    The treatment technology of super-highly concentrated ammonia-nitrogen wastewater by blowing air and oxidation recombination

    目的研究氨氮含量为44.16 g/L的高浓度废水处理技术,探讨反应温度、pH值、反应时间、温度、吹脱工艺对氨氮去除、COD去除率的影响。方法在水温106℃,pH=11.0~11.2,采用空气吹脱处理18 min,气液比150∶1左右;残余液用一定浓度的复合氧化剂处理。结果经过处理,一次氨氮去除率达91.50%,氨氮含量≤120 mg/L,COD≤50 mg/L符合国家排放标准。结论该处理方法简单、可靠、方便,具有较高的实用性和可操作性。Aim To study the treatment technology of wastewater in which ammonia-nitrogen content is 44.16 g/L,and discuss the reaction temperature,pH value,reaction time,temperature,and the effect that blower methodology on the remover of COD in ammonia-nitrogen wastewater.Methods The wastewater temperature is 106 ℃,pH=11.0~11.2,air blower curing time is 18 mins,the ratio of gas-liquid is about 150∶1,the remainder liquid was disposed with certain concentration of mixture oxidants.Results The wastewater was disposed by the air blower and oxidating technologies,the removal ratio of ammonia-nitrogen can reach as high as 91.50% one time,ammonia-nitrogen content is less than or equal to 120 mg/L,COD is less than or equal to 50 mg/L,which agree with Chinese Wastewater Discharge Standard.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,convenient,and is a practical one for super-highly concentrated ammonia-nitrogen wastewater treatment

    福州市2010年甲型H1N1流感病毒分离株血凝素基因分子进化分析

    目的了解福州市2010年甲型Hl N1流感病毒HA基因的突变和分子进化。方法采用RT-PCR技术扩增流感病毒A/Fuzhou/2/2010(H1N1)血凝素HA基因,测定核苷酸序列,用Clus-talX 1.83软件进行序列比对,用Bi-oedit软件的Clusta W程序进行序列同源性分析,用Mega 5.0软件以邻位相连算法(NJ)构建系统进化树。结果福州市2010年甲型Hl N1流感分离株A/Fuzhou/2/2010(H1N1)与福州市2009年首例甲型Hl N1流感病毒株HA基因同源性为98.9%,与疫苗参考株A/California/07/2009 HA基因同源性为98.5%;HA1区段有11个位点发生改变。结论福州市2010年甲型Hl N1流感病毒血凝素虽然个别氨基酸位点发生了突变,但在抗原决定簇位点的氨基酸并没有发生变化,未出现具有显著意义的抗原漂移

    目的:探讨逍遥散治疗肝郁脾虚证的基因调节机制。方法:25只Sd雄性大鼠随机等分为5组,正常组、模型组、假手术组、α-氨基羟甲基恶唑丙酸(AMPA)组和逍遥散组。以21d慢性束缚应激方法造肝郁脾虚证模型组。假手术组、AMPA组和逍遥散组均采用21d慢性束缚联合脑部埋管微量注射方法造模,AMPA组在双侧海马CA1区埋管微量注射AMPA,逍遥散组灌服逍遥散溶液。运用rT-PCr一步法检测海马CA1区和杏仁核区AMPA受体的重要亚基glur1 MrnA和glur2 MrnA的表达变化。结果:在杏仁核区,与AMPA组比较,逍遥散组glur1MrnA和glur2 MrnA表达差异无统计学意义;在海马CA1区,与正常组比较,AMPA组glur1 MrnA和glur2MrnA表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);与AMPA组比较,逍遥散组glur1 MrnA和glur2 MrnA表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:结合前期实验,从基因表达角度,进一步推断逍遥散通过纠正杏仁核和海马AMPA受体的“兴奋-抑制“失衡,重建稳态,来治疗肝郁脾虚证。Objective:To further investigate the mechanism of gene regulation of Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome.Methods:All SD rats(n=25) were randomly divided into 5 equal groups,including the normal group,model group,sham-operation group,AMPA group and Xiaoyao Powder group.The model was established by chronic restraint for 21 days.The last 3 groups were modeled by chronic restraint for 21 days in combination with micro-injection by cerebral stereotaxis instrument.AMPA group was micro-injection with AMPA.Xiaoyao Powder group was fed with solution of Xiaoyao Powder.Results: In amygdale,compared with AMPA group,the expressions of GluR1 mRNA and GluR2 mRNA had no statistical significance in Xiaoyao Powder group.In CA1 region,compared with normal group,the expressions of GluR1 mRNA and GluR2 mRNA had no statistical significance in Xiaoyao Powder group,while had statistical significance(P<0.01,P<0.05) in AMPA group;compared with AMPA group,the expressions of GluR1 mRNA and GluR2 mRNA had statistical significance(P<0.01) in Xiaoyao Powder group.Conclusion: The regulating mechanism of Xiaoyao Powder to the expressions of subunits of hippocampus and amygdala AMPA receptor may be coincidence with that of AMPA in rat model of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome.It is deduced that Xiaoyao Powder cures liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome through correcting the disorder of 'excitation-inhibition' of hippocampus and amygdala and reconstructing the homeostasis.国家自然科学青年基金(No.61101008); 北京中医药大学自主选题项目(No.2009JYBZZ-JS006)~

    柴郁温胆汤对大鼠抑郁模型行为学及脑内单胺类神经递质的影响

    目的:探讨中药复方柴郁温胆汤抗抑郁作用的机制。方法:以孤养加慢性轻度不可预见性应激方法建立大鼠抑郁症模型,用旷场行为测定及糖水消耗试验进行行为学评分,并用高效液相-电化学方法检测其脑内单胺类神经递质的含量,观察模型大鼠给药前后的变化。结果:抑郁症模型大鼠体质量增长缓慢,水平和垂直活动及糖水消耗量均明显减少(P<0.05,P<0.01);杏仁核NE、DA、5-HT、HVA含量减少(P<0.05);纹状体NE、DA、5-HT含量减少(P<0.05)。柴郁温胆汤能改善模型大鼠行为学变化,升高杏仁核NE、5-HIAA、5-HT、HVA(P<0.05)及DA含量(P<0.01),升高纹状体DA和5-HT含量(P<0.05)。结论:柴郁温胆汤具有抗抑郁作用,对中枢单胺类神经递质的调节作用是其疗效机制之一

    Biodiversity of the ectomycorrhiza on the rare and endangered tree species Tuga chinensis tchekiangensis(Flous) Cheng in Wuyishan Nature Reserve

    对武夷山国家级自然保护区残遗与濒危树种南方铁杉植物群落历经了6年的调查,共采集了123种外生菌根,经显微与超显微技术鉴定了84种,这一结果是迄今为止已发表的,在同一树种中菌根类型最多的记录.它不仅证明了武夷山地区的菌物区系由于处于东西相连,南北贯通的位置上,而且从区系成分上据有温热两带俱全的特点,因而形成生物多样性,并从共生菌的角度再度揭示了物种协同进化的规律.Systematic investigation was made on ectomycorrhizae in the woods of a variety of Tsuga chinensis,tchekiangensis(Flous) Cheng,in Wuyishan Nature Reserve in the past six years.During that period,120 ectomycorrhiza samples were collected and 84 types identified by analysing their macro-micro-and ultrastructure.This is the first time that so many types of mycorrhiza in the forests of the species are reported on.This result has proved Wuyishan's geographical position at the cross where a fungi growing area links the east and west,south and north.Thus the region owns the characteristics of both the temperate and the subtropical zone and it is thus such peculiarity whereby its biodiversity is created.Moreover,considering the results of this investigation in the regard of symbiosis between plants and fungi,their co-evolution is ascertained once more.国家自然科学基金资助项目(39770004);; 福建省自然科学基金资助项目(C97003,D0410002

    The Charge Transfer Effect of SERS Induced by the Electrochemical Hydrogen Evolution Reaction

    应用高灵敏度的共焦显微拉曼技术 ,分别研究了水体系和不同pH值的硫脲体系中电化学反应与表面增强拉曼散射 (SERS)效应之间的关系 .研究结果表明 ,在电化学析氢反应电位区 ,电荷转移增强机制起主要作用 ,使表面物种的拉曼强度显著地增强 .As one of the important mechanisms of SERS, the charge transfer (CT) enhancement requires the strong interaction of the adsorbed species with the substrate in order to permit the transition of charge between the metal Fermi level (energy state) and the molecular orbital [1] . The high enhancement needs the match of the energy gap between the Fermi level (or surface state) and the orbital energy level of the adsorbed molecules with the energy of the incident light. The electrode Fermi level is usually adjusted by the applied potential to satisfy the CT resonance. For the electrochemical reaction process, the frontier orbital energy level of the reacting surface species should be greatly different from that of the adsorbed molecules. Thus, it is interesting to test the additional SERS enhancement induced by the electrochemical reaction. In the present study, the influence of the electrochemical reaction on SERS intensity of thiourea (TU) and water adsorbed on silver electrode surfaces were investigated, respectively. The Raman experiments were performed on a confocal microprobe Raman system (LabRam I). The details of the Raman system and pretreatment of the Ag electrode can be found elsewhere [2] . The SERS spectra of TU in pH 1 and 7 are showed in the Fig. 1 (a) and (b), respectively. The major bands of TU locate at~710 cm -1 and~1 091 cm -1 . The strong 933 cm -1 band is assigned to the symmetric stretching vibration of ClO 4 - as electrolyte anion, which coadsorbed on the surface. The electrochemical measurements indicate that TU can adsorb strongly at Ag electrode in a wide potential region from -0.2 V to -1.5 V (vs SCE). It is of interest that the SERS intensity reaches the maximum at different potential in acidic and neutral solutions. In the low pH solution, one can find that when the electrode potential shifted to -0.8 V, all the band intensities increase remarkably. In the high pH solution (Fig. 1 (b)), at potentials positive of -1.0 V only solution signal can be discerned. The intensity of the surface signals underwent a sharp increase at -1.2 V. Interestingly, we found the maximum intensities in the two pH solutions have a certain relation with the occurrence of the electrochemical hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). A systematic SERS experiments were performed in solutions with pH of 2.0, 2.5, 3..0, 3.5, 4.0 and 7.0 respectively. The profiles of the integrated band intensities (~710 cm -1 ) and the potentials are shown in Fig. 2. It can be found that the maxima of the intensities are located at -0.8 V, -1.1 V for pH 1.0 and 2.0 respectively and -1..2 V for pH 2.5 ~7.0. Correspondingly, the current densities for each potential in different pH solution were presented in Fig. 3. From the two figures, it can be found that the potentials of the maximum intensity of SERS are right at the initial potentials of HER. It implies that there must have some relation between the HER and the additional enhancement of the SERS.
