    依据ITS rDNA序列探讨我国盾腹虫属种类的系统发育关系(英文)

    盾腹吸虫为寄生扁形动物中一小的类群。我国已报道7种盾腹吸虫,其中5种隶属于盾腹虫属(Aspidogastridae,Aspidogastrinae)。研究测定了在我国采集到的4种盾腹虫属吸虫的核糖体DNA转录内间隔区(ITSrDNA)序列,并分别采用邻接法和最大似然法构建分子系统发育树。结果显示,这4种盾腹吸虫的ITS-1和ITS-2序列的长度分别在728—877bp和518—645bp之间,其G+C含量分别在50.1%—52.3%和49.2%—52.2%范围内。4种盾腹吸虫的种间遗传距离在0.2%—2

    采用文献法、调查法、统计法、逻辑法等研究方法,以参加2013—2015年福建省基础教育万名骨干教师培训中的190名中小学体育骨干教师为调查对象,对教师基本情况和教师专业发展的认识、态度、知识、能力、继续教育等现状进行调查,在此基础上对教师专业发展现状进行分析,总结出我省中小学体育骨干教师专业发展的特点及存在的问题,并提出相应的建议,给我省中小学体育教师培训机构的改革提供依据,同时为我省中小学体育教师专业发展提供参考与借鉴,为进一步深化我省中小学体育教育改革提供人才保障.结果表明:1)目前,福建省中小学体育骨干教师以年富力强者居多,年龄、职称结构较合理;教师专业发展意识强,学历层次由大专逐步向本科、硕士过度,但硕士比例小;2)教师专业发展态度端正,职业的稳定性和责任感强烈,但部分年轻教师缺乏专业发展的自主性;3)教师对专业知识的掌握比较扎实,主要通过互联网、图书资料、专家报告或讲座等方法来获取专业知识;4)专业能力水平方面,教师在体育教学、课外指导、体育保健、现代教育技术运用等方面能力比较强,而创新教育和科研两方面能力相对比较薄弱;5)当下,我省中小学体育骨干教师最需要强化的培训是课题申报技能、论文写作能力、专题讲座能力、教育科研方法、提高学历层次、教学设计能力,其中提高科研能力和水平是教师们最迫切的愿望.2014年福建省中青年教师教育科研项目(社科A类)(JAS14023

    东方肉穗草黄酮类化学成分研究

    目的:系统研究东方肉穗草中的黄酮类化学成分。方法:利用大孔吸附树脂、Sephadex LH-20,ODS及正相硅胶柱等色谱手段进行分离,通过多种波谱学数据分析进行黄酮类化合物的结构鉴定。结果:从醋酸乙酯部分分离得到8个黄酮类化合物,经鉴定为异鼠李素(1)、槲皮素(2)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、异鼠李素-3-D-(6″-乙酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、异鼠李素-3-O-(2″-乙酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、槲皮素-3-O- (6″-乙酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、槲皮素-3-O-(6″-反式-对香豆酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)。结论:所有化合物均系首次从该属植物中分离鉴定

    Relationship between genetic lineages and pathotypes of Magnaporthe grisea isolates from Fujian

    采用rEP-PCr技术对福建省189个稻瘟病菌菌株进行dnA指纹图谱分析.结果表明:在58%相似水平上可以将供试菌株分为15个遗传谱系,表明该菌具有丰富的多态性.其中谱系fJl04出现频率为35.98%,为优势谱系.利用全国统一生理小种鉴别体系和lTH-nIlS鉴别体系从供试的189个稻瘟病菌株中分别鉴别出15和21个致病型(生理小种),优势型分别为zb13和J76.2,出现频率分别为58.72%和28.57%.采用这2套鉴别体系鉴别的致病型与dnA指纹图谱之间无明显的对应关系.The DNA fingerprints of 189 isolates of Magnaporthe grisea from Fujian were constructed using rep-PCR technique.All isolates could be divided into 15 genetic lineages at 58% similarity level.Among the 15 genetic lineages,FJL04 that consisted of 68 isolates was recognized as dominant lineages with occurrence frequency of 35.98%.The 189 isolates could be respectively classified into 15 and 21 pathotypes by Chinese race differentials and LTH-NILs,and their dominance types were ZB13 and J76.2 with occurrence frequency of 58.72% and 28.57%,respectively.There was no obviously corresponding relationship between pathotypes and genetic lineages.福建省科技厅资助项目(2005N030、2006N0034);福建省农科院青年科技人才创新基金资助项目(200708

    报告三明地区是猪刚刺颚口和陶氏颚口线虫病散发性流行区。猪刚刺颚口线虫感染率为5%,陶氏颚口线虫在家猪和野猪的感染率分别为4%和60.3%。浦城县是刚刺颚口线虫病散发性流行区,猪的感染率为4%,野猪感染率高达75%。鳝鱼是刚刺颚口线虫的重要第二中间宿主,也是主要传病媒介,三明地区鳝鱼的感染率为11.3%。我国(省)三种人兽共患颚口线虫第3期幼虫肠道上皮细胞核的数目有明显不同,棘颚口线虫每个上皮细胞多数有3—7个核,陶氏颚口线虫多数有2个核,刚刺颚口线虫成虫和幼虫大多数含有一个明显的核。文中还讨论了颚口线虫病的防治和诊断。From 1992 to 1994,a survey of epidemiology was carried out in Sanming and Pucheng,Fujian.The results revealed that Sanming district was a sporadic epidemic area of both Gnathostoma hispidum and G.doloresi,where the inFection rate of G.hispidum in pig was 5%(5/100), while the InFection rates of G.doloresi in pig and wild boars,Sus scrofa were 4%(4/100)and 60.3%(35/58)respectively.It was Found that Pucheng county was a sporadic epidemic area of G.hispidum,where the inFection rates of the parasite in pig and wild boars were 4%(2/50)and 75%(15/20)respectively.Monopterus albus was an important second intermediate host of G.hispidum,its incidence was 11.3%(12/106).It is well know that 3species of Gnathostoma,G.spinigerum,G.doloresi and G.hispidum,are distributed in China ,In the present study,cross sections of the advanced 3rd-stage larva(ADL3)were compared among 3 species,Gspinigerum,G,doloresi and hispidum(adult and larva).The results showed that the characterics of the cross sections of intestinal regions of the larvae of 3 species are generally in agreement with the observational conclusion made by Akahane et al.(1986) in cross sections of 3 species of ADL3 Gnathostoma.In larva G.spinigerum, there were 3-7 nuclei in an epithelial cell,in larva G.doloresi, most of that cell,had two nuclei.In addition,in both adult and larva of G.hispidum,most of the epithelial cells had one nuclei.As mentioned above,these diFFerence are helpFul in identiFying cross sections of 3 species of From human cases of gnathostomiasis.福建省自然科学基
