DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW GRADE POLYPROPYLENE PRODUCT IN A LOOP REACTOR BASED ON THE STEADY-STATE MODEL

Abstract

考虑工业丙烯原料中主要存在的主要活性杂质,并结合普遍适用的丙烯均聚机理,提出了适合应用于工业聚合的丙烯均聚机理。在此基础上,耦合质量守恒方程,建立了稳态操作条件下的环管反应器中均聚聚丙烯产品的质量定制模型。采用生成函数法对该模型进行求解,得到了均聚条件下聚丙烯产品性能指标和聚合工艺条件的关系。此外,将插值法引入到聚丙烯新牌号产品的开发中,结合得到的"产品性能指标与工艺条件"之间关系,提出了一种新牌号聚丙烯产品的开发方案。A new propylene homopolymerization mechanism was proposed based on a common propylene homopolymerization and considering the effects of main reactive impurities existing in industrial raw materials.Accerdingly,the steady-state quality model of polypropylene produced in a loop reactor was suggested according to the mass balance equations.Moreover,the model was solved by generation function technique and the relation between the main performance indexes of polypropylene and polymerization conditions was obtained.In addition,the interpolation method was introduced in order to develop a new grade polypropylene product.Accordingly,a development method of new grade polypropylene products was put forward.中国石油天然气股份有限公司兰州石油化工研究中心项目(07L0012)资
