    ANALISIS PERTUMBUHAN Spirulina sp. DENGAN KOMBINASI PUPUK YANG BERBEDA

    This study aims to providing a combination of fertilizer (urea, NPK dan TSP) withdifferent doses on the growth of Spirulina sp. This research was conducted in October 2019which took place in a private graham cendana Blok J no 4, Sekarbela, Mataram City. This studyuses a completely randomized design with four treatment namely treatment A: (0 g/l Urea; 0 g/lNPK; 0 g/l TSP) (kontrol), B: (0,2 g/l Urea; 0, 01g/l NPK; 0,004 g/l TSP), C: (0,3 g/l Urea; 0,02g/l NPK; 0,006 g/l TSP), D: (0,4 g/l Urea; 0,04 g/l NPK; 0,008 g/l TSP).The results of the studyfor 9 days of culture process in treatment D with a combination of fertilizer (urea, NPK dan TSP)as much (0,4 g/l Urea; 0,04 g/l NPK; 0,008 g/l TSP) the highes density results obtained as muchas 831 ind/ml while the lowest value obtained in treatment A (without fertilizer) is as much 505ind/ml and the highest daily growth rate is obtained in treatment D with a combination offertilizer (urea, NPK dan TSP) (0,4 g/l Urea; 0,04 g/l NPK; 0,008 g/l TSP) this is as much as0.413 ind/ml/day while the lowest value obtained in treatment A (without fertilizer) is 0.484ind/ml/day.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kombinasi pupuk (urea,NPK dan TSP) dengan dosisberbeda terhadap pertumbuhan Spirulina sp. Penelitian inidilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 Oktober sampai 19 Oktober 2019 yang bertempat di InstalasiPribadi Jl. Sultan Salahudin Gg. Manggis Perumahan Graha Cendana Blok J no 4, Sekarbela,Kota Mataram. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap(RAL), dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Masing-masing perlakuan yaitu: Perlakuan A:(0 ml/lUrea; 0 ml/l NPK; 0 ml/l TSP) (kontrol), Perlakuan B: (1 ml/l Urea; 0,05 ml/l NPK; 0,02 ml/lTSP), Perlakuan C:(1,5 ml/l Urea; 0,1 ml/l NPK; 0,03 ml/l TSP), Perlakuan D:(2 ml/l Urea; 0,15ml/l NPK; 0,04 ml/l TSP). Hasil penelitian selama 9 hari proses kultur pada perlakuan D dengankombinasi pupuk (urea, NPK, dan TSP) sebanyak (0,4 g/l Urea; 0,04 g/l NPK; 0,008 g/l TSP)didapat hasil kepadatan tertinggi yaitu sebanyak 831 ind/ml sedangkan nilai terendah didapatpada perlakuan A (tanpa pupuk) yaitu sebanyak 505 ind/ml dan laju pertumbuhan hariantertinggi didapat pada perlakuan D dengan kombinasi pupuk (urea, NPK, dan TSP) sebanyak(0,4 g/l Urea; 0,04 g/l NPK; 0,008 g/l TSP) yaitu sebanyak 0.413 ind/ml/hari sedangkan nilaiterendah didapat pada perlakuan A (tanpa pupuk) yaitu sebanyak 0.484 ind/ml/hari

    Performance of LAD-LASSO and WLAD-LASSO on High Dimensional Regression in Handling Data Containing Outliers

    In several research areas, it is common to have a dataset with more explanatory variables than the number of observations, called high-dimensional data. This condition can lead to multicollinearity problem. The least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) solves the problem by shrinking the estimated coefficient to zero so that it can simultaneously carry on the variable selection and the parameter estimation.  But LASSO performs poorly when the data contains some outliers in the response or explanatory variables. Robust methods have addressed this problem based on the least-absolute-deviation approach, such as LAD-LASSO and WLAD-LASSO. This current research aims to evaluate the performance of the LAD-LASSO and WLAD-LASSO methods on high-dimensional and low-dimensional data containing outliers. To evaluate the performance of these methods, the simulation study was conducted. The simulation study used three scenarios (without outliers, outliers on the response variable (5%, 10%, 15%), outliers both on the response and explanatory variables (5%, 10%, 15%)). We also used the Minimum Regularized Covariance Determinant (MRCD) estimator in calculating the weights on the WLAD-LASSO. The best method from this simulation then will be applied to sembung leaf extract data to identify antioxidant marker compounds in sembung leaf extract. The simulation results show that LAD-LASSO tends to be very tight in selecting, while LASSO tends to be too loose.  Meanwhile, WLAD-LASSO is in the middle of those two techniques and performs the best in identifying the important variables correctly. Even the existence of weights cause WLAD-LASSO more robust against the presence of outliers in the response and explanatory variables compared to LAD-LASSO. Furthermore, performance of these methods on high-dimensional data decrease compared to low-dimensional data. The performance of these methods also tends to decrease when the rate of outlier increases. The WLAD-LASSO was then implemented in actual data to find the compound of antioxidant markers in the sembung leaf extract. The compounds/formulas obtained are Umbelliferone, 12-Hydroxyjasmonic Acid, C22H14N8O2, and Acetyleugenol (with a prediction error is 0.133050). These compounds/formulas can be developed as natural antioxidants and have the potential to be developed as medicinal ingredients

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Kelayakan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen; (2) pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen; (3) pengaruh Kelayakan Harga terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen; (4) pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen; (5) pengaruh Kepuasan Konsumen terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 160 konsumen/pelanggan JNE yang berdomisili di Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Non Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Dalam penelitian ini memanfaatkan SPSS 25 untuk melakukan Uji Kualitas Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis dan Uji Sobel Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kelayakan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kelayakan Harga terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen; (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen; (5) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kepuasan Konsumen terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen

    Desa Sukarara merupakan Desa penyangga dari Kawasan Ekonomi Khsus Mandalika yang memiliki peluang besar untuk menyediakan produk dan jasa untuk mendukung kegiatan kepariwisataan di Lombok Tengah, karena lokasi Desa ini hanya memerlukan waktu sekitar 20 menit dari Bandara Internasional Zainudin Abdul Majid dan sekitar30 menit menuju ke Kawasan Ekonomi Kreatif Mandalika, sehingga desa ini merupakan desa yang sangat potensial untuk di kunjungi. Desa sukarare telah lama di tetapkan menjadi desa wisata tetapi belum maksimal, sehingga butuh promosi yang berkelanjutan agar kain tenun yang di hasilkan oleh masyarakat berdampak positif terhadap pendapatan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini masyarakat terbantukan dalam segi promosi kain tenun yang telah di hasilkan. Saran kegaitan pengabdian ini adalah Desa Sukarara sebaiknya lebih menguatkan sinergi dengan pokdarwis dan stakeholder lainnya untuk mendiskusikan dan melaksanakan program-program kepariwisataan di Desa Sukarara. Selain itu, penggalian potensi Desa Sukarara masih harus terus dilakukan supaya ada atraksi lain yang dapat di angkat sehingga memungkinkan untuk Desa Sukarara meningkatkan manfaat pariwisata bagi perekonomian, serta sebagai branding yang dapat menaikkan volume kunjungan wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara untuk dapat menaikkan juga volume penjualan produk oleh-oleh yaitu kain tenun

    “The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of work motivation and working conditions on the performance of MSME employees before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher uses a comparative research type with a quantitative approach. Techniques Data collection is done using a questionnaire with the linkert method. And the sampling technique used is to use a saturated sample (total sampling). The total sample obtained is 37 employees from several MSMEs. In the test of the effect of work motivation, work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. Variable working conditions have a significant effect on employee performance. In the F test there is an influence between work motivation and working conditions on employee performance. And in the comparison test, there is a significant difference between work motivation and working conditions before and during covid-19. While in the employee performance variable there is no significant difference between employee performance before and during Covid-19”

    This research was conducted with the aim of identifying and analyzing user attitudes and user intentions towards e-wallet service users on ShopeePay. With several related variables in this study, namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention as the dependent variable and attitude toward using as the intervening variable. The population in this study are ShopeePay service users, with a sample of 100 ShopeePay users as respondents. Data was collected using the questionnaire method. The test results in this study are perceived usefulness has a positive effect on behavioral intention, perceived ease of use has a positive effect on behavioral intention, attitude toward using has a positive effect on behavioral intention

    The recent growth of beauty trends for facial and body care has gained a lot of attention. Furthermore, online reviews might make it easier for customers to purchase things. This makes the cosmetics industry grow rapidly, so their abilities must always be improved. Therefore, this study aims to test the influence of electronic word of mouth, celebrity endorsement, and brand attitude on purchase intention. This research is quantitative by taking 150 samples on consumers of Somethinc products in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability method and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data was collected through an online questionnaire link provided to responders. Data is analyzed using the SPSS application. According to the study's findings, the electronic word of mouth variable (X1) had a significant positive effect on brand attitude (Z). Furthermore, the celebrity endorsement variable (X2) had a significant positive effect on the brand attitude (Z), the brand attitude variable (Z) has a significant positive effect on the purchase intention (Y). Then, the electronic word of mouth variable (X1) had a significant positive effect on purchase intention (Y), and the celebrity endorsement variable (X2) had a significant positive effect on purchase intention (Y). In addition, the results of this study also showed that brand attitudes were able to act as a mediator in the influence of electronic word of mouth and celebrity endorsement on the purchase intentions of consumers of Something products in the Special Region of Yogyakarta

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh strategi pemasaran dan corporate responsibility (CSR) terhadap suatu loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Eksplorasi ini menggunakan teknik pemeriksaan kuantitatif. Untuk pengumpulan informasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan survey melalui struktur google yang disampaikan melalui media berbasis web WhatsApp yang kemudian dibedah dengan bantuan SPSS 16. Pemeriksaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan strategi non-probability dan prosedur pemeriksaan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel berjumlah sebanyak 123 sampel. Hasil penelitian strategi pemasaran dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan menampilkan berpengaruh positif dan besar terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan dampak besar pada variabel loyalitas pelanggan selain itu kepuasan pelanggan dapat menjadi mediasi antar hubungan strategi pemasaran dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan pada loyalitas pelanggan

    Arc-related volcanism activity in Java subduction system has been started since Eocene. This activity produces thick sequences ofvolcaniclastic rocks. Volcanic activity during Miocene in Southern Mountain marked by ancient volcanic that produced volcanic deposits that compose Semilir Formation. Outcrop in Ngoro-oro, Patuk, Gunung Kidul, Special Region of Yogyakarta, has an ideal dimension and various lithology to identify petrophysical properties such as reservoir space. This paper uses detailed stratigraphic measurement with 1:10 scale which determines the facies distribution and analytical petrography to determine the reservoir characteristics based on mineralogy, texture and diagenesis process. The results shows that the study area consist of lapilli-vitric stone, greywacke and vitric-crystal tuff. Volcanic rocks in Semilir Formation, Gunung Kidul area develop into three reservoir space types : primary pores, secondary pores and fractures pores. This formation of reservoir space went through diagenetic process consist of cooling and solidification stage and epidiagenesis stage. Cooling and solidification stage include fragmentation, crystallization, differentiation and solidification, epidiagenesis (Re-Construction) stage include weathering, leaching, fluid dissolution and tectonism. Primary pores were formed during volcanic active period and solidification period, marked by volcanic rocks with various composition, grain size and contraction fractures. Secondary pores and fractures pores formed at epidiagenesis (Re-Construction) stage, with distinct features as weathering-leaching period and burial period, marked by micro-structure, solution pores fracture along cleavage face and devitrification pores.     This research aims were to measure nutrition level and the physical quality of bali beef according to the age and sex of cattle. A total of 60 bali beef samples have been examined, consisting of 30 male and 30 female, in which they were divided into six age groups. The parameters of quality and nutritions of bali beef included: meat color, pH, water holding capacity, water content, crude protein, fat and ash content. The result showed that according to the sex and age of cattle, the beef quality and nutrition were not significantly different. This indicates that the bali beef have the similar qualities based on the different of sex and age
