    Seedling Growth and the Environmental Factors of the Non-native Mangrove Species, Sonneratia caseolaris, in Shenzhen Bay

    选取深圳湾红树林的林缘、林窗及郁闭海桑Sonneratia caseolaris林和秋茄Kandelia obovata林等4种环境下自然生长的海桑幼苗,测其生物量、光合特性等指标。结果表明,林缘海桑幼苗生物量累积最大,叶片生物量所占比重最高,幼苗通过提高叶片面积和叶片数量,增加光合速率、水分利用率和光合氮利用率而加速生长。综合分析4种环境的环境因子发现,光照强度是决定幼苗速生并占领生态位的关键生态因子。该结果为研究深圳湾外来种海桑的危害及其防控和管理措施提供参考。This study aimed to discover the growth, photosynthetic traits of Sonneratia caseolaris seedlings to different environment in natural mangroves, which were four kinds of plots under dense canopy of Kandelia obovata forests and S. caseolaris forests, forest gaps, and mudflats. The results showed that the seedlings growing in mudflats had the largest total biomass and leaf biomass partitioning, attributing to their high photosynthetic rates, water use efficiency and photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency. Light intensity was the key factor among the all environmental factors that contributing to the fast growing of S. caseolaris seedlings, which led to its competition for new habitats.     Stitching Measurement Technique for Large-aperture Aspheric Surface during Grinding Process

    为实现对磨削加工阶段大口径非球面光学元件的精密测量,提出一种基于坐标测量的多段拼接综合优化数据处理模型。基于多体系统理论、最小二乘原理建立两段面形轮廓拼接数学模型;提出基于曲率原理和非球面方程最小二乘拟合的冗余数据剔除数学模型;建立多段拼接的综合优化处理模型;利用TAylOr HObSOn轮廓仪对口径为176 MM的非轴对称非球面光学元件的3条母线进行分段测量试验并通过文中提出的数学模型进行数据拼接处理,试验结果表明,拼接测量结果与单次测量结果相比,误差最大值的平均值为0.25μM,最小值的平均值为–0.22μM,比该光学元件的面形峰-谷值2.77μM高出一个数量级,达到检测要求。试验结果证明所提多段拼接综合优化数据处理模型的正确性及有效性,该模型可以进行工程应用。In order to test large-aperture aspheric surface optice element accurately during grinding process, a comprehensive optimization data processing model of stitching measurement is proposed based on coordinate measuring.Firstly, the stitching model for two segments of surface shape contour is built based on multi-body system theory and least square principle; secondly, the rejecting redundant data model is built based on curvature principle and least square fitting of aspheric equation; then the comprehensive optimization processing model for multiple segments stitching is built; three generatrices of a non-axisymmetry aspherical optical element whose aperture is 176 mm is stitching measured by Taylor Hobson profilometer and the data is processed by the model mentioned in the text.The results show that the maximum average error of the stitching measurement is 0.25 μm, and the minimum average error of the stitching measurement is –0.22 μm which is compared with the single measurement.The error is an order of magnitude higher than the surface shape peak–valley value 2.77 μm of the optic element, and matches the measurement requirements.The experimental results prove the correctness and effectiveness of the comprehensive optimization data processing model of stitching measurement, and the model can be applied in engineering.国家自然科学基金资助项目(51075343;51275433

    从Maxwell方程组出发,将与旋光效应相关的二阶非线性电极化作为线性电极化的微扰项,并结合角谱表示理论,以傍轴高斯光束作为入射光场,研究了光束在具有自然旋光性的Bi12SiO20晶体中的传播问题,并分别采用Minkowski和Abraham两种形式的光动量,得出Bi12SiO20晶体中的光动量及角动量表达式。结果表明,旋光性的存在使得晶体中的Minkowski动量和Abraham动量的比值不再是晶体折射率的平方。采用Minkowski角动量密度形式,可以发现光场与晶体之间的角动量会发生耦合,虽然光场自身的角动量不守恒,但光场和晶体的总角动量守恒

    Movement Modeling and Control of Precession Mechanism for Bonnet Tool Polishing Large Aixsymmetrical Aspheric Lenses

    研究大口径轴对称非球面气囊抛光进动运动建模及控制。分析气囊抛光机构及大口径轴对称非球面抛光进动工艺特点,确定以气囊自转轴线与气囊交点为研究对象,以气囊球心为原点建立气囊进动基础坐标系,根据大口径轴对称非球面连续进动抛光中各抛光点气囊自转轴与局部法线夹角值(即进动角)不变的原理,在分析每个抛光点时建立与其对应的坐标系,得到抛光该点时气囊自转轴与气囊交点在该点对应坐标系中的值,而后进行坐标变换,将抛光任意点时气囊自转轴线与气囊交点的位置换算至气囊进动基础坐标系中;根据大口径轴对称非球面方程、加工控制模型及前述的坐标变换运算结果,利用矩阵变换得到大口径轴对称非球面抛光的进动运动模型;在上述的运动模型中加入最有效率控制算法后进行运动学仿真,得到大口径轴对称非球面抛光的进动运动曲线,并通过仿真气囊自转轴线跟随加工点法线变化的趋势及比较仿真进动角与实际进动角验证所建立运动模型及控制算法的正确性。Movement modeling and control for bonnet tool polishing large axisymmetrical aspheric lenses is present.The intersection point of the spin axis and the bonnet is selected to be object,after analyzing the structure of bonnet tool and process feature of large axisymmetrical aspheric lenses polishing;a base coordinate is set up with the centre of bonnet to be its origin point.As the included angle of the spin axis of bonnet tool and the local normal is fixed in continuous precession polishing,a corresponding coordinate is set up to get the position parameters of the intersection point of the spin axis and the bonnet when polishing a random point,the position parameters of the intersection point of the spin axis and the bonnet in base coordinate are got according to space coordinate conversion;Movement model is obtained by space matrix transformation,based on the surface equation of large axisymmetrix aspheric lenses,processing control model and the position parameters got in last step;Finally,most efficiency algorithm is added to the movement model,and precession motion curve is got by simulation.The correctness of movement model and control algorithm is confirmed through simulating the trend of spin axis of bonnet follows the local normal and comparing the simulated value of precession angle with the actual value of precession angle.国家自然科学基金(51075343);厦门市科技计划(3502Z20113007)资

    Truing Error Analysis of Arc Wheel in Optical Aspheric Grinding

    针对光学非球面磨削加工中对圆弧砂轮修整精度要求比较高的特点,采用gC杯形砂轮修整器对圆弧砂轮进行修整,并分析杯形砂轮修整器几何误差和原理误差。在此基础上,讨论了各种误差对圆弧砂轮的修整及对非球面加工的影响程度,确定修整器定位倾斜误差是影响圆弧砂轮修整的主要因素,特别是对圆弧半径的影响。针对定位倾斜误差因素进行了砂轮修整实验,结果表明定位倾斜情况下拟合的圆弧半径残差较大且残差分布与理论分析一致。非球面加工实验显示定位倾斜情况下的工件面形误差分布情况与理论分析一致。修整器调正后再次进行加工,结果呈现不同的面形误差分布且误差减小了,验证了定位倾斜误差对非球面加工的影响。Aimed at high accurate truing of arc wheel in optical aspheric grinding,a GC cup truer was adopted for the arc wheel truing,and the truer's geometric error and principle error were analyzed.The effects of all errors on the arc wheel truing and optical aspheric grinding were discussed.It was found that the positioning tilt error was the main error in the arc wheel truing.Truing experiment results show that the residual error of fitting radius is bigger and its distribution coincides with theoretical analysis.The optical work-piece surface error distribution is also similar to theoretical analysis in the aspheric grinding.After anti-tilting,the experiment results show that the surface error distribution is changed and the surface accuracy is improved.国家自然科学基金项目(51075343); 国家科技重大基金专项(2011ZX04004-061

    Vegetation carbon stocks and net primary productivity of the mangrove forests in Shenzhen,China

    红树林是滨海湿地"蓝碳"的主要类型之一.准确和定位评估不同植物群落的固碳能力,对于红树林保育管理和恢复造林具有指导作用.本研究对深圳福田红树林4种代表性群落(白骨壤群落、秋茄群落、海桑群落、无瓣海桑群落)的各个植被碳库组分(乔木植物生物量碳库、林下灌丛碳库、呼吸根碳库、枯立木碳库、枯倒木碳库和枯枝落叶层碳库等)进行调查,计算各群落的植被碳储量,并通过生长增量-凋落物产量法计算得到各群落的净初级生产力.结果表明:白骨壤群落、秋茄群落、海桑群落和无瓣海桑群落的植被碳储量分别为28.7、127.6、100.1、73.6 t C·hm~(-2),各群落的净初级生产力分别为8.75、7.67、9.60、11.87 t C·hm~(-2)·a~(-1).位于深圳市中心的福田红树林,每年固定大气CO2高达4000 t.本研究结果将为红树林"蓝碳"碳汇功能的评估提供理论指导,并为我国红树林碳汇林建设提供依据.Mangroves are the most important coastal blue carbon sinks. The accurate estimation on the carbon sequestration capacity of plant communities would guide the mangrove conservation,afforestation and management. This study investigated the vegetation carbon stocks of dominant mangrove communities,which were Avicennia marina,Kandelia obovata,Sonneratia caseolaris,and Sonneratia apetala in Futian Nature Mangrove Reserve in Shenzhen,Guangdong Province of China.Vegetation carbon stock consisted of living trees( aboveground and belowground biomass),understory,pneumatophore,standing dead trees,fallen dead trees and litter in these communities. The net primary productivity( NPP) was calculated from the litterfall and incremental growth in the same year of each community. Our results showed that the vegetation carbon stocks for A. marina,K. obovata,S. caseolaris,and S. apetala communities were 28. 7,127. 6,100. 1,and 73. 6t C·hm~(-2),and the NPP were 8.75,7.67,9.60,and 11.8 t C·hm~(-2)·a~(-1),respectively. Therefore,acting as urban forests,Futian mangroves in Shenzhen assimilated about 4000 t CO2·a-1.These results provided guidance for mangrove blue carbon assessment,and theoretical basis for the construction of coastal carbon sequestration forests in China.国家自然科学基金项目(31270581);; 福建省自然科学基金项目(2013J01145);; 深圳城市管理局科研项目(201406)资助~

    Volumetric Error Modeling and Compensation of Precision Measuring Platform Based on Multi-system Theory

    针对大口径光学元件精密检测平台的工作特点及影响其空间误差的各项几何误差因素,运用多体系统理论,用低序体阵列描述多体系统拓扑结构,建立一种空间误差数学模型。综合应用激光干涉仪、球杆仪和激光位移传感器等仪器设备,提出大口径光学元件精密检测平台各项几何误差和空间误差的测量方法,并对模型中所涉及的各项几何误差进行了系统分析和全面测量,对空间误差进行补偿。误差补偿实验证明所提模型正确有效,将空间误差从补偿前-70.01~22.14μM降低到补偿后-4.22~5.8μM,大大提高了精密检测平台的测量精度。A volumetric error model is proposed according to the working characteristics and the geometric errors of a large-size optical element precision measuring platform.The volumetric error model is based on multi-system theory,and the topological structures of the multi-system theory are described by the number arrays of low-order body.To testify the volumetric error model,a new combined measurement experiment by the application of laser interferometer,double-ball bar,laser displacement sensor and other relative instruments is conducted for measuring the geometric and volumetric errors of the measuring platform before and after error compensation.The error compensation experiments show that the volumetric error is reduced from -70.01 ~ 22.14 μm to -4.22 ~ 5.8 μm,which also reflects the validity of the volumetric error model.国家自然科学基金项目(51075343); 福建省自然科学基金项目(2012J05098
