Progress of Collagen Peptide Metal Chelates and Related Production Technologies
胶原蛋白肽金属螯合物是胶原蛋白肽与金属离子通过配位共价结合或吸附结合方式形成的螯合物。该螯合物作为金属矿物元素补充剂,具有生物利用率高、安全性高、生物活性高等优点。综述了胶原蛋白肽金属螯合物的螯合机理、稳定性、吸收利用、功能活性和生产制备工艺并展望了其开发应用前景,以期为相关研究提供参考。Collagen peptide metal chelates are formed by collagen peptides and metal ions through coordinate covalent bonding or adsorption binding. They have been considered as the potential approach to delivering metal mineral elements to consumers with many virtues, such as higher bioavailability, higher safety and higher bioactivity. Chelate mechanism, stability, absorption and utilization, functional activity and production technologies of collagen metal chelates were reviewed and the development prospect were also foreseen in this paper, which was expected to provide reference for related reasearches.国家自然科学基金项目(41106149;41676129)资助

海水富营养化评价方法的研究进展与应用现状
简要概述了海水富营养化的概念及对生态系统的影响。介绍了几类常用的海水富营养化评价方法,包括单因子法、富营养化指数法、水质指数法和营养状态质量法等国内常用的评价方法,以及近年来国际上发展起来的以富营养化症状为考虑因素的第二代海水富营养评价方法,包括综合评价法、河口富营养化评价法和波罗的海行动计划等,第二代方法的评价标准更为细化,对富营养化带来的环境效应也提供一定的判断标准。阐述了现阶段我国海水富营养化评价方法的应用现状,尤其是在近海河口区域针对富营养化程度进行的区域等级划分,旨在提出各种海水富营养化评价方法应用现状和特点,为不同海域在选用富营养化评价方法提供参考。最后,对海水富营养化评价的应用方向提出未来展望,给出水质监测管理以及海洋生态环境灾害预测防御的指导性建议。国家重点研发计划海洋环境安全保障专项“中国近海与太平洋高分辨率生态环境数值预报系统”(编号:2016YFC1401605);;国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目“南海低营养级生态模型营养盐循环过程的数值模拟研究”(编号:41206023)资助~
Review on the marine hypoxia
综述海洋缺氧研究的国内外现状,缺氧形成生物化学机理,以及从物理方面分别分析径流冲淡水、上升流、风、气候变暖等因素对缺氧影响;并分别从箱式模型、一维模型、二维模型、三维模式这4个角度,探讨了缺氧数值模型的发展和现状。基于目前取得的主要研究进展,提出未来我国缺氧研究发展重点和方向。Many semi-enclosed bays, estuaries and coasts of the world have different degrees of hypoxia.Influenced by the natural changes and human activities, the phenomenon of marine hypoxia has become increasingly serious, threatening the marine ecological environment. The problem of marine hypoxia has caused wide attention in recently years. In this paper, the domestic and world-wide situation and biochemical mechanism of marine hypoxia is reviewed. Meanwhile, the physical aspects, the effects of the factors such as runoff,upwelling, wind, climate warming and so on, are also analyzed. The development and situation of the numerical model of hypoxia are discussed respectively, including box model, one dimensional model, two dimensional model and three dimensional model. Structural evolution of self-ordered alumina tapered nanopores with 100 nm interpore distance
<font face="times new roman,times" size="2">We in-detail investigated the profile evolution processes of highly ordered alumina under the cyclic treatment of mild anodizing of aluminum foils in oxalic acid followed by etching in phosphoric acid. With the cyclic times increasing, the profiles of nanopores were gradually evolved into the parabola-like, trumpet-like and conical shape. Although the inserted etching itself nearly had no impact on the growth rate of the nanopores due to the rapid recovering of thinned barrier layer at the initial stage of next anodizing, overmuch etching could bring apparent side effects such as wall-breaking, thinning and taper-removing from the top down. The anodizing and etching kinetics and their synergetic effects in modulating different aspect ratios and open sizes of conical pores were studied systematically. These findings are helpful to tailor high-quality anodic alumina taper-pores with tunable profiles.</font
