    Influence of Xiaoyao Powder on gene expression of GluR1 mRNA, GluR2 mRNA in amygdala and hippocampus in rat model of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome

    目的:探讨逍遥散治疗肝郁脾虚证的基因调节机制。方法:25只Sd雄性大鼠随机等分为5组,正常组、模型组、假手术组、α-氨基羟甲基恶唑丙酸(AMPA)组和逍遥散组。以21d慢性束缚应激方法造肝郁脾虚证模型组。假手术组、AMPA组和逍遥散组均采用21d慢性束缚联合脑部埋管微量注射方法造模,AMPA组在双侧海马CA1区埋管微量注射AMPA,逍遥散组灌服逍遥散溶液。运用rT-PCr一步法检测海马CA1区和杏仁核区AMPA受体的重要亚基glur1 MrnA和glur2 MrnA的表达变化。结果:在杏仁核区,与AMPA组比较,逍遥散组glur1MrnA和glur2 MrnA表达差异无统计学意义;在海马CA1区,与正常组比较,AMPA组glur1 MrnA和glur2MrnA表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);与AMPA组比较,逍遥散组glur1 MrnA和glur2 MrnA表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:结合前期实验,从基因表达角度,进一步推断逍遥散通过纠正杏仁核和海马AMPA受体的“兴奋-抑制“失衡,重建稳态,来治疗肝郁脾虚证。Objective:To further investigate the mechanism of gene regulation of Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome.Methods:All SD rats(n=25) were randomly divided into 5 equal groups,including the normal group,model group,sham-operation group,AMPA group and Xiaoyao Powder group.The model was established by chronic restraint for 21 days.The last 3 groups were modeled by chronic restraint for 21 days in combination with micro-injection by cerebral stereotaxis instrument.AMPA group was micro-injection with AMPA.Xiaoyao Powder group was fed with solution of Xiaoyao Powder.Results: In amygdale,compared with AMPA group,the expressions of GluR1 mRNA and GluR2 mRNA had no statistical significance in Xiaoyao Powder group.In CA1 region,compared with normal group,the expressions of GluR1 mRNA and GluR2 mRNA had no statistical significance in Xiaoyao Powder group,while had statistical significance(P<0.01,P<0.05) in AMPA group;compared with AMPA group,the expressions of GluR1 mRNA and GluR2 mRNA had statistical significance(P<0.01) in Xiaoyao Powder group.Conclusion: The regulating mechanism of Xiaoyao Powder to the expressions of subunits of hippocampus and amygdala AMPA receptor may be coincidence with that of AMPA in rat model of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome.It is deduced that Xiaoyao Powder cures liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome through correcting the disorder of 'excitation-inhibition' of hippocampus and amygdala and reconstructing the homeostasis.国家自然科学青年基金(No.61101008); 北京中医药大学自主选题项目(No.2009JYBZZ-JS006)~

    小流域土壤矿质氮与地形因子的关系及其空间变异性研究

    为掌握小流域土壤特性与地形因子的关系及其空间变异规律,采用经典统计学与地统计学相结合的方法,对黄土高原水蚀风蚀交错带小流域土壤矿质氮与地形因子的关系及其空间变异性进行了系统研究,结果表明:①硝态氮的变异程度为强变异性,铵态氮、坡度、坡向则为中等变异性,土壤类型、土地利用对矿质氮的变异程度有极显著影响;②各研究特性在采样尺度内表现出不同程度的空间依赖性,铵态氮、海拔为强烈的空间依赖性,而硝态氮、坡度及坡向则为中等的空间依赖性;③分维数与空间异质比所揭示的结果具有一致性,各变量的分维数从大到小依次为:硝态氮(1.9826)&gt;坡向(1.9767)&gt;坡度(1.9420)&gt;铵态氮(1.8791)&gt;海拔(1.7461);④硝态氮在0&deg;与90&deg;,45&deg;与135&deg;方向上具有各向同性结构,而海拔为各向异性结构,其余的研究特性则表现出微弱的各向异性;⑤海拔、铵态氮具有很强的空间自相关性,硝态氮则为空间不相关;硝态氮与铵态氮、坡度与坡向之间具有极显著的正相关性,而铵态氮与海拔、坡度与海拔之间则为显著的负相关,表明在水蚀风蚀交错带铵态氮和坡度的空间分布具有海拔梯度性

    基于光电效应原理,我们设计卫种新型脉冲激光光电子枪,它可以作为飞行时间质谱的电子碰撞电离的电离源。考察了这个电子枪产生电子束的密度与激光能量的关系,发现控制激光的能量,可以在4个量级范围内调节电子束的强度。这个电子束的脉宽与激光泊脉宽相当,电子束的电流比一般热阴极电子束高几个量级,因此电离效率很高,是飞行时间质谱仪的一个理想的电离手段。最后介绍了这电子束在惰性气体高价离子的产生方面及混合气体的分
