Proceso de control de las grúas en las terminales de contenedores
This project is mainly based on a review of the control process of the cranes in a container terminal. We begin by defining what a container terminal is and what elements we can find in it, such as different types of cranes and containers. For the specific study of the cranes also we need to know something about the management of the container terminal. I will show what kind of problems is presented and what solutions are appropriate for make an efficiently container terminal. Simulations with Simple++ are used to solve this case with the target of find the results of the ship waiting time and the factors that are involved. Then, I will study the operation of two main types of cranes at a container terminal, the transfer crane and the gantry crane and the automation technology used in most modern container terminals. Finally, I will show the different kind of process such as sequential and multiprogramming processes thereby their advantages and disadvantages and which of them is most important for develop the system.

New palaeontological data on the Upper Cretaceous of Pálmaces de Jadraque and Veguillas (Guadalajara, Spain)
In order to update and expand the previous palaeontological studies about the Upper Cretaceous of the North of Guadalajara two stratigraphic sections have been studied near the villages of Pálmaces de Jadraque and Veguillas
(Figs. 1, 2). Studied facies correspond to three different formations (Arenas, arcillas y calizas de Santa María de
las Hoyas, Margas de Picofrentes and Dolomías de la Ciudad Encantada) that represent the transgression and the beginning of the regression of the upper Cenomanian-lower Turonian. The collected palaeontological material has
been studied systematically and thirteen taxa have been identified: six bivalves, two gastropods, two cephalopods and two echinoids. Besides, two different biotic associations have been identified. The first one corresponds to a relative shallow environment with a fauna of epifaunal bivalves and gastropods that are located in the Santa María de las Hoyas Formation. The second represents a deeper environment with infaunal bivalves, gastropods, ammonoids and echinoids, and is located in the Picofrentes Formation.Depto. de Geodinámica, Estratigrafía y PaleontologíaFac. de Ciencias GeológicasTRUEMinisterio de Ciencia e Innovación (MICINN)pu
Topological type of discriminants of some special families
We will describe the topological type of the discriminant curve of the
morphism , where is a smooth curve and is an irreducible
curve (branch) of multiplicity less than five or a branch that the difference
between its Milnor number and Tjurina number is less than 3. We prove that for
a branch of these families, the topological type of the discriminant curve is
determined by the semigroup, the Zariski invariant and at most two other
analytical invariants of the branch.Comment: 3 figures, 11 table

Curved nanographenes: Multiple emission, thermally activated delayed fluorescence, and non-radiative decay
The intriguing and rich photophysical properties of three curved nanographenes (CNG 6, 7, and 8) are investigated by time-resolved and temperature-dependent photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. CNG 7 and 8 exhibit dual fluorescence, as well as dual phosphorescence at low temperature in the main PL bands. In addition, hot bands are detected in fluorescence as well as phosphorescence, and, in the narrow temperature range of 100–140 K, thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) with lifetimes on the millisecond time-scale is observed. These findings are rationalized by quantum-chemical simulations, which predict a single minimum of the S1 potential of CNG 6, but two S1 minima for CNG 7 and CNG 8, with considerable geometric reorganization between them, in agreement with the experimental findings. Additionally, a higher-lying S2 minimum close to S1 is optimized for the three CNG, from where emission is also possible due to thermal activation and, hence, non-Kasha behavior. The presence of higher-lying dark triplet states close to the S1 minima provides mechanistic evidence for the TADF phenomena observed. Non-radiative decay of the T1 state appears to be thermally activated with activation energies of roughly 100 meV and leads to disappearance of phosphorescence and TADF at T > 140

Effect on Intermediary Metabolism and Digestive Parameters of the High Substitution of Fishmeal with Insect Meal in Sparus aurata Feed
The depletion of traditional protein sources and the impact this causes on the
production costs of aquaculture feed make it necessary to find alternative materials that allow for
the sustainability of production. Among various proposals, insects have drawn scholarly attention
because of their high protein content and the efficiency of their production, both from an environmental and an economic perspective. However, nutritional changes in fish diets require further
clarification regarding the effect of this new ingredient in fish performance and physiology. In this
study, we evaluated the use of two insect meal species, Hermetia illucens and Tenebrio molitor, for the
partial replacement of fishmeal, as well as their influence on growth indices and the gut microbiome.
Although the results showed a worsening of biometric parameters and a modification of the microbial
community, the impact was different depending on the insect species and their rearing conditions.
Thus, specific studies for each case are recommended.Hermetia illucens and Tenebrio molitor were tested on account of their potential to replace
fish protein in feed. Two levels of replacement for H. illucens, 30% and 50% (H30 and H50), and one
for T. molitor, 50% (T50), as well as an additional diet with a modified fatty acid fraction (H50M),
were investigated in relation to juvenile Sparus aurata growth indices, enzyme activities and gut
microbiome. A T50 diet showed similar results to a control (C) diet, with no significant differences
regarding morphological indices and minor differences for nutritional indices. Regarding the gut
microbiome, H50M was the diet which showed the more similar prokaryotic community to C,
which suggests that fatty acid fractions might influence the composition of the gut microbiome.
Nevertheless, differences appeared to be related to a redistribution of dominant species, while
changes in species affiliation were limited to minoritary species. The positive correlation between
some of these minoritary species (Peptostreptococcus russellii, Streptococcus dysgalactiae and Weisella
confusa) and several fish growth parameters might explain differences between control and insect
diets. Deciphering such uncertainty and revealing the potential role these unusual species may play
on fish performance should be addressed in future investigations.INIA (Spanish Agricultural and Agro-Food Research Institute)Project RTA 2015-00021-C03-02 and FEDER fundsEuropean Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF)
