Soil has a role that is essential for human life, the need for land from day to day continues to increase and thus susceptible to a problems on land.Based on the above ideas, the writing task ahir is about land conflicts that occur between TP. Sekar Bumi Alam Lestari with the community in the City of Garo villages, in order to understand the forms of conflict, the causes of conflict and how the government's role in resolving the conflict.Expected by this research can determine (1) how where other forms of conflict between communities with the Company, (2) what causes the occurrence of a conflict and (3) how where the government's role in resolving the conflict in the village of Garo City.Conflicts in Rural Urban Garo include forms of conflict that resulted in violent conflict directly or indirectly violence and conflict vertical and horizontal conflict , whether the conflict between Garo City Village community with company PT . Sekar Bumi Alam Lestari or conflicts among fellow villagers in Kota Garo . Conflicts in Rural Urban Garo appear because a wide variety of factors that led to conflicts such as: needs, perceptions , power. So that led to conflict in the middle of the village community Garo City

PERSEPSI TINGKAT KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KANTOR KECAMATAN BATU LAYAR 2022

Penelitian ini telah di laksanakan di Kantor Kecamatan Batu Layar2022, bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelayanan publik di Kantor Kecamatan Batu Layar2022.Metode penelitian yang digunakan antara lain yaitu dengan menentukan sampel responden sebanyak 60 orang dari masyarakat yang menerima pelayanan publik 1 tahun terakhir di Kantor Kecamatan Batu Layar2022, dengan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan untuk melengkapi data juga menggunakan wawancara. Sedangkan teknik analisa data menggunakan statistik diskriptif, yaitu selain analisis kuantitatif prosentase baris dari data hasil kuesioner, juga menggunakan analisis kualitatif untuk data dari hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang dicapai terkait tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dari masing-masing variabel yaitu Variabel Tangible, tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Kecamatan Batu Layar2022 mencapai 68,33% merasa puas dan sangat puas, selanjutnya untuk variabel Reliability mencapai 70,00% merasa puas dan sangat puas, variabel Responsiveness mencapai 75,00% merasa puas dan sangat puas, variabel Assurance mencapai 80,00% merasa puas dan sangat puas dan terakhir variabel Empathy mencapai 68,33% merasa puas dan sangat puas. Dengan demikian tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Batu Layar2022 secara keseluruhan dari 5 variabel penelitian berada pada katagori puas dan sangat puas mencapai 71,66%

This research is to study analyzes the society perceptions about the meanings of agate. This phenomenon is a social phenomenon that occurs in people who have or collect agates and the way they wear an agate. The theory used is the theory of social behavior and a symbolic interactionalism. Data analysis was conducted to address the existing problems in this research is qualitative descriptive approach further analyzed based on the theories in the study and the techniques of data collection in this research is snowball sampling where the number of informants is 7 people consisting of a leader of the neighborhood (RT), a leadear of the Karang Taruna, one student and four membes of the society. Research result showed the meaning of agate stone has a good meaning to society. Society using an agate as an accessory, but some society use that because of the magical power which are contained in agate stone. Tilan Island Tour in Rantau Bais Tourism Village: From Festival To Eco-tourism: Wisata Pulau Tilan di Desa Wisata Rantau Bais: Dari Festival Menuju Ekowisata

ABSTRACT:This study discussed about tourist destinations in Tilan Island, which was built under the initiative of the local youth through festival tourism. The tourist destination has been positively responded to by visitors whose number keeps increasing each year, and Kepenghuluan Rantau Bais has been recognised as a Tourism Village. Tourism in Tilan Island persistently transforms from festival tourism to regular tourism, starting from its opening every Saturday and Sunday. This study is a qualitative study that uses the ethnography method where the researcher lived for two months in Kepenghuluan Rantau Bais. The data was obtained using participative observation and in-depth interviews with an appointed informant who has a wide knowledge on tourism in Tilan Island. This research found that not all tourism potential in Tilan Island and Rokan River are explored to become tourist activities. ABSTRAK:Studi ini membahas tentang destinasi wisata Pulau Tilan, destinasi wisata yang dibangun atas inisiatif pemuda melalui wisata festival. Destinasi wisata sudah direspon positif oleh pengunjung yang datang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, dan diakuinya Kepenghuluan Rantau Bais sebagai desa wisata. Wisata Pulau Tilan secara bertahap bertransformasi dari wisata festival ke wisata regular dimulai dengan dibukanya wisata pada setiap hari Sabtu dan Minggu. Studi ini merupakan studi kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode etnografi dimana peneliti tinggal selama dua bulan di Kepenghuluan Rantau Bais. Teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam kepada informan yang ditetapkan karena pengetahuannya tentang wisata Pulau Tilan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa belum semua potensi wisata di Pulau Tilan dan Sungai Rokan dieksplorasi menjadi aktivitas wisata

Soil Morphological Properties Of Planted Mono And Mixed Tree Species At Gunung Apeng National Park, Sarawak

Reforestation and effective soil conservation management is required to restore and manage degraded forest land in tropics. Information regarding the soil characteristics in forest land is essential as a guide in future reforestation programme. The differences in soil characteristics are usually attributed to differences in environmental factors such as topography, runoff and tree species planted which affect the soil genesis (Tamai, 2010). Hence, assessment of soil characteristics such as soil morphological properties is important to determine the condition of the soils in forest areas. Soil morphological on a given land can be determined by observing the soil profile of the different soil horizon. During in-situ observation, the interpretation of soil can show various soil attributes. In this study, assessment on the soil morphological properties of reforested areas planted with different tree species of mono and mixed species planting was conducted. Hence, obtaining the status of the soil condition in the study area is essential in order to determine the suitability of the selected tree species and the planting technique in order to achieve the most productive level in terms of its growth and performance
