    利用二次微弧氧化法在AZ40M镁合金表面成功制备了黑色的氧化膜层,通过SEM、EDS和XRD表征了膜层的微观形貌和成分组成。结果表明,柠檬酸铁添; 加剂浓度可显著影响镁合金表面氧化膜的形貌、组成和厚度,添加剂浓度越高,膜层中的铁氧化物含量也越高,而对膜层厚度的影响则没有呈现出明显规律。同时,; 测试了0.1 mol/L; NaCl溶液中的电化学阻抗谱和动电位极化曲线,结果显示镁合金表面黑色膜层具有较好的耐蚀性,且膜层越厚,铁含量越少,膜层的耐蚀性越好。Black oxide films on Mg-alloy AZ40M were prepared by means of a two-step; micro-arc oxidation process in electrolytes of 15 g/L Na_3PO_4+ 3 g/L; NaF+5.6 g/L KOH and 20 g/L Na_3PO_4+5 g/L NaF with different additions; of ferric citrate respectively. The microstructure and composition of; the films were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM),; energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and X-Ray diffractometer (XRD). The; electrochemical corrosion property of the films was assessed by using; electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and potentiodynamic; polarization curves in 0.1 mol/L NaCl solution. Results showed that the; concentration of ferric citrate strongly affects the surface morphology,; composition and thickness of the formed oxide films.     Determination of Melamine in Candies by Triple Quadurupole Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

    本文建立了高效液相色谱串联质谱检测糖果中三聚氰胺的方法。以糖果为基质,采用三氯乙酸水溶液超声提取目标分析物,提取液经过离心、净化处理后,用强阳离子交换与反相C18混合填料色谱柱分离,乙腈和l0MMOl/l乙酸铵作为流动相(1:1),用串联质谱在多级反应监测模式下定量检测。lC-MS/MS定量限为0.01Mg/kg,线性范围为10~500μg/l,相关系数r2>0.99,平均回收率为66.8%~98.7%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~7.6%(n=6)。A method to analyze melamine residue in candies was established by using triple quadurupole liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Trichloroacetic acid was used to extract the target analyte.The CAPCELL PAK CR column was used for separation and the multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) positive ion mode was used for the determination.The limit of detection was 0.01mg/kg for LC-MS/MS.The coefficient of linear calibration curve was over 0.99 within the melamine concentration range of 10~500μg/L.The average recoveries of melamine by this method were 66.8%~98.7%,and the RSDs ranged from 1.9%~7.6%(n=6

    Electrochemical Behaviors of the 316L Stainless Steel Welding Seam Corrosion

    316l不锈钢以其优良的耐腐蚀性能、加工性能和高抗氧化性能而被广泛应用于核电、石油、化工等领域。316l不锈钢的应用大多需要焊接成型,但焊接过程中化学成分,组织形态和相关性能的改变,使316l不锈钢的耐蚀性能降低,在焊缝接头处以及焊缝部位优先发生腐蚀,严重影响了不锈钢的使用寿命和安全性。本文采用交流阻抗法和阳极极化常规电化学方法,结合课题组自主研发的扫描微电极技术研究316l不锈钢焊缝区的腐蚀行为,探讨钨极氩弧焊和CO2保护焊两种不同焊接方法对316l不锈钢抗腐蚀能力的影响以及氯离子浓度对焊接样品抗腐蚀能力的影响。结果表明,经过腐蚀电化学方法检测后,焊接样品的耐腐蚀性能较基材样品均发生明显降低,具体表现为氩弧焊焊接样品和CO2保护焊焊接样品在阳极极化曲线的开裂电位Eb,腐蚀电位ECOrr均较基材样品负,钝化区△E较基材样品变窄。交流阻抗谱测试得出氩弧焊焊接样品与CO2保护焊焊接样品的电荷转移电阻rCT均较基材样品小。同时,通过不同实验分析均表明,在nACl溶液和fECl3溶液中,氩弧焊焊接样品的耐蚀性能较CO2保护焊焊接样品好。实验结果还表明,随着氯离子浓度的升高,两种焊接样品的耐蚀性能均降低。The effect of two different techniques, including Argon tungsten arc welding (TIG) and CO 2 shielded arc welding, on the welding seam corrosion behavior of the 316L stainless steel, and whether or not the concentration of chloride ions affect the welding seam corrosion of the welding samples are explored.The samples are studied by the traditional electrochemical techniques, such as potentiodynamic polarization curve, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and scanning microelectrode technique which is selfassembly made by authors.In conclusion, it is indicates that the corrosion resistance of welding seam zone is lower than that of base materials in any situation.In the NaCl and FeCl 3 solutions with different concentration, the anti-corrosion performance of the Argon tungsten arc welding samples are better than that of CO 2 shielded arc welding samples.The conclusion is all verified by the three different techniques.Besides, it is also concluded that the corrosion resistant of the both welding samples and base materials are decreased with the increase of the concentration of chloride ions.国家自然科学基金项目(21203158;21073151

    Correlation between Outdoor-exposure and Indoor-accelerated Ageing Test for Epoxy Coating

    通过室外海洋大气暴晒和室内紫外线照射对环氧涂层进行了老化试验,并运用光泽、颜色、粉化率、SEM以及电化学多重动电位扫描(MCPDP)等手段测试了涂层在室外大气暴晒和室内紫外加速老化下的表面形貌和对金属保护性能的变化,初步探讨室外海洋大气暴晒和室内紫外人工老化试验的相关性。发现对于环氧涂层室内紫外人工老化降解的效果强于室外海洋大气天然老化,基于光泽测试的加速因子约为5;基于颜色和粉化率测试的加速因子都大于12。The outdoor-exposure test and indoor-accelerated ageing test were carried out,and a series of performance evaluations such as gloss,color,the degree of chalking,SEM and MCPDP were applied to test the transformation of the surface topography and protection properties of epoxy anticorrosion paint.The correlation between indoor-accelerated ageing test and outdoor-exposure test was discussed preliminary.It indicates that the results of degradation in the indoor-accelerated ageing test are greater than those in the outdoor-exposure test,the accelerating factor according gloss is about 5 and the accelerating factors according color and the degree of chalking are above 12
