ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA HOTEL ARISTA PALEMBANG

The Quality of service is a benchmark to known good or not a service, because the quality of service will affect directly or indirectly the level of customer satisfaction whether it will have an impact on customer loyalty. To determine the extent effect quality of service on customer satisfaction at Arista Hotel Palembang and which one the dominant variables affecting the customer satisfaction, the results showing the dominant variable that influence customer satisfaction is physical evidence, with the variable regression coefficient of 0.000 and the regression results indicate show 40.27 percent of certain service quality provided by the Arista Hotel Palembang that affect customer satisfaction Arista hotel Palembang. Mean while the other of variables are variable assurance and empathy showing significant levels of 0.040 and 0.008, and than variables reliability and responsiveness are not significantly influence customer satisfaction. So it can be conclusion based on that customer satisfaction, which is the physical evidence variable that significantly impact the quality of service at Arista Hotel Palembang

PROSEDUR USULAN PEMBIAYAAN MODAL USAHA DANA MIKRO PT. BPR(PERSERODA) PADA MITRA USAHA PEMPEK EMBIK

The purpose of  community service program is to provide solutions as a concrete step in solving business problems. The object of community service is Pempek Embik, a micro-scale businesses managed by a husband and wife. The problem of Pempek Embik was the lack of business capital since entering the fasting of Ramadan 1439 H or the end of May 2018, where prices of raw materials to make pempek rise and not decline until now. Pempek Embik has stability sales and owners of business have never made a loan because fear, not being able to pay interest. PT. BPR (perseroda) has a product with name is a credit program without guarantees and without interest. This credit is program of the Mayor of Palembang city, Mr Harnojoyo, who is committed to maximizing the potential of SMEs. The procedure for proposing credits program were three stages,   first stage of completing business licenses and business recommendations from  Kelurahan, second phase of data verification and business surveys and the last stage was disbursing credit program in installments of IDR 250,000 each month without interest. Pempek Embik has five working days in a week or 20 working days in a month. Pempek Embik must save IDR 12,500 for each day. With consistent and working hard, this monthly installment will be easy to do

Pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Return On Equity (ROE) Terhadap Harga Saham Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)

Investors will carry out various analyzes to get information about whether the company is able to provide benefits from the investment they have made. This study aims to determine whether Earning Per Share (EPS), and Return On Equity (ROE) partially and simultaneously affect stock prices. The object of this research is the infrastructure sector companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research method uses quantitative methods. The population of 74 companies, the determination of the sample through purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, a sample of 6 companies wsa obtained. The results showed that partially EPS and ROE collectively have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, EPS and ROE have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. PERBANDINGAN RETURN ON ASSETS SEBELUM DAN SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19 PADA SAHAM SEKTOR ENERGI

Dampak pandemic covid-19 tidak hanya terjadi dibidang kesehatan, lebih dari itu perekonomian masyarakat terkena imbas dari kebijakan saat pandemic covid-19 terjadi, seperti aturan pembatasan social yang menyebabkan terhambatnya mobilitas masyarakat sehingga berdampak pada tidak berjalannya operasi perusahaan secara normal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan rasio profitabilitas dengan menggunakan return on assets sebelum-dan saat pandemi Covid-19 pada laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor energi yang tercatat di BEI periode 2018-2019.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang memanfaatkan data sekunder yang didapat dari BEI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan.teknik dokumentasi. Penelitian ini mengambil populasi perusahaan sektor energi yang tercatat di BEI periode 2018-2021. Teknik..pemilihan Sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 11 perusahaan sektor energi. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon dimana data diolah-menggunakan software.statistik SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan tidak ada perbedaan rasio return on assets sebelum dan saat pandemi covid-19 di perusahaan sektor energi yang tercatat di BEI dan termasuk kriteria sampel penelitian. Implementasi dan Strategi IndonesiaDalam Menghadapi Green Economy Dan ASEAN Economy Community(AEC)

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui implementasi serta strategi yang dilakukan oleh Indonesia dalam menghadapi Green Economy dan ASEAN Economy Community. Dari hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Green Economydi Indonesia masih terdapat hambatan yang harus dibenahi, seperti halnya dari segi aspek fiskal, akses modal, akses teknologi hijau sampai sumber daya manusia Indonesia yang memiliki kepekaan rendah terhadap lingkungan dan strategi yang dilakukan oleh Indonesia . Hal ini diperparah dengan lemahnya koordinasi antar lembaga dipemerintahan, dimana masing-masing instansi memiliki program sendiri-sendiri tanpa ada sinergi antara satu dengan yang lain. Begitu juga dengan implementasi ASEANEconomy Community(AEC) menunjukkan masih banyak masyarakat Indonesia belum memahami mekanisme AEC itu sendiri sehingga timbul kecemasan dalam menyongsong pelaksanaanAEC, sehingga untuk memaksimalkan pelaksanaannya diperlukan strategi berupa perbaikan iklim investasi dan penguatan institusi, persiapan di tingkat sektoral, pengamanan pasar produk dalam negeri, pengendalian inflasi, penguatan daya saing global, dan penguatan ekspor

PENGARUH TINDAKAN BODY SHAMING TERHADAP SELF CONFIDENCE PADA IKATAN MAHASISWA TANJUNG MUTIARA KABUPATEN AGAM SUMATERA BARAT

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena adanya kasus body shaming yang terjadi pada beberapa mahasiswa dan perlakuan ini membuat mereka kurang percaya diri saat beradaptasi dengan lingkungannya. Hal ini erat kaitannya dengan anggapan seseorang terhadap bentuk tubuh yang menjadi standar ideal dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur besar pengaruh tindakan body shaming terhadap self confidence pada Ikatan Mahasiswa Tanjung Mutiara Kabupaten Agam Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dari anggota Ikatan Mahasiswa Tanjung Mutiara yang terdiri dari 50 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana pada program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai sig 0,000 dan nilai probabiltas 0,05 yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara body shaming terhadap self confidence pada Ikatan Mahasiswa Tanjung Mutiara Kabupaten Agam Sumatera Barat dengan persentase sebesar 30,9%

Pengaruh Pengetahuan Investasi dan Literasi Keuangan terhadap Keputusan Berinvestasi Mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya di Pasar Modal

The existence of this study aims to determine the effect of investment knowledge and financial literacy simultaneously and partially on the investment decision of Sriwijaya State Polytechnic students in the capital market. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial analysis (T test): 1. the investment knowledge variable (X1) has a significant effect on the investment decisions of Sriwijaya State Polytechnic students in the capital market 2. The financial literacy variable (X2) has a significant effect on the investment decisions of Sriwijaya State Polytechnic students in the capital market. The results of this study also indicate that the investment knowledge variable has a dominant effect on the investment decision of Sriwijaya State Polytechnic students in the capital market

EVALUASI PENERAPAN STRATEGI HARGA, PRODUK DAN DISTRIBUSI PENJUALAN PADA USAHA KUE RUMAHAN UTI PALEMBANG

The role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is very important in the economy because is mostly to use local raw materials, it can absorb labor, increase the number of business units and support household income.  In producing their products, MSMEs entrepreneurs interact more in terms of price negotiations. Price is  the most important elements that determine market share and business profitability. The home-based small-scale industry (MSMEs) which is the assignment partner is the Uti home-based business, which is a home-based business that has been running for more than eight years and consistently produces traditional cakes needed by the surrounding community. Uti home-based business has problems in terms of selling prices, product innovation and expansion of sales distribution. There were three problems that often encountered by a small business, especially the home industry because they generally have difficulty in determining prices caused by the price of staple cake making is often unstable, then need to develop cake production that leads to innovation in processing the production of processed industrial cakes Uti Cake and the development of sales distribution of these products

Peran Ayah, Dukungan Teman Sebaya dan Ekspose Media Pornografi dengan Perilaku Seksual Berpacaran pada Remaja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran ayah, dukungan teman sebaya dan ekspose media pornografi dengan perilaku seksual berpacaran. Subjek penelitian ialah siswa-siswi SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta. Jumlah subjek sebanyak 168 siswa dengan rentang usia sekitar 17-19 tahun menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah skala perilaku seksual berpacaran, skala peran ayah, skala dukungan teman sebaya dan skala ekspose media pornografi.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan: 1) Tidak ada hubungan peran ayah, dukungan teman sebaya dan ekspose media pornografi dengan perilaku seksual berpacaran, dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,062 (p>0.05). 2) Tidak ada hubungan  peran ayah dengan perilaku seksual berpacaran, dengan nilai signifikan 0,708 (p>0,05). 3) Ada hubungan dukungan teman sebaya dengan perilaku seksual berpacaran, dengan nilai signifikan 0,043 (p<0,05). 4) Ada hubungan ekspose media pornografi dengan perilaku seksual berpacaran, dengan nilai signifikan 0,041 (p<0,05). Penelitian ini menunjukkan peran ayah, dukungan teman sebaya dan ekspose media pornografi secara bersama-sama tidak ada hubungan dengan perilaku seksual berpacaran. Dari tiga variabel independen, variabel peran ayah tidak ada hubungan dengan perilaku seksual berpacaran. Sedangkan variabel dukungan teman sebaya dan variabel ekspose media pornografi merupakan variabel yang ada hubungannya dengan perilaku seksual berpacaran

Pembangunan dan pertumbuhan daerah melalui semangat entrepreneurship

Kebijakan otonomi daerah memberikan peluang besar bagi daerah untuk memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi daerahnya dengan mengupayakan peningkatan PAD. Salah satu sumber penerimaan PAD berasal dari usaha kecil menengah yang bersumber dari banyaknya usahawan membuka usaha. Indikator yang digunakan adalah dengan melihat seberapa besar kontribusi PAD terhadap pembangunan dan perkembangan daerah yang akan berimbas kepada berkembangnya jiwa entrerpreneur dalam diri masyarakat. Bahan kajian tulisan diambil dari jurnal maupun artikel yang terkait, dengan metode literature. Data menunjukkan kurangnya alokasi belanja untuk PPMK LKM Bina Ekonomi, maupun peraturan kepada kalangan usaha kecil dan menengah. Diharapkan adanya sinergi semua kalangan, yang berpotensi membangun dan menumbuhkan daerahnya dengan semangat wirausaha
