF ENERGY RESOURCES AT THEIR EXPLOITATION
Relevance. To solve most of the tasks facing the housing and communal services of the country, it is necessary to create andimplement new efficient energy-saving technologies and units, the development of which will solve the problem of reducing heatconsumption and metal consumption when using individual heat points in district heating systems.Goal. Increase in the efficiency of autonomous heat supply systems (AHSS) for housing and communal services objects.Ensuring effective means of analyzing complex systems and processes in multi-circuit heat exchangers for heating and hot watersupply systems.Method. To achieve this goal, a systematic approach was applied to the analysis of thermal and hydraulic processes occurring inthe autonomous heat supply systems and modeling of heat exchange processes in multi-circuit heat exchangers. To solve theboundary value problem, an iterative procedure is proposed. On the experimental stand, the model is explored, experimental data areobtained.Results. The dependence of the coolant consumption in the circuits and the amount of heat are established theoretically andexperimentally. An iterative procedure is developed. Studies were carried out on the basis of the experimental stand. Based on theresults of the experiments, a nomogram of thermal calculation of a multi-circuit heat exchanger was constructed.Conclusions. The experiments carried out on the experimental stand developed by the authors of the experiment fully confirmthe correctness of the theoretical results obtained and provide an effective tool for constructing industrial samples
