    耦合生态系统服务供求关系的生态安全格局动态分析——以闽三角城市群为例

    实现分区管理是缓解城市群生态安全空间差异的有利途径。基于供求理论构建了生态系统服务供求关系动态模型框架,并利用供给与需求的象限区划表征闽三角城市群生态安全格局;在不同的尺度变换上,运用价值单量修正模型、INVEST生境质量模型、景观指数模型、生态韧性模型、熵权法等方法综合测度城市群生态系统服务供求水平,实现生态安全格局的分区化;引入环境库兹涅茨曲线理论解析区域生态安全格局现状和成因;数据分析借助Arc GIS可视化表示。研究发现:(1)闽三角城市群存在50%区域属于生态安全高供给失衡区,其中70%属漳州市境内;32.14%属于高需求失衡区,集中于市辖区与沿海地区;17.86%属于双维度失衡区;未存在单元位于双维度共赢区上。(2)区域生态系统服务供给颇佳而需求滞后,城市群东南沿海区域与周边区域格局差异明显,供给(需求)呈现由沿海向内陆梯次增(减)的空间分异规律。(3)城市群尚处于生态安全库兹涅茨曲线的\"两难阶段\",同时导致了城市群生态安全格局空间异质性的产生。国家重点研发计划(2016YFC0502901);;国家自然科学基金项目(41771500

    肾透明细胞癌差异表达基因的筛选及其核心基因相应miRNA和lncRNA预测分析

    【目的】筛选肾透明细胞癌(ccRCC)中差异表达基因并其相关miRNA和lncRNA,寻找可作为ccRCC诊断及治疗的生物标志物。【方法】通过从TCGA数据库和GEO数据库筛选ccRCC差异表达基因并取交集,对差异表达基因进行GO功能分析和KEGG通路富集分析,使用MCODE软件筛选出差异表达基因中的核心基因,并利用mirDIP数据库和STARBASE数据库对核心基因上游的miRNA和lncRNA进行预测。【结果】共筛选出427个差异表达基因,这些差异表达基因在GO功能分析上主要与催化活性、受体活性和细胞黏附分子活性等功能相关,KEGG信号通路富集结果则表明其主要与PPAR、Rap1以及细胞因子受体相互作用等信号通路相关。从这些差异表达基因中筛选出11个核心基因,并预测到134个相应miRNA,接着对5个与ccRCC总体生存率相关的miRNA在STARBASE中共预测到6个相应lncRNA。最后将lncRNA、miRNA、核心基因以及相应信号通路在CYTOSCAPE中构建出一个互作网络。【结论】利用生物信息学技术将TCGA数据库与GEO数据库结合起来,筛选出ccRCC中差异表达基因,并对其中的核心基因进行miRNA与lncRNA预测分析,为后续找到可用于ccRCC临床诊断的靶标与治疗的靶点提供了有力帮助。国家自然科学基金(81570748);;福州总医院杰出青年培养专项(2017Q05

    肾透明细胞癌Caki-1细胞系差异表达基因的生物信息学分析

    目的比较肾透明细胞癌Caki-1细胞系与正常肾上皮细胞系ASE-5063中的差异表达基因(DEGs),寻找潜在的肾透明细胞癌特异性分子标志物。方法利用GEO数据库自带的GEO2R在线分析工具分析基因芯片GSE78179,将筛选出的DEGs分别导入Metascape、STRING以及Cytoscape进行综合分析并筛选出核心基因。最后使用Fun Rich等软件对筛选出的核心基因进行GO和KEGG富集分析。结果共筛选出562个DEGs,其中上调基因345个,下调基因217个。进一步使用MCODE筛选出36个关键基因,GO功能分析发现这些基因与细胞粘附分子活性、趋化因子活性、细胞通讯和信号转导等密切相关;KEGG通路富集结果则表明差异基因主要集中在趋化因子信号通路、TNF信号通路以及NF-κB信号通路等多种与肿瘤相关的通路上。结论运用生物信息学方法筛选出肾透明细胞癌Caki-1细胞系中DEGs,其中数个核心基因广泛参与多种肿瘤的病理进程,但尚未在肾透明细胞癌有相关研究报道,提示其可能是治疗肾透明细胞癌的潜在靶点。国家自然科学基金(81570748);;福州总医院杰出青年培养专项(2017Q05

    Remote Sensing Image Enhancement Based on Orthogonal Wavelet Transformation and Pseudo-color Image Processing

    针对基于正交小波分析的图像增强技术一般只适用于黑白图像;而伪彩色处理技术不能够充分处理图像中某些细节信息的缺陷,提出了基于正交小波分析和伪彩色的遥感图像增强处理方法;实验结果表明,增强后的遥感图像无论在视觉效果上还是在噪声特性上都有了很大的改善;该方法简便易行且计算量小,在应用中有较大的灵活性;该方法还具有运算速度快和可操作性强等特点,在遥感图像增强研究方面具有广泛的应用前景。Image enhancement technique based on wavelet analysis is only applicable to black-and-white image,and pseudo-color image processing technology can not adequately deal with some of the details information of the image.In this paper,enhancement approach of remote sensing image based on orthogonal wavelet analysis and pseudo-color image processing is put forward.Enhanced remote sensing image have been greatly improved in both visual effects and noise characteristics.The method is simple to implement,and need less calculation,and its application is more flexible.This method also has the characteristics of faster computing speed and operating feasibly and so on.It has broad application prospects in research of remote sensing image enhancement.国家自然科学基金项目(60873179);广西教育厅科研项目(200707LX196

    针对九龙江流域湖库化问题,确定湖库化河段判定标准,提出综合电站的概念,基于大量的实测数据进行水质模型的降解系数值k参数率定,以此为基础,提出湖库化河段水环境容量计算方法,对九龙江流域湖库化后的水环境容量核算开展研究,确定了流域河流湖库化对水环境容量计算的影响,湖库化河段的水环境容量,为流域的水环境容量总量控制和管理、决策提供科学的依据.According to the problem of reservoired in Jiulong River basin,the judgment standard of reservoired river was determined,and the concept of integrate hydropower station was presented.Then,the parameter value of degradation coefficient K was calibrated with water quality model based on a large number of measured data of water quality.On this basis,calculation method of water environmental capacity for reservoired river was proposed.Finally,research was carried on water environmental capacity accounting of reservoired river in Jiulong River basin.The results show the effect of reservoired on water environmental capacity calculation,and the water environmental capacity of reservoired river,which provided scientific basis for the total emission control,management and decision-making of water environmental capacity in Jiulong River basin.福建省环保资助项目(ZLT0903); 福建省科技重大专项(2013YZ001-1

    Compressed Storage for C-Temporal Relation Data Model Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm

    High efficient and secure group key management scheme based on optimized GDH

    针对传统基于人类视觉系统特性的空间域与变换域相结合的水印算法中嵌入信息量小、嵌入位置定位及检测准确率低和算法运行速度慢等缺陷,提出并实现一种基于量子进化算法(QEA)的快速水印新算法。仿真实验结果表明,新算法不仅生成水印图像的速度快,而且对各种攻击具有良好的敏感性和鲁棒性。新算法在应用中有较大的灵活性,并且具有可嵌入信息容量大、运算速度快和可操作性强等特点。There are limitations such as smaller embedded information capacity,lower accurate rate for positioning embedded location and detection and slower running speed in traditional watermarking algorithm which combines spatial domain and transform domain based on characteristics of human visual system.A quickly-speed running watermarking algorithm based on quantum evolutionary algorithm is proposed and implemented.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm owns not only faster watermark image generation,but also have good sensitivity and robustness for all kinds of attacks.The proposed algorithm is more flexible in application,and it can embed more information and improve the computing speed.The method can be easily operated.国家自然科学基金资助项目(60873179);广西教育厅科研资助项目(200707LX196
