This research method a qualitative descriptive research. Subject and object in this research is the principal, headmaster ,teacher guidance and counseling and student. Insrumen usedin this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that (1) the cause learners to behave aggressive is largely because the character of the students were loud and tend to assumes that the behavior they are doing is a fairness and because the lack of supervision, attention and affection from parents so that children tend to feel able to do any desired and (2) the role of the teacher guidance and counseling in reducing aggressive behavior students is good enough to provide individual counseling

One of the elderly\u27s problems in musculoskeletal system was Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). In the elderly with RA had a main complaint of pain which can also be a stressor to stress. One form of intervention in the model of comfort food for the soul can be done by religious music therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of comfort food for the soul model on the stress level and comfort. This study used Quasy experiment with pre-posttest control group design. Total samples were 32 respondents gotten by purposive sampling were divided into experiment and control groups. Dependent variable data were collected by DASS questionnaire (stress level) and GCQ (comfort). Results of stress level data were analized by Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test in each group showed p = 0.001 (experiment) and p = 0.262 (control), and the comfort data p = 0.002 (experiment) and p = 0.180 (control). Mann Whitney Test showed p = 0.000 (stress level) and p = 0.008 (comfort), p <0.05 which means there were significant effect of comfort food for the soul model on stress level and comfort. Religious music therapy could be reduce stress levels of elderly due to soft music will encourage a sense of relaxation. Music into the auditory nervous to the HPA Axis that improved production of β Endhorphin. Advise for nurse in Elderly hostel to apply model of comfort food for the soul by religious music therapy as an alternative therapy to reduce stress and increase comfort

[Co70Fe30]97Sn3 alloy nanowire arrays have been fabricated by alternative current (ac) electrodeposition of Co2+, Fe2+ and Sn2+ into anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates. The samples were deposited at current frequency 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 800 and 1000 Hz, respectively. The structure and magnetic properties of [Co70Fe30]97Sn3 nanowire arrays dependence on different current frequency were analyzed by XRD and alternating gradient field magnetometer (AGFM). The X-ray diffraction patterns are shown an amorphous structure of the[Co70Fe30]97Sn3 nanowires. © 2019 by the authors. Licensee MDPI, Basel, Switzerland. The high rate of severe injuries associated with racing greyhounds poses a significant problem for both animal welfare and the racing industry. Using accelerometry to develop a better understanding of the complex gait of these agile canines may help to eliminate injury contributing factors. This study used a single Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) equipped with a tri-axial accelerometer to characterise the galloping of thirty-one greyhounds on five different race tracks. The dorsal-ventral and anterior-posterior accelerations were analysed in both the time and frequency domains. The fast Fourier transform (FFT) and Morlet wavelet transform were applied to signals. The time-domain signals were synced with the corresponding high frame rate videos of the race. It is observed that the acceleration peaks in the dorsal-ventral accelerations correspond to the hind-leg strikes which were noted to be fifteen times the greyhound’s weight. The FFT analysis showed that the stride frequencies in all tracks were around 3.5 Hz. The Morlet wavelet analysis also showed a reduction in both the frequency and magnitude of signals, which suggests a speed reduction throughout the race. Also, by detecting abrupt changes along the track, the wavelet analysis highlighted potentially hazardous locations on the track. In conclusion, the methods applied in this research contribute to animal safety and welfare by eliminating the factors leading to injuries through optimising the track design and surface type

This study aims to determine and analyze the application of good corporate governance mechanism consisting of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioners and Audit Committee and partial simultaneous influence of Earnings Management on State Owned Company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study sample consisted of 14 companies from 2007 to 2009. The type of data used are secondary data is in the form of financial statements contained in the Indonesia Stock Exchange directory book Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Independent variables used this study is Managerial Ownership, Ownership Institutional, Independent Commissioners and Audit Committee. The statistical methods used to test the research hypothesis are a multiple linear regression.  The results of this study indicate that (1) managerial ownership has no effect on earnings management; (2) institutional ownership affects earnings management, (3) the commissioner independent effect on earnings management, (4) the audit committee has no effect on earnings management, (5) simultaneously managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and the audit committee of independent commissioners’ effect on earnings management

A 3t2 factorial feeding trial of three dietary protein levels (45, 50 and 55%) and two dietary crude energy levels (4200 and 4600 cal/g) with three replications was conducted to investigate the proper dietary protein and energy levels for the growth of fingerling Caspian trout (Salmo trutta caspius). Fingerlings with average weight of 135 plus or minus 0.24mg were fed the experimental diets for 45 days

Polyethersulfone/HFO mixed matrix membrane for enhanced oily wastewater rejection

    Get PDF
The recent growth of oil and gas industry has led to the increase of oily wastewater release. Membrane technology has been in the spotlight in recent advancement to treat the oily wastewater. Fouling due to surfactant adsorption and/or oil droplets plugging the pore has become one of the major hindrances in most of the research on oily wastewater treatment. In this work, self-synthesized hydrous ferric dioxide nanoparticles (HFO NPs) via chemical precipitation method were incorporated in polyethersulfone (PES) to fabricate a novel nanocomposite mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) for ultrafiltration (UF). The morphologies and physicochemical properties of prepared HFO NPs and MMMs were characterized using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Transmission electron microscope (TEM), contact angle goniometer, before further subjected to water permeation test and oil rejection test. It was found that contact angle of membrane decreased remarkably with an increase in HFO nanoparticle loading from 70° to 38° at which proved its improved hydrophilicity which led to a significant rise in permeate flux, achieving 168.06 L/m2h bar in comparison to 63.67 L/m2h bar shown by the plain PES membrane. Total rejection of oil (100% rejection) demonstrated by the MMMs has confirmed the superior potential of PES/HFO UF membrane for total purification of oily wastewater especially to be reused in oilfield and refinery processes as well as to be released to the environment
