    Magnetic properties of CuxMn1 x 3[Cr CN 6]2.zH2O complexes

    Magnetization measurements were performed on the CuxMn1 x 3[Cr CN 6]2.zH2O molecule based magnets where x 0 0, 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.35 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0. Both the Curie temperature and saturated magnetization at first decrease with increasing value of x reaching the minimal value of TC 49 7 K and 0 17 B for x 0 2 and then increase with substitution. The pronounced hysteretic behavior between zero field cooled and field cooled regimes was observed for all samples. Magnetization changes the sign of magnetic polarization in zero field cooled magnetization curve at the compensation temperature Tcomp 16 K for sample with x 0 4.     Creep-induced structural changes in Ni-Si-B amorphous alloy

    The influence of the stress annealing on the reversible structural relaxation of a Ni-Si-B amorphous ribbon was studied. Creep-induced structural changes in the amorphous structure were derived from anisothermal DSC and dilatometric experiments. It is demonstrated that considerable enthalpy and specimen length variations associated with the reversible structural relaxation are observed after previous creep at higher temperatures.Исследовано влияние отжига под напряжением на обратимую структурную релаксацию полоски аморфного сплава Ni-Si-B. Изменения аморфной структуры, вызванные ползучестью, исследовались экспериментально с использованием дифференциальной сканирующей калориметрии в неизотермических условиях и дилатометрии. Показано, что значительные изменения энтальпии и длины, связанные с обратимой структурной релаксацией, наблюдаются после предварительной ползучести при повышенной температуре

    金沢大学大学院自然科学研究科機能創成システムIt has been shown that the shear viscosity of bulk and ribbon glassy Pd40 Cu30 Ni10 P20 at temperatures T< Tg (Tg is the glass transition temperature) follows a simple relationship, ln η (T) =B (T) -ln = T, where T - is the heating rate and B depends only on temperature. This means, in particular, that ln η (T) dependencies measured at different heating rates can be superposed by a simple vertical shift and the derivative a∂ ln η/∂ ln T T=const =-1. Such a behavior is indeed found for glassy Pd40 Cu30 Ni10 P20. The experimental viscosity data derived earlier on other metallic glasses follow the same relationship. It is argued that this relationship originates from stress-oriented irreversible structural relaxation with distributed activation energies. © 2006 The American Physical Society

    Failure of Zr50 Ti16.5 Cu15 Ni18.5 amorphous metallic ribbon

    The deformation and fracture behavior of Zr50Ti165Cu15Ni185 bulk amorphous metal in the form of a thin ribbon have been determined in tensile test at room temperature. The fracture is localized in a major shear band and the fracture angle between the tensile stress axis and the fracture plane is close to 45°. Fractographic observations have revealed that the fracture surface of the amorphous metallic glass consists mainly of a vein-like pattern morphology We present a scheme of three zones of fracture surface morphology: progressive smooth sliding region (A), dominating vein like pattern (B), and river-like ripples (C).Исследованы особенности деформирования и разрушения массивного аморфного металла 2г50Т116.5Си15№185 в виде тонкой ленты при испытании на растяжение при комнатной температуре. Разрушение локализуется в главной полосе сдвига, при этом угол разрушения между осью растягивающего напряжения и плоскостью разрушения близок к 45°. Фрактографические исследования показали, что поверхность излома аморфного металлического стекла состоит в основном из жильной морфологии. Приведена схема трех зон морфологии поверхности излома: область последовательного непрерывного скольжения (А), преобладающая жильная структура (В) и “речная” рябь (С)

    Microstructural regularities of failure surfaces and low-temperature mechanical characteristics in quasistatic uniaxial tension and compression have been studied for ultra-fine grained structural states of Ti-6Al-4V ELI alloy processed by equal channel angular pressing. Values of the yield stress and uniform strain at 300, 77, and 4.2 K have been compared for structural states of the Ti-6Al-4V ELI alloy that differ in the average grain size and the morphology of α and β phases. Statistical distributions of dimple sizes on the failure surfaces have been studied for different structural states and temperatures.Исследованы особенности микроструктуры поверхностей излома и низкотемпературные механические свойства сверхмелкозернистого ELI-сплава Ti-6Al-4V, обработанного методом равноканального углового прессования, при квазистатическом одноосном растяжении и сжатии. Проведено сравнение значений предела текучести и однородной деформации, полученных при температурах 300, 77 и 4,2 К для разных структурных состояний ELI-сплава ТІ-6А1-4У с различным средним размером зерна и морфологией α- и β-фаз. Исследовано статистическое распределение размеров ямок на поверхностях излома при различных структурных состояниях и температурах

    The System of Legal Persons and the Recodification od Slovak Private Law

    The article describes the shortcomings of the current system of legal entities in Slovak private law and the proposals for recodification, which are being presented for discussion right now. In the current situation, apart from the relatively comprehensive regulation of company law in the Commercial Code, other forms of legal persons of private law are regulated casuistically, in separate legislation focusing on certain aspects of their functioning only, without clear links between these forms. The Civil Code comprises only a very limited set of general provisions on legal persons.The recodification drafts and the current discussions present fundamental departures from the current model of various parallel legal forms of legal entities. A systematic approach and a high degree of generalisation are advocated with two basic legal forms of legal entities (associations and foundations). Alongside this, it is proposed to reduce the number of different forms of legal persons and their specific legal arrangements, but also to liberalise the forms of legal persons and to extend the dispositive (non-mandatory) law
