    Product modular planning considering enterprise resources configuration

    为满足客户多样化需求,研究了供应商等外部资源参与企业产品平台规划的问题。首先分析了客户需求、协同供应商与产品结构复杂度、品种、批量等定制化参数之间的关系,介绍了产品定制类型量化评价指标,阐述了定制化类型与产品平台、模块化之间的内在关系。介绍了跨企业产品协同的产品平台开发过程,鉴于客户需求和供应商等企业外部因素,提出了模块化产品平台规划的方法,以及基于模糊聚类分析和复合阈值进行模块划分和方案评价的方法。最后以平面铣床跨企业产品平台设计为例,验证了上述方法的有效性。To satisfy diversified customers' requirements,the problem of suppliers and other outsourcing resources involving in product platform planning was studied.Relationships among customer requirements,collaborative suppliers and product structure complexity,variety & batch were discussed,then the evaluation indices for product customization were presented,and the inherent relationships between the type of customization,product platform and modularization were analyzed.The collaborative product platform development process cross enterprises was introduced.Considering the customer requirements,suppliers and other external factors,a planning methodology of modular product platform was put forward.The method of module partition and scheme evaluation based on fuzzy clustering and compound threshold value were discussed.Finally,an example of product platform planning of modular machine tool was given to indicate the effectiveness of the proposed method.国家自然科学基金资助项目(70402013;70772093);福建省科技重大专项资助项目(2008HZ0002-1);福建省高等学校新世纪优秀人才支持计划资助项目---

    积雪变化对中国森林凋落物分解影响研究进展

    森林凋落物的分解对于维持生态系统物质循环和养分平衡具有重要意义,并受到不同积雪厚度下冻融格局的影响。冻融期(包括冻结过程期、完全冻结期、融化过程期)是冻土区凋落物分解的重要时期,该时期分解的凋落物量约占全年分解总量的一半。积雪减少通常会导致土壤温度降低、冻融循环次数增加,进而影响凋落物分解。通过综述近10年来积雪变化对我国森林凋落物分解影响的研究成果发现,积雪厚度减少在冻融期通常会抑制凋落物质量损失、碳元素释放和纤维素降解,生长季则起到促进作用,从全年来看多数表现为抑制作用。因此,冻融作用造成凋落物的物理破坏,对其分解的促进作用主要发生在后续生长季。积雪厚度减少在冻融期通常抑制氮元素释放,生长季和全年则无明显规律;磷元素和木质素目前研究还存在很大差异。最后,进一步阐述了积雪变化对凋落物分解影响研究存在的问题及未来研究发展方向

    Monte Carlo simulation of CS-1 polypropylene catalyst with multiple active sites

    采用MOnTE CArlO模拟方法建立了5活性中心种类聚丙烯催化剂CS-1作用下丙烯均聚过程的随机模型,通过实验与理论模拟相结合的方法确定了随机模型的动力学参数,并采用实验数据对所建模型进行了验证。结果表明,模拟值与实验值基本吻合,表明可采用所建立的MOnTE CArlO模型从分子尺度研究催化剂CS-1作用下的丙烯聚合机理。The model of propylene homopolymerization by CS-1 catalyst with 5 active sites was set up using Monte Carlo simulation,the kinetic parameters of the model were determined via the combination of test and theoretical simulation,and the established model was verified by the test data.The results showed that the simulation values coincided with the test values basically,which showed that the Monte Carlo model could be used to study the mechanism of propylene polymerization catalyzed by CS-1 catalyst from microscope.甘肃省教育厅科研资助项目(项目名称:工业丙烯液相本体聚合过程的稳/动态模拟;项目编号:0814B-01

    DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW GRADE POLYPROPYLENE PRODUCT IN A LOOP REACTOR BASED ON THE STEADY-STATE MODEL

    考虑工业丙烯原料中主要存在的主要活性杂质,并结合普遍适用的丙烯均聚机理,提出了适合应用于工业聚合的丙烯均聚机理。在此基础上,耦合质量守恒方程,建立了稳态操作条件下的环管反应器中均聚聚丙烯产品的质量定制模型。采用生成函数法对该模型进行求解,得到了均聚条件下聚丙烯产品性能指标和聚合工艺条件的关系。此外,将插值法引入到聚丙烯新牌号产品的开发中,结合得到的"产品性能指标与工艺条件"之间关系,提出了一种新牌号聚丙烯产品的开发方案。A new propylene homopolymerization mechanism was proposed based on a common propylene homopolymerization and considering the effects of main reactive impurities existing in industrial raw materials.Accerdingly,the steady-state quality model of polypropylene produced in a loop reactor was suggested according to the mass balance equations.Moreover,the model was solved by generation function technique and the relation between the main performance indexes of polypropylene and polymerization conditions was obtained.In addition,the interpolation method was introduced in order to develop a new grade polypropylene product.Accordingly,a development method of new grade polypropylene products was put forward.中国石油天然气股份有限公司兰州石油化工研究中心项目(07L0012)资
