    DETEKSI BAKAT CABANG OLAHRAGA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL SPORT SEARCH PADA SISWA SD KELAS VI

    Bakat merupakan faktor penting dalam pencapaian prestasi olahraga, sehingga pada proses perkembangannya harus dilakukan berbagai tes keberbakatan untuk dapat melihat bakat dominan yang dimiliki oleh calon atlet. Sehingga pada proses perkembangannya harus dilakukan berbagai tes keberbakatan untuk dapat melihat bakat dominan yang dimiliki oleh calon atlet. Metode pemanduan bakat telah ditemukan sebagai hasil dari kemajuan di bidang ilmu dan teknologi. Peneliti mencoba menggunakan metode Sport Search untuk menyelesaikan atau mengimplementasikan persoalan ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jumlah keterbakatan siswa dibidang olahraga agar nantinya dapat berprestasi masa yang akan datang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan siswa kelas VI SDN Cipeucang 02. Dari penelitian atau hasil dari rekapitulasi Sport Search yang sudah dilakukan didapati hasil yang cukup beragam dalam identifikasi keberbakatan ini. Terdapat 7 cabang olahraga yang siswanya teridentifikasi berbakat paling besar jumlah persentase nya yaitu pada cabang olahraga Tenis Meja, Bola Voli, Futsal, Bulu Tangkis, Karate, Lompat Jauh, dan Bola Basket. Didapati juga jumlah persentase siswa yang terdeteksi berbakat dengan jumlah persentasenya sedang terdapat 9 cabang olahraga diantaranya. Panahan, Hoki, Selam, Angkat Beban, Taekwondo, Gymnastic, Lari Cepat, Bola Tangan, Sepak Bola. Terdapat juga siswa teridentfikasi berbakat paling sedikit jumlah persentase nya diantaranya ada pada cabang olahraga Softball, Rowing dan Tolak Peluru Talent is an important factor in achieving sports achievements, so that in the development process various giftedness tests must be carried out to be able to see the dominant talent possessed by prospective athletes. So that in the process of development, various talent tests must be carried out to be able to see the dominant talent possessed by prospective athletes. Talent scouting methods have been discovered as a result of advances in science and technology. Researchers try to use the Sport Search method to solve or implement this problem. The purpose of this study is to determine the number of students' talent in sports so that later they can excel in the future.The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The sample used was class VI students at SDN Cipeucang 02. From the research or results from the Sport Search recapitulation that had been carried out, it was found that quite a variety of results were found in the identification of this giftedness. There are 7 sports where students are identified as gifted with the highest percentage, namely Table Tennis, Volleyball, Futsal, Badminton, Karate, Long Jump, and Basketball. It was also found that the percentage of students who were detected as gifted with the total percentage being there were 9 sports among them. Archery, Hockey, Diving, Weightlifting, Taekwondo, Gymnastics, Sprint, Handball, Soccer. There are also students who are identified as gifted at least in percentage, including in Softball, Rowing and Shot Shot

Economic Education Study Program Concentration in Accounting Education, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2019. This study aims to determine the relationship between Learning Creativity and Learning Independence with Learning Outcomes of Financial Accounting in Class XI Students of SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta based on valid and reliable data, The study was conducted at SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. The method used is the survey method. Affordable population in this study were accounting class XI students consisting of three classes totaling 116 students and 89 students using the simple random sampling technique. The instrument used to obtain data on the Xl variable (learning creativity), X2 (learning independence) was measured using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and Y variable (learning outcomes) measured using the results of the average daily test scores in class Xl Financial Accounting subjects. The results of data analysis showed that the data used were normally distributed (0.200> 0.05) and linear (X1 = 0.001 and X2 = 0.001). The equation of multiple linear regression analysis in this study was Ŷ = 25.177 + 0.306 X1 + 0.271 X2. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between learning creativity and learning independence with student learning outcomes seen from the calculation of the F test with Fcount (11,087)> Ftable(3,098) and significance value (0,000 t table (1,663) and there is a positive and significant relationship between learning independence variable (X2) and learning outcomes (Y) based on ttest with tcount (2,938)> t table (1,663) and correlation coefficient (R) of 0,453 which indicates between learning creativity and learning independence with learning outcomes there is a positive and significant relationship with a coefficient of determination of 20,5%, so that the Y variable of learning outcomes is determined by the variable Xl of learning creativity and X2 of learning independence is 20.5%. Thus learning outcomes have a relationship with learning creativity and independence of learning positively and significantly in Financial Accounting subjects in class XI SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja karyawan memidiasi komunikasi dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ekplanatory yang bertujuan untuk, menguji pengaruh peran mediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap komunikasi dan kinerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 152 responden dan mereka adalah karyawan bagian produksi pabrik Kertas PT. Setia Kawan Makmur Sejahtera Tulungagung. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah (probabilitas sampling), sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan (simple random sampling). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei langsung dengan instrumen kuisioner. Untuk selanjutnya dianalisi menggunakan metode dan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, komunikasi terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, dan Peran mediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap komunikasi dan kinerja karyawan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuihubungan antara Kreativitas Belajar dan Kemandirian Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar Akuntansi Keuangan pada Siswa Kelas XI SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta berdasarkan data yang valid serta dapat dipercaya, Penelitian dilakukan di SMK PGRI 1Jakarta.Metode yang digunakan adalah metodesurvey. populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelasXI akuntansi yang terdiri dari tiga kelas berjumlah 116siswa dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 89siswa dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data pada variabel Xl (kreativitas belajar), X2 (kemandirian belajar) diukur menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala likert dan variabel Y (hasil belajar) diukur menggunakan hasil rata-rata nilai ulangan harian pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi Keuangankelas Xl. Hasil analisis data menunjukan data yang digunakan berdistribusi normal (0,200>0,05) dan linear (X1=0,001 dan X2=0,001) Persamaan analisis regresi linear berganda dalam penelitian ini adalah Ŷ= 25,177 + 0,306 X1 + 0,271 X2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kreativitas belajar dan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa dilihat dari perhitungan uji F dengan Fhitung(11,087)> Flabel(3,098) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000 t tabel (1,663) dan adanya hubungan yangpositif dan signifikan antara variabcl kemandirian belajar (X2) dengan hasil belajar (Y) berdasarkanuji t dengan thitung (2,938)> ttabel (1,663) dan koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,453yang menandakan antara kreativitas belajar dan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar terdapat hubungan yang postif dan signifikan dengan koefisien determinasi 20,5%, sehingga variabel Y hasil belajar ditentukan oleh variabel Xl kreativitas belajar dan X2 kemandirian belajar scbesar 20,5%.Dengan demikian hasil belajar memiliki hubungan dengan kreativitas belajar dan kemandirian belajar secara positif dan signifikan pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi Keuangandi kelas XI SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta

Filter cloggingoccurs due to due to the thickened biofuel content and creates a crust. If the machine has a problem, the mining process can be disrupted because the coal loading area is flooded. This study aims to create an additional system in the form of a automatic semi-returnless where the fuel return line is changed automatically into the filter because the fuel return is clean. The movement of the return control valve is regulated by a microcontroller which is programmed according to specifications and needs. The microcontroller used is Arduino Unowith pressure and temperature sensors. Arduino Uno is programmed when the engine will experience low power with a fuel pressure of 400 kPa then the return path is changed to semi returnless. With a change in the semi returnless path, the pressure becomes stable at 380 kPa and the engine RPM is stable with power that is still maintained. The advantages of semi-returnless system are that filter replacement costs can be reduced and production time is not interrupted

    The braking process is the basis in the making of the PWM speed control system in order for electric cars to be able to stop automatically and increase the driving safety. The usage of an electric motor as a wheel drive for an electric car allows controlling with a microcontroller. Based on the journal about electric motor control, it is necessary to study the use of PWM as a speed controller. The C language as a coding language can be understood by the Arduino microcontroller with the aim of regulating the speed of the electric motor. The research objective was to use the C language programming as a PWM speed controller with the Arduino microcontroller. The methodology used in this study was to modify a remote control car (RC) made as a prototype electric car. The Arduino microcontroller system was installed and programmed in C language as a PWM speed controller. The main sensor tool used was the ultrasonic distance sensor as the microcontroller input data. Direct current (DC) motors on RC cars were regulated with a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal as the output from the Arduino. LCD and buzzer were used as display devices and indicators of safe distances between prototypes and obstructions. The test results showed that the detection distance of the ultrasonic sensor reached 2 cm to 500 meters. Then the acceleration data obtained by pulse width modulation 64 at 1 meter distance, 127 at 3 meter distance, 191 at 4 meter distance, 225 at 5 meter distance and was made in graphic form. In a speed control system, the usage of the Arduino UNO microcontroller was easy to apply and had complete features. The series of speed control systems could be applied to electric cars with the PWM slow reduction criteria in two stages. The PWM lowering process took 1 second after the sensor detects an obstruction object
