    Indonesia Healthacare Corporation (IHC) yang merupakan Holding Company dari berbagai rumah sakit yang berada di bawahnya. Dalam proses konstruksi, kemandirian anak perusahan cenderung dibatasi dengan kepentingan group, yang mana kekuasaan penuh di pegang oleh Holding Company. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkan strategi yang sesuai kebutuhan rumah sakit corporate untuk meningkatkan hospital image. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian analytic observational dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang melibatkan 260 pasien yang tersebar dilima rumah sakit perkebunan yang tergabung dalam Indonesia Healthcare Corporation di Wilayah Tapal Kuda, Provinsi Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu tersusunnya tiga strategi dalam meningkatkan hospital image antara lain: Meningkatkan kompetensi komunikasi interpersonal perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien, Meningkatkan perilaku toleransi perawat (sportsmanship) dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien, Mengembangkan pelayanan kesehatan yang dinamis sesuai dengan tuntutan pasien sebagai customer rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Indonesia Healthcare Corporation dalam meningkatkan hospital image dipengaruhi oleh faktor employee melalui komunikasi interpersonal perawat yang baik untuk meningkatkan perilaku sukarela perawat melalui perilaku toleransi (sportmanship) sehingga dapat menciptakan citra rumah sakit yang positif

    Model Strategi Switching Barriers Untuk Loyalitas Pasien Berbasis Perilaku Caring Perawat

    Strategi pengelolaan untuk menciptakan loyalitas pasien dapat dilakukan melalui strategi “switching barriers”. Strategi switching barriers dapat dibentuk dengan pendekatan perilaku caring perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan model strategi switching barriers untuk loyalitas pasien berbasis perilaku caring perawat. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel diambil dari pasien rawat inap RS. Paru pada bulan Nopember – Desember 2013 yang berjumlah 100 pasien. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Chi Squre ( p < 0,05 ) dan Uji Regresi Logistik Ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan loyalitas pasien 68% tergolong loyalitas cenderung baik. Perilaku caring perawat dipersepsikan pasien 72% tergolong perilaku caring baik. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku caring perawat dengan loyalitas pasien di Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Paru Jember ( p = 0,000). Sub variabel perilaku caring perawat yang paling berhubungan dengan loyalitas pasien adalah menanggapi dengan rasa hormat. Average production in the region is still low at less than 5 tons per hectare . Estimated low yields , because in general agricultural land in the region is still brass acidic ( pH :5,0 - 5 , 5 ) . The use of lime, one way to increase production. This experiment aims to look at the method and dosage of lime, in order to increase the production of snep bean . The experiments were conducted in the village cageur ( 542 m asl ) , Sub District Darma , District Kuningan , soil type latosol kecolatan , pH : 5.2 . Using a randomized block design with factorial models .The treatment are: A. Method of lime gived model: A.1 : plated on each mixed beds and flat on the ground surface , A2 . Mixed in each plant hole . B. Dose use of lime : B1 . Without given lime ( 0 tonnes / ha ) , B2 : 1 ton / ha , B3 : 2 tons / ha ; B4 : 3 tonnes / ha and B5 : 4 tons / ha . Used replication 4 times. The results indicate that 1 . Method of lime for each hole is more effective in increasing the pH value of the soil , and the effect is more efficient in the role of the plant to utilize the results of the uptake . 2 .     HIV/AIDS-RELATED STIGMA PREVENTION AMONG NURSING STUDENTS

    Introduction: Studies have found that most people would keep away from people who are identified as HIV-positive. HIV/AIDS-related stigma is presented mainly because of its correlation with the marginalized groups and its infection process, diseases and death. The stigma of HIV/AIDS can cause some negative effects for people living with HIV/AIDS; discrimination, loss of jobs, violence, particularly in health care setting which can cause a major problem to the delivery of care even by the health workers, especially nurses. Nursing students would become practitioner nurse who would face and service people living with HIV/AIDS in the future, it would be very essential during their training in the college to prepare them to not discriminate and stigmatize the patients with HIV/AIDS. The purpose of this study was to review the potential interventions that have been applied for nursing students to prevent them in stigmatizing people with HIV/AIDS in caring context. Method: A literature review was conducted, searched through databases include MEDLINE, PubMed, and ProQuest from 2005-2016 based on this concept. Results: Four interventions were identified effectively prevent and reduce HIV/AIDS-related stigma among nursing students; combined program of knowledge and contact with PHA (knowledge-contact), brief stigma-reduction curriculum, body mapping as an educational tool, and team awareness seminar model. Discussion: Although several studies verified intervention in preventing HIV/AIDS-related stigma effectively, it is still needed to keep on searching and examining other possible interventions in different setting particularly in ASEAN countries.     Nurse is the most appropriate medical staff to give medicine and vacate their time for the patients. In giving medicine, nurse also must concern on the given prescription must be appropriate, the exact qualification of dosis that is given and always applying 12 principles right away. This condition might cause the occurrence of interaction between the characteristic of a nurse that is her motivation and his work. The purpose of the research is to analyze the relation of nurse’s motivation and applied of 12 principles of right in giving medicine in inpatient wards of dr. H. Koesnadi hospital in Bondowoso. The design of this research that is used is observational analysis with cross sectional and sample approach used 51 correspondences. Data collection technique is sample probability with simply random sampling. The result of the data analysis used chi square test. The result show that P value 0.005 (0.005< α=0.05) means that there is relation between nurse’s motivation and the applies 12 principles of right in giving medicines having this research, hopefully for the institution of the hospital for increase even more the nurse’s motivation in working by giving reward and punishment to the nurses and give them special seminar related to 12 principles of right in giving medicines.   Keywords: nurse’s motivation, 12 principles of right in giving medicines, inpatient ward

    Self concept is one of adaptive modes based on Callista Roy’s theory which very important formental deficiency influence integrity of mental in practice to had a good social interaction. The kind ofthis research is descriptive analytic by using study cross sectional. Method of collecting samplesusing total sampling and total of samples got are 35 respondents. Data was analyzed by chi-squareand the result of statistical test shows point p=0.000. Ha is accepted if Ho is rejected in which Ho isrejected if the point is p ≤ α, 0,000 ≤ 0,05. The result of the statistic analysis is that there is significantcorrelation between adaptive modes: self concept based on Callista Roy’s theory and socialinteraction abilities to mental retardation children on SLB-C TPA at Jember Regency. OR (26.00),that means the respondents who had a positive self concept have 26.00 possibility to be had a goodsocial interaction abilities. The result of the research is positive self concept with good socialinteraction ability about 80%.     Penelitian ini berpijak pada suatu pemikiran mengenai daya saing wilayah yang berbasis kekuatan komoditas lokal. Kajian daya saing wilayah berbasis kekuatan komoditas lokal ini memiliki tujuan penelitian yaitu : pertama, mengevaluasi tingkat kesiapan Industri Knalpot Kelurahan Kembaran Kulon sebagai One Village One Product (OVOP) dan kedua, merumuskan strategi pengembangan Industri Knalpot Kelurahan Kembaran Kulon sebagai One Village One Product (OVOP) di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Penelitian ini mengkombinasikan data sekunder dan data primer. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian yaitu analisis deskriptif. Alat analisis tersebut meliputi: checklist lapangan parameter One Village One Product (OVOP) dan analisis SWOT (Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat). Hasil kajian dan penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesiapan industri knalpot Kelurahan Kembaran Kulon sebagai One Village One Product (OVOP) adalah 84,14% dan rumusan kebijakan pengembangan OVOP melalui optimalisasi pembentukan lembaga promosi dan pengembangan khusus OVOP dan meningkatkan kerjasama antara pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat

    Caring is one form of behavior exhibited by a nurse in performing nursing care services. Purpose of this study was to analyze correlation between nurses cognitive level on caring with caring practice application in the inpatient unit RSU dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso. Population in this study were 71 nurses RSU dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso with 41 nurses as sample. Nurse characteristics data analysis used univariate analysis, whereas for nurses cognitive levels and nurses caring practices application used the chi-square test with α significance level of 5%. Descriptive data analysis of nurses caring cognitive level showed that 26 nurses (56.5%) had good cognitive and 20 nurses (43.5%) had less cognitive. Applications caring practices showed 23 nurses (50.0%) behaved caring and 23 nurses (50.0%) behaved less caring. Results showed that p value = 0.037 with α significance level of 0.05, and thus Ho was rejected, which means there  was a correlation between nurses cognitive level on caring with caring practice application in the inpatient RSU. dr.     Teenagers’ knowledge and attitude in preventing smoking becomes the factor of teenager to smoke. One of the ways to improve teenagers’ knowledge and attitude is doing education about health which is delivered using Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) method. Kind of experiment used is quasy experimental with non equivalent control group plan.Sampling method using multistage random sampling with the total respondent is 48 which consist of 24 control group and 24 intervention group. The result of analyzing data using Wilcoxon test is P value knowledge = 0,013 and P value attitude = 0,005 whereas the comparison between control group and intervention group using Mann Whitney test is P value knowledge and attitude is 0,000 and observing the degree of guiltiness (α = 0,05) so P value < 0,05. The analysis result is knowledge variable 22 respondents (91,7%) have high knowledge, 2 respondents (8,3%) average knowledge and none of the respondents which have low knowledge after being done intervention. In attitude variable, 12 respondents (50%) have good attitude, 12 respondents (50%) have average attitude and none of the respondents which have bad attitude after being done intervention. The conclusion is there are meaningful effects of STAD to the knowledge and attitude of preventing smoking to the teenagers of MA Nurul Qarnain and knowledge and attitude have diferented betwen experiment group and control group.     Burnout was combination of the physical, psychological, and emotional exhaustion. The differences of job schedules arrangement make each nurses has different duration when giving services. The differences had various effects on their condition of burnout. The goal of this study was analyzed the various burnout of nurses in inpatient room with 2 shift/day and 3 shift/day in Baladhika Husada Hospital and Kalisat Regional Hospital in Jember Regency. The differences of job schedule arrangement causes the duration of nurses’ shift were different. The differences of the duration could leads various burnout happens to nurses. This study was non experimental study with cross sectional study design. Researchers used comparative analysis to compare two groups of independent variables.This study used 60 samples of nurse which used consecutive sampling. The results of Mann Whitney showed p value = 0,683 (p value > α) so, it concluded that there was no differences in burnout of nurses in inpatients’ room with 2 shift/day and 3 shift/day in Baladika Husada hospital and Kalisat regional hospital Jember Regency. It could be influenced by many factors. The factors were workload, competence culture, and motivation.
