    梯度过渡层对硬质合金沉积类金刚石膜的耐磨性影响

    目的 分析不同类型的梯度过渡层对硬质合金沉积类金刚石涂层耐磨性能的影响,制备出能有效改善硬质合金减摩抗磨性能的类金刚石涂层。方法 采用真空阴极电弧离子镀和等离子体增强化学沉积技术,在硬质合金基底上制备了Ti/TiC/DLC、Ti/TiN/DLC、Ti/TiN/TiNC/DLC和Ti/TiN/TiNC/TiC/DLC四种类型的Ti多元梯度过渡类金刚石涂层。通过GNEHM-150型洛氏硬度计和电子显微镜、MFT-4000多功能材料表面性能试验仪、纳米硬度测试仪,分别评价不同类型多元梯度过渡层对硬质合金类金刚石涂层的膜基结合强度、摩擦磨损性能及纳米硬度。结果 Ti/TiC/DLC、Ti/TiN/DLC、Ti/TiN/TiNC/DLC和Ti/TiN/TiNC/TiC/DLC四种类型涂层的膜基结合强度等级分别为HF3-HF4、HF5-HF6、HF1-HF2、HF1,对两种膜基结合强度较好的涂层(Ti/TiN/TiNC/DLC、Ti/TiN/TiNC/TiC/DLC)进行摩擦磨损检测,其摩擦系数分别为0.2、0.1,且经过60 min对摩,Ti/TiN/TiNC/TiC/DLC涂层仍未出现明显剥落。结论 梯度过渡层的类型对薄膜的膜基结合强度、摩擦性能有较明显的影响,Ti/TiN/TiNC/TiC/DLC结构的涂层膜基结合强度最好,具有最低的摩擦系数,表现出了优异的减摩抗磨性能,可有效改善硬质合金表面的耐磨性能

    指出了碱性介质中,对羟基苯乙酸(HPA)、对羟基苯丙酸(HPPA)、高香草酸(HVA)、对甲基酚(MPA)和扑热息痛(Pr)等对位取代酚类物质的溶液,在光照下发生自氧化还原反应,产生荧光二聚体,此二聚体与酶反应产物具有相同的荧光光谱行为.在不同的介质中,二聚体的生成速率及其荧光强度明显不同.在nAHCO_3-nAOH介质中二聚体生成速度快,荧光强度大.HPA、HPPA、MPA、HVA和Pr的光化学荧光测定结果表明,在nAH-CO_3-nAOH介质中,其光化产物的荧光强度比在nAOH介质中分别增强了1.5、2.3、3.0、5.8、5.0倍.该法可用于Pr片剂中Pr含量的测定.It was demonstrated that in alkaline medium the p- (substituted phenols such as p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid(HPA), p-hydroxyphenylpropanoic acid(HPPA), homovanillic acid(HVA), p-methylphenylic acid(MPA) and parace tamol(PR)) can produce selF-redox reaction and produce Fluorescent dimers under irradiation.The photochemical reaction products have the same Fluorescence spectra as those of the products in enzyme reaction.In the diFFerent media, the reaction rate For the above mentioned phenols is Fast.The Fluorescence intensity For HPA,HPPA, MPA, HVA and PR in NaHCO3-NaOH medium is increased by 1.5, 2.3, 3.0, 5.8 and 5.0-Folds, respectively, over those in NaOH medium.The method has been used to determine PR in PR tablets with satisFactory results

    研究了核苷酸、聚核苷酸和核酸对Tb3+-钛铁试剂(Tr)络合物的荧光碎灭机理,认为荧光猝灭过程是核苷酸、聚核苷酸和核酸分子中的磷酸基组分与Tr竞争Tb3+离子,生成实验条件下无荧光的二元络合物的静态猝灭过程;用Tb3+-Tr络合物荧光探针研究dnA嵌入剂和金属离子与dnA相互作用的实验结果说明这一机理是合理的.The mechanism of Fluorescence quenching of Tb3+-Trion complex by nucleotides,polynucleotides and nucleic acids has been studied.It was considered that it is a static quenching which is based on the phosphate moieties of nucleotides, polynucleotides and nucleic acids conpeting the Tb3+ ion with Tiron and Forming non-Fluorescent binary complex under the optimal conditions.The experimental results of nucleic acids reacting with intercalating reagent of DNA or metal ion using Tb3+-Trion complex as a Fluorescence probe indicated that the mechanism is reasonable.国家教育委员会博士点基

    本发明涉及AUV(Autonomous?Underwater?Vehicle)直流供电系统在线绝缘检测及故障处理的装置,在线绝缘检测模块与设备供电控制单元连接;所述在线绝缘检测模块包括绝缘检测控制单元、母线绝缘检测模块和支路绝缘检测模块;其方法包括:母线绝缘检测模块对设备供电控制单元的供电母线在线进行电路转换,通过转换后的电路参数反应供电母线绝缘情况,绝缘检测控制单元计算出供电母线的是否有绝缘下降的情况存在,若绝缘电阻下降至警戒值以下,询问各支路绝缘检测模块相关参数数据,然后将计算获得各支路绝缘情况上报至设备供电控制单元,设备供电控制单元依据各支路的绝缘情况以及AUV的航行状态进行自主故障处理。本发明具备在线检测、在线故障处理的特点
