    活心丸(浓缩丸)治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照临床研究

    目的观察活心丸(浓缩丸)治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法本研究采用多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照研究方法,将480例气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者以3:1比例随机分为试验组(360例)和对照组(120例)。在西医常规治疗基础上,两组患者分别服用活心丸(浓缩丸)和安慰剂,1次2粒,每日3次;疗程8周。观察两组治疗前后主要指标(心绞痛症状积分)和次要指标(包括硝酸甘油减停率、中医证候积分及生活质量评价)及安全性。结果共454例患者完成试验(试验组336例,对照组118例)。与本组治疗前比较,试验组和对照组心绞痛症状积分和中医证候积分均降低,西雅图心绞痛量表评分改善(P<0.01);与对照组治疗后比较,试验组心绞痛症状积分、中医证候积分、西雅图心绞痛量表评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组心绞痛症状疗效总有效率为80.95%,硝酸甘油停减率为80.70%,中医证候疗效有效率80.65%,均高于对照组[36.44%、45.07%、38.99%(χ~2=58.21、40.94、66.55,P<0.01)]。试验组中既往有心梗史患者心绞痛症状总有效率为83.22%,中医证候有效率83.22%,西雅图心绞痛量表评分为(361.74±62.10)分,均高于无心梗史患者[60.92%、66.89%、(327.95±65.07)分(χ~2=13.89、13.26,P<0.01)]。治疗过程中未发生明显不良反应。结论活心丸(浓缩丸)治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定性心绞痛疗效显著,尤其适用于既往有心梗病史的冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者,无明显不良反应。国家中医药管理局资助课题(No.国中医药科2016ZX04

    以基碳酸酰氯作衍生化试剂 ,采用高效液相色谱拆分 1,1′ 联萘 2 ,2′ 二酚光学异构体。当采用LichrosorbSi 6 0 (4mm× 30 0mm ,5 μm)柱 ,紫外 2 75nm检测 ,正己烷 乙醇 (98.5 1.5 ,V V)为流动相 ,1,1′ 联萘 2 ,2′ 二酚单基碳酸酯的分离因子和分离度分别为 1.36 8、3.0 5 1;用正己烷 乙醚 (98.5 1.5 ,V V)为流动相 ,1,1′ 联萘 2 ,2′ 二酚双基碳酸酯的分离因子和分离度分别为 1.0 5 5、1.347。这一方法可简便、快速地测定联萘二酚单基碳酸酯拆分样品的光学纯度.  1 ,1′2Binaphthalene22 ,2′2diol2mono2[ (2)2menthyl ] carbonate (3) and 1 ,1′2binaphthalene22 ,2′2diol2 bis2[ (2)2menthyl ] carbonate (4) are intermediates in the chemical resolution of racemic 1 ,1′2binaphthalene22 ,2′2 diols (1) utilizing (2)2( 1R)2menthyl chloroformate ( 2) as the derivating agent . In this paper , the optical separation of compound (3) and (4) has been investigated by high performance liquid chromatography on Lichrosorb Si260 (4 mm i . d. ×300 mm , 5 μm) and YWG2CN (4 mm i . d. ×250 mm , 10 μm) column with hexane2polar regulator mixture as an eluent . The results show that the optical isomers of compound (3) and (4) can be well separated. The optical isomers first eluted are (S , 1R′)23 and (S , 1R′, 1R″)24 respectively. The influence of polar solvents and their ratios in the mobile phase on the resolution is examined. This method has been applied to determine the optical purity of 1 ,1′2binaphthalene22 ,2′2diol2mono2[ (2)2menthyl ] carbonate obtained from a novel resolution process.国家自然科学基金重点资助项目 (No .2 983 2 0 2 0

    用高效液相色谱法考察了 1,1’ 联萘 2 ,2’ 二酚及其单和双氯代孟基碳酸衍生物等三对手性化合物在 (S) 特 亮氨酸基 (S) 1 (α 萘基 )乙胺脲型手性色谱柱上的拆分行为 .讨论了三元流动相中 1,2 二氯乙烷和乙醇含量的变化以及不同极性调节剂对分离的影响 ,探讨了这些手性化合物在脲型手性固定相上的可能拆分机理 .该法已用于 ( ) 孟基氯代碳酸酯化学拆分外消旋 1,1’ 联萘 2 ,2’ 二酚过程相关产物的光学纯度测定. The chiral resolution of 1 ,1’2binaphthalene22 ,2’2diol (1) , 1 ,1’2binaphthalene22 ,2’2diol2mono2[ (2)2men2 thyl ] carbonate (2) and 1 ,1’2binaphthalene22 ,2’2diol2bi2[ (2)2menthyl ] carbonate (3) was studied by high performance liquid chromatography using (S)2tert2leucine and (S)212α2NEA as chiral stationary phase. The effect of different content of 1 ,22dichloroethane and ethane , as well as a different polar modifier in mobile phase on the chiral separation was discussed. A baseline separation of optical isomers of compounds 1 and 2 with n2hexane/ 1 ,22 dichloroethane/ ethanol (82∶16∶2 , V/ V/ V) as mobile phase was obtained. The optical isomers first eluted are S22 and R21 , their capacity factors are 0. 159 and 1.196 , separation factors are 1. 779 and 1. 311 ,resolutions are 2. 444 and 4. 266 , respectively. The optical isomers of com2 pound 3 are only partially resolved. The likely role of double hydrogen bonding between 1 ,1’2binaphthalene22 ,2’2diol and (S)2tert2leucine & (S)212α2NEA as well as steric hindrance for the chiral recognition and separation was discussed.     在盆栽玉米、大豆和辣椒的生长阶段进行高水分 (土壤田间持水量FC 10 0 %~ 80 % )、中水分 (FC 70 %~5 5 % )、低水分 (FC 5 0 %~ 40 % )处理 ,后复水至充分供水 .分析 3种植物在干湿变化中的生长和水分利用效应 ,比较土壤施用保水剂的效果 .结果发现 ,水分处理期间 3种植物生长变化与水分供给紧密相关 ,单株干重均表现为 :m (高水分 ) &gt;m(中水分 ) &gt;m(低水分 ) .但水分利用效率 (WUE)效应不一 ,中水分处理下玉米和大豆WUE为 2 0 .2gkg-1和3 .70gkg-1,分别比高水分处理还高 5 9.1%和 2 9.7% .水分处理又复水后 15d ,玉米在中水分处理复水的单株干重增加 39.6 3g ,是一直充分供水处理的 175 .0 % ,WUE达到 13 .3gkg-1,呈现超补偿生长效应和水分利用效率效应 .辣椒在中水分处理后复水 ,其青椒产量较高水分处理增加 6 % ,呈现产量补偿效应 .土壤加入保水剂可明显提高作物在低土壤水分条件下WUE .图 4表 1参 1

    1, 1'-Binaphthalene-2,2'-diol-mono-[(-)-menthyl] carbonate (3) and 1, 1'-binaphthalene-2, 2'-diol-bis- [(-)-menthyl] carbonate (4) are intermediates in the chemical resolution of racemic 1, 1'-binaphthalene-2,2'-diols (1) utilizing (-)-(1R)-menthyl chloroformate (2) as the derivating agent. In this paper, the optical separation of compound (3) and (4) has been investigated by high performance liquid chromatography on Lichrosorb Si-60(4 mm i. d. x 300 mm, 5 mum) and YWG-CN (4 mm i. d. x 250 mm, 10 mum) column with hexane-polar regulator mixture as an eluent. The results show that the optical isomers of compound (3) and (4) can be wen separated. The optical isomers first eluted are (S, 1R')-3 and (S, 1R', 1R ")-4 respectively. The influence of polar solvents and their ratios in the mobile phase on the resolution is examined. This method has been applied to determine the optical purity of 1, 1'-binaphthalene-2,2'-diol-mono-[(-)-menthyl] carbonate obtained from a novel resolution process
