Study of the Effect of Radiation Dose Rate on the Stability of Various Organochlorine Pesticides
Abstract irradiated at dose of 10 kGy with dose rate varied from 8.3 β
10β3 up to 2.33 Gy/sec. It is found that the shape of the degradation degree relationship on dose rate is similar for different OCPs in polar and non-polar solvents (hexane, 2-propanol) and does not depend on the concentration of initial substance. The maximum of the OCP degradation degree is registered in the dose rate range of 0.23-0.43 Gy/sec. A lognormal distribution is considered as a function best fitting the experimental data. The OCP degradation mechanism could be explained by the ratio of active and recombined particles along the gradient of ionizing radiation intensity.
Keywords: organochlorinated pesticide; irradiation, dose and dose rate of gammaradiation; radiation degradation; functional dependenc
Methodological and analytical provision of region monitoring
The article reflects methodological and applied aspects of the quality and completeness of information provided to the monitoring taking into account the level of spatial aggregation.
The authors suggest an algorithm on forming informational blocks of monitoring on the region level which allows to implement the functions of the given analytical tool.
Furthermore, the article provides the reasons for integrating information within the united methodological and legal area of Russian public statistics in order to form the representative database for regional monitoring and analysis.peer-reviewe
The influence of the microstructure morphology of two phase Ti-6Al-4V alloy on the mechanical properties of diffusion bonded joints
The influence of ultra fine grained (UFG) and coarse grained (CG) microstructure of the titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V on the strength of a diffusion bonded (DB) joint was studied using a laboratory DB fixture and a new shear test rig. The DB process was carried out at 725Β°C and 825Β°C during 2 and 4 hours in a vacuum furnace. Coarsening of grain structure resulting from different DB cycles was quantified. The chain pores were observed at 725Β°C for both microstructure conditions bonded during 2 hours. The increase of bonding time up to 4 hours leads to subsequent elimination of the pores. The UFG samples bonded at 725Β°C showed a higher level of the shear strength than CG samples for both bonding times. The CG material demonstrated the highest shear strength after 4 hours of DB bonding at 825Β°C. The increase of the creep deformation of UFG samples when compared to the CG condition was observed as a result of DB at of 725Β° C during 4 hours
Informational and analytical support of social and labor aspects of an urban settlement
Purpose: The aim of this article is to identify and assess the key problems of the city of Rostov-on-Don in social and labor aspects in order to determine the competitive position of the city relative to the million-plus cities regarding its advantages and key trends. Structure/Methodology/Approach: To realize the goals of strategic planning, it seems appropriate: first, to obtain an analytical assessment of the state of the social and labor sphere of the city of Rostov-on-Don; second, to obtain a comparative assessment of the state relative to the cities of one million Russian citizens; third, to formulate the key problems that have arisen in this field and, fourth, to formulate the competitive position of the city of Rostov-on-Don. Results: To arrange strategic directions for the development of the city of Rostov-on-Don, authors determined the competitive position of the city in the social and labor sphere in the form of advantages, key problems and key trends. Practical implications: The results could be implemented at the municipality level in the formation of the spatial policy of urban development and improving the quality of life of the population. Originality/Value: The main contribution of this study is to implement a system approach to the process of improving and developing information and analytical support for the management of municipal territories.peer-reviewe

The subject of the research is the legal nature of the digital profile of a citizen, as well as a set of legal norms regulating digital profiling relations in Russia. The comparative method, the method of system analysis, as well as the method of legal modeling are used in the article. The purpose of the article is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis that legal regulation is not the only mechanism for regulating relations in the field of digital profiling. The main results, scope of application. The article studies the phenomenon of digital profile, the main approaches to the digital profiling as well as the circumstances that have caused the state's interest in digital profiling. The creation and operation of a digital profile should be aimed at achieving the goal set out in the legislation. The digital profile is a set of relevant, reliable information about individuals and legal entities formed in the unifiedΒ identification and authentication system or other information systems of state and local government authorities. The formation of a digital profile is carried out in order to provide data to authorities, legal entities and persons who have requested access to this information through the digital profile infrastructure. The analysis of the Russian legal regulation of relations in the field of digital profiling is presented, the problems of enforcement practice are identified. The analysis revealed the main differences between the digital profile and related categories, including social scoring, the unified population register and others. The comparison of a digital profile with a digital avatar and a digital character was carried out. It is extremely important to pay close attention to the problems of digital profiling both at the level of fundamental and applied scientific research. At the state level, it is important to strategically determine what a digital profile is, as well as formulate the main directions of the digital profiling development, challenges and risks. The importance of the development of digital profiling for unified system of public authorities in the Russian Federation is outlined.Conclusions. The analysis of the emerging practice of digital profiling in contemporary society shows that legal regulation does not always allow us to keep up with the rapidly developing relations in this area. The possibility of using other mechanisms should be considered. The use of mechanisms of regulatory experiments can also be considered as special mechanisms for regulating relations in the field of digital profiling. The goal of the research has been achieved, the legal nature of the digital profile has been revealed, approaches to regulating this phenomenon in the conditions of digital transformation have been proposed.CΡΠ°Π²ΠΈΡΡΡ ΡΠ΅Π»Ρ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°ΡΡ ΠΎΡΠ½ΠΎΠ²Π½ΡΠ΅ ΠΏΠΎΠ΄Ρ
