    Parametric optimum design of an irreversible photon-enhanced thermionic emission solar cell hybrid system

    考虑实际系统中存在的多种传热损失,本文建立一类不可逆光子增强热离子发射太阳能电池与温差热电发电器组合而成的混发电系统模型.基于太阳能电池与温差热电发电器之间的能量平衡方程,导出该混合系统输出功率和效率的表达式.通过数值计算,详细分析了光增热离子太阳能电池的面积、阴极半导体材料的禁带宽度、电子亲和势以及温差热电发电器的无量纲电流对混合系统优化性能的影响,确定混合发电系统运行于最大效率下光子增强热离子太阳能电池阴极材料的禁带宽度,电子亲和势,电池面积和温差热电发电器的无量纲电流的优化值.结果表明,采用混合发电系统,太阳能转换效率与工作于相同条件下的单一光增热离子太阳能电池的效率相比可提高约10%,而光增热离子太阳能电池阴极半导体材料禁带宽度在最大效率下的优化值则比单一光增热离子太阳能电池的小.本文所得结果可为实际光子增强热离子太阳能电池混合发电系统的设计和优化运行提供理论依据.A class of an irreversible thermodynamic model of the hybrid power system consisting of a photon-enhanced thermiomic emission solar cell(PETSC) and a thermoelectric generator(TEG) is established, in which some main irreversible losses existing real hybrid systems are taken into account. Based on equations of the energy balance between the solar cell and thermoelectric generator,expressions for the power output and efficiency of the hybrid system are derived. By using the numerical calculation, influences of the cell area, the energy band gap and electron affinity of the cathode semiconductor materials, and the dimensionless current of the generator on the optimal performance of the hybrid system are analyzed in detail. Under the operating condition of maximum efficiency, the optimal values of some important performance parameters of the hybrid system, such as the energy band gap, electron affinity, area and dimensionless current, are given. The results obtained in this paper show that by using the hybrid system, the solar energy conversion efficiency can be increased by about 10% and the optimal value of the energy band gap for the PESTC of the hybrid system at maximum efficiency is smaller than that of the energy band gap for alone operating PESTC.     双端泵浦掺磷光纤拉曼激光器的数值模拟及优化

    应用基于Newton-Raphson法的打靶法对双端泵浦掺磷光纤拉曼激光器进行数值模拟及优化,并与单端泵浦结果进行了分析比较.为了有效提高运算的速度及稳定性,我们采用拉曼光纤激光器动力学方程的近似解析解的结果作为数值算法的初始值.结果表明,采用改进的数值算法可以有效提高运算速度和稳定性;并且在总泵浦功率一样的情况下,双端泵浦的二级Stokes光功率输出结果与单端泵浦时的结果基本一致,因此可以用双端泵浦结构解决高功率拉曼光纤激光器中的热效应问题

    1,3-取代吲唑类低氧诱导因子l抑制剂的设计合成及其抗肝癌活性

    低氧诱导因子l(HIF-1)与肿瘤细胞的生长、侵袭和耐药密切相关,在肿瘤细胞内HIF-1高度表达,因此新型的HIF-1抑制剂可作为潜在的抗肿瘤药物。本文合成了9个1,3-取代吲唑衍生物。通过蛋白质印迹(Western Blot)法及实时定量荧光PCR(Real time-PCR)等方法检测了其对HIF-1及其靶基因血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达水平的影响,并以3-(5’-羟甲基-2’-呋喃基)-1-苯甲基吲唑(YC-1)为阳性对照药物初步评价了其体外抗肝癌细胞增殖的生物活性。实验发现化合物7b可显著抑制HIF-1及其下游靶基因VEGF的表达,且体外抗肝癌增殖生物活性优于YC-1,半抑制浓度(IC50)值为10.37μmol/L。研究结果表明,3-(5’-羟甲基-2’-呋喃)-1-(1″-对甲苯磺酰基)吲唑具有靶向抑制HIF及良好的抗肝癌活性作用。福建省科技厅项目(2015Y0081,2015J01350);;厦门大学大学生创新创业训练计划项目(2016X0644,20720152005)~

    Nonextensive and extensive thermostatistic properties of Fermi systems trapped in different external potentials

    Research Foundation of Ministry of Education, China [20050384005]; Science Research Fund, Huaqiao University, China [07BS105]The thermostatistic properties of a q-generalized Fermi system trapped in a generic power-law potential are studied, based on the generalized statistic distribution derived from the Tsallis entropy. The total number of particles, the total energy, and the heat capacity at constant volume of the system are derived. The thermostatistic characteristics of the system are discussed in detail. It is found that the thermostatistic properties of such a system depend closely on parameter q, dimensional number of the space, kinetic characteristics of particles and shapes of the external potential, and the external potential has a great influence on the thermostatistic properties of the system. Moreover, it is shown that the results obtained here are very general and can be used to unify the description of the nonextensive and extensive thermostatistic properties of a class of Fermi systems trapped in different external potentials so that the important conclusions of many typical Fermi systems in the literature may be directly derived from the present paper

    【背景】最近の癌化学療法の進歩により上皮成長因子受容体を阻害する薬剤が多数上梓され、当院でも多くの患者に投与がなされている。しかし、それらの薬剤は特徴的な皮膚障害を発生させ患者のquality of lifeを著しく低下させるため、適切な支持療法が求められる。皮膚障害予防を行う上で、多忙な医師の負担軽減、看護師による患者指導のやりやすさの向上、統一した支持療法などを目的に「皮膚障害対策セット(以下、処方セット)」を電子カルテ上で作成し、導入と適応症例について検討した。【方法】看護師・医師・薬剤師で、初回処方用と増悪時処方用の「処方セット」をそれぞれ作成し、運用方法を周知した。その後、「処方セット」を導入した患者に対して観察法による皮膚障害の評価と質問紙による聞き取りを行った。医療者に対しても聞き取りを行い、実際の処方箋の入力にかかる時間の測定も施行した。本研究は倫理審査委員会の承認を得て行った。【結果】15名の患者と10名の医師、10名の看護師から回答を得た。患者に対しては部位別・状態別の処方がなされており、セルフケアにつながっていた。医師も漏れなく簡便に処方を行うことができ、看護師も適切に患者指導を行うことができた。皮膚障害の重症度に応じた処方がなされ、概ね皮膚障害の管理は良好であった。医師が処方箋を記載する時間も有意に短縮することができた。【結論】電子カルテ上に皮膚障害対策セットを導入することで、統一した対策を簡便にとることができるようになり、適切な患者指導と皮膚障害の管理につなげることができた

    Prediction of radiation pneumonitis using dose-volume histogram parameters with high attenuation in two types of cancer: A retrospective study.

    The constraint values of dose-volume histogram (DVH) parameters for radiation pneumonitis (RP) prediction have not been uniform in previous studies. We compared the differences between conventional DVH parameters and DVH parameters with high attenuation volume (HAV) in CT imaging in both esophageal cancer and lung cancer patients to determine the most suitable DVH parameters in predicting RP onset. Seventy-seven and 72 patients who underwent radiation therapy for lung cancer and esophageal cancer, respectively, were retrospectively assessed. RP was valued according to the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events. We quantified HAV with quantitative computed tomography analysis. We compared conventional DVH parameters and DVH parameters with HAV in both groups of patients. Then, the thresholds of DVH parameters that predicted symptomatic RP and the differences in threshold of DVH parameters between lung cancer and esophageal cancer patient groups were compared. The predictive performance of DVH parameters for symptomatic RP was compared using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve. Mean lung dose, HAV30% (the proportion of the lung with HAV receiving ≥30 Gy), and HAV20% were the top three parameters in lung cancer, while HAV10%, HAV5%, and V10 (the percentage of lung volume receiving 10 Gy or more) were the top three in esophageal cancer. By comparing the differences in the threshold for parameters predicting RP between the two cancers, we saw that HAV30% retained the same value in both cancers. DVH parameters with HAV showed narrow differences in the threshold between the two cancer patient groups compared to conventional DVH parameters.     Damage to mangroves from extreme cold in early 2008 in southern China

    通讯作者Author for correspondence (E-mail: [email protected])2008年初,我国南方19个省经历了50年一遇的持续低温雨雪冰冻天气。极端气候对华南沿海各省的红树林区造成不同程度的危害。2008年3月,在我国南方各省红树林区的10个代表性地点,对这次寒害造成的红树植物伤害程度进行了系统的调查。结果表明:冬季低温对红树林的影响极为显著,特别是在低纬度的海南、广西和广东湛江,由于极端低温正值夜间退潮,对红树林的影响更为显著;在纬度较高的福建,本地红树种类秋茄(Kandelia obovata)、桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)和白骨壤(Avicennia marina)及引种的木榄(Bruguiera gymnorrhiza)等,由于长期适应于冬季较低的气温或在种植前经过抗寒锻炼,具有较强的抗寒能力。各地主要红树植物中,广布种秋茄、桐花树和白骨壤最为耐寒,其耐寒性均大于红树科的木榄、海莲(Bruguiera sexangula)和红海榄(Rhizophora stylosa)。海桑(Sonneratia caseolaris)对温度的敏感性最强,抗寒能力最低,因此,即使在其原产地海南也受到较为严重的寒害,在纬度更高的引种地出现大面积受害甚至全部死亡,而从孟加拉国引种的无瓣海桑(Sonneratia apetala)却显示出一定的抗寒能力。同一地点的红树植物幼苗的抗寒能力低于大树。此次寒害也造成了苗圃场的种苗大量死亡,成熟的植株提前落花落果,这势必会影响后继一两年内红树林的自然更新和人工造林。因此,在未来红树林造林或人工引种中,一定要考虑到红树植物的抗寒能力。国家自然科学基金(30671646和30700092);厦门大学“闽江学者”启动基
