Thromboemboliás kockázat pitvarfibrillációban | Risk of thromboembolism in atrial fibrillation
Absztrakt
A pitvarfibrilláció növekvő prevalenciájú, az egészségügyi ellátórendszerek
számára egyre súlyosabb terhet jelentő probléma, korunk nagy cardiovascularis
„járványainak” egyike. Kezelése, különösen a szövődményeként kialakuló
thromboembolia megelĹ‘zĂ©se továbbra is jelentĹ‘s kihĂvást jelent az utĂłbbi Ă©vekben
örvendetesen bővülő terápiás lehetőségek ellenére. A jelen összefoglaló a
thromboembolia-kockázat felmérésének és a megelőzésnek azokat a lehetőségeit
foglalja össze, amelyek minden olyan orvos számára fontosak, akik
pitvarfibrilláló beteggel kapcsolatba kerülhetnek. Orv. Hetil., 2016,

Abstract
Atrial fibrillation is considered as one of the cardiovascular pandemics of our
days due to its increasing prevalence and the significant burden on healthcare
systems. Management, especially prevention of thromboembolism associated with
the arrhythmia is still a challenge even with recently available treatment
options. Herein, the author reviews the possibilities of risk stratification and
stroke prevention, which are important to all medical professionals who
potentially encounter patients with this arrhythmia. Orv. Hetil., 2016,

A „szabad” nukleinsavak jelentĹ‘sĂ©ge a noninvazĂv diagnosztikában | The importance of “free” nucleic acids in the non-invasive diagnostics
Absztrakt
Napjainkban nagy az érdeklődés a „szabad” nukleinsavak pontos élettani szerepének
és klinikai diagnosztikai felhasználásának a meghatározására. A „szabad”
nukleinsavak lehetnek DNS-, mRNS-, mikro-RNS- Ă©s hosszĂş nem kĂłdolĂł RNS-
(lncRNNA-) molekulák, amelyek megtalálhatĂłk a testfolyadĂ©kokban, Ăgy pĂ©ldául a
szĂ©rumban, a nyálban, a könnyben. Az Ă©lettani szerepĂĽk kiderĂtĂ©se napjainkban is
folyik, viszont egyre jelentősebb a diagnosztikai alkalmazhatóságuk. A magzati
diagnosztikában a noninvazĂv mĂłdon törtĂ©nĹ‘ mintavĂ©tel után nyert „szabad” DNS-t
felhasználva több tesztet forgalomba hoztak, ezek specificitása és
szenzitivitása elĂ©ri a 99,9%-ot. A szĂv- Ă©s keringĂ©si betegek korai
diagnosztizálásában a „szabad” nukleinsavak meghatározása biztató eredményekkel
szolgál. Az onkológiában a „folyadékbiopsziával” kapcsolatos közlemények
megjelenése a más területen dolgozó egészségügyi szakemberek és a közvélemény
figyelmét is felkeltette. Folynak a mikro-RNS szerepének és diagnosztikai
alkalmazhatóságának a meghatározásai is. A „szabad” nukleinsavak új generációs
szekvenálással történő felhasználására a korai diagnosztikában óriási az
érdeklődés, de egyelőre nincs elég klinikai adat a lehetséges tesztek
megbĂzhatĂłságárĂłl Ă©s klinikai hasznosságárĂłl. Orv. Hetil., 2016,

Abstract
There is a great interest to determine the physiological role of “free” nucleic
acids, and to use them in the clinical diagnostics. These could be DNA, mRNA,
microRNA and long non-coding RNA molecules, they are in the body fluids, like
serum, tear, saliva, etc. Their exact role in the normal and pathological
physiological processes is still in the focus of the research, while their use
in the diagnostics is becoming more and more important. The use of „free” DNA in
the non-invasive prenatal diagnosis is the first clinical application of the new
generation sequencers, these methods are able to reach 99.9% specificity and
sensitivity for the detection of the most common trisomies. There are promising
results in their use in the diagnosis and classification of heart and
cardiovascular diseases. In oncology the possibility to use the “liquid biopsy”
captured the attention of not only researchers and clinicians, but the whole
community. There is not enough data until today for the clinical utility and
applicability of these methods. Orv. Hetil., 2016, 157(48),

Monitoring the acid coagulation process of milk by dielectric measurement
The application of dielectric measurement techniques is becoming increasingly widespread in several fields of science and industry, due to its simple, quick and accurate usability. The dielectric behavior of almost all materials largely depends on – among other factors – their physical structure and chemical composition, and when these properties change even to just a relatively small extent, it can be detected by monitoring appropriate dielectric parameters. In our work, we have investigated the process of acid coagulation of milk to see whether a correlation can be established between the rheological behaviour of milk and two dielectric parameters, namely the dielectric constant, and the dielectric loss factor
