Implementasi Kurikulum Sekolah Minggu di GKJ Salatiga Selatan : Suatu Tinjauan Manajemen Kurikulum

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau implementasi kurikulum sekolah minggu di GKJ Salatiga Selatan dari perspektif manajemen kurikulum. Pendekatan dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Kurikulum sekolah minggu memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan pengetahuan rohani anak-anak sejak dini. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengingkatan manajemen kurikulum sekolah minggu di Gereja melalui pengembangan materi yang inovatif, pelatihan berkala bagi pengajar, serta peningkatan fasilitas dan sarana pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum sekolah minggu di GKJ Salatiga Selatan belum sepenuhnya memenuhi tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya motivasi dan dedikasi para pengajar sekolah minggu dalam melaksanakan tugas pengajaran mereka. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembagan kurikulum sekolah minggu yang lebih efektif di GKJ Salatiga Selatan dan gereja lainnya.The study aims to review the implementation of the Sunday school curriculum at the southern GKJ salatiga from a curriculum management perspective. The research approach and methods used are descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of interviews and observations. The Sunday school curriculum has an important role in shaping children's spiritual character and knowledge early on. The study offers recommendations for the Sunday school curriculum management promotion in the church through innovative materials development, periodic training for teachers, and increased facilities and support facilities. Studies indicate that the implementation of the Sunday school curriculum at GKJ salatiga south has not fully met the expected educational goals. This is because of the lack of motivation and dedication of Sunday school teachers in carrying out their teaching assignments. Hopefully, the results of this study can contribute to the more effective expansion of the Sunday school curriculum at lower GKJ salatiga and other churches
