Reflexionando acerca de lo propiamente latinoamericano, advertimos en el continente condiciones históricas similares que habrían favorecido los regímenes autoritarios que la literatura acusa como pulsión libertaria, aflorando en las narrativas como pretexto para repensarlas una y otra vez, hasta fundirse ficción y realidad con la identidad, conformando parte determinante de aquello que se considera propiamente latinoamericano.On thinking about what is strictly Latin-American, we can see in the continent the presence of similar historical conditions which would have favored authoritarian regimes; those that literature accuse as having libertarian drives, emerging thus in the narratives as a pretext to rethink them over and over, until merging fiction and reality with identity, shaping a large part of what is considered to be proper to Latin-American.Refletindo sobre o propriamente Latino-americano, advertimos no continente condições históricas semelhantes que teriam favorecido os regimes autoritários que a literatura acusa como impulso libertário, surgindo nas narrativas como um pretexto para repensa-las uma e outra vez, até que elas misturem a ficção e a realidade com a identidade, conformando parte determinante daquilo que é considerado próprio da América Latina

PROFESORADO CHILENO EN DICTADURA: ENTRE MILITANCIA POLÍTICA Y BÚSQUEDA DE RECONOCIMIENTO

RESUMEN Esta investigación propone como objetivo explorar las particularidades del discurso de la identidad docente en historias de vida profesional de profesoras y profesores que vivieron laboralmente activos o como estudiantes de pedagogía, el periodo dictatorial (1973-1990) en Chile. Para el análisis se utilizó el esquema actancial de Greimas como herramienta metodológica, para abordar la estructura narrativa que evidencia las fuerzas y actantes que movilizan las historias profesionales. La revisión permitió visibilizar una alta similitud entre los relatos. Destacan en el análisis la relevancia de la militancia política del profesorado y la búsqueda de reconocimiento en sus historias

Development of Computational Thinking in High School Students: A Case Study in Chile

Most efforts to incorporate computational thinking in K-12 education have been focused on students in their first cycles of school education and have used visual tools, such as Scratch and Alice. Fewer research projects have studied the development of computational thinking in students in their last years of school, who usually have not had early formal preparation to acquire these skills. This study provides evidence of the effectiveness of teaching programming in C++ (a low-level language) to develop computational thinking in high school students in Chile. By applying a test before and after a voluntary C ++ programming workshop, the results show a significant improvement in computational thinking at the end of the workshop. However, we also observed that there was a tendency to drop out of the workshop among students with lower levels of initial computational thinking. Tenth-grade students obtained lower final scores than eleventh and twelfth-grade students. Identidad profesional de estudiantes de educación parvularia pertenecientes a una universidad pública regional chilena a través de sus autobiografías

Esta investigación parte del supuesto de que la identidad profesional de las educadoras de niños y niñas está fuertemente determinada por estereotipos de género y entrampada en el imaginario de mujer-madre. Esta feminización de la identidad profesional sería efecto del discurso histórico, heredero de la beneficencia asistencialista y la proyección del rol maternal, que relevan el rol emocional de la educadora. El objetivo de este estudio es interpretar la identidad profesional de estudiantes de Educación Parvularia pertenecientes a una universidad pública regional, a través de 53 autobiografías profesionales escritas por estudiantes de último año de las cohortes 2016, 2017, 2018 y 2019. La metodología, de tipo interpretativo, se enmarca en el Análisis del Discurso, desde la Lingüística Cognitiva y la teoría de las metáforas. El análisis se desarrolla en dos etapas. La primera de ellas es un acercamiento interpretativo a la identidad profesional a través del análisis metafórico. En la segunda etapa, se revisan hitos autobiográficos para definir elementos comunes a las historias de vida que permiten interpretar su identidad profesional.
