    本文给出了拓展基尼系数的一个等价定义,给出拓展基尼系数组群、要素分解的统一形式。对2009年我国城乡居民食品消费数据进行结构性分析,结果表明:1拓展基尼系数是不平等厌恶参数的增函数,最小值为0、最大值为1-S1/P1;2随着不平等厌恶参数的增大,各个组群或要素对不平等边际效应的方向保持相对稳定;3城镇居民在外餐饮、肉禽及制品、水产品类支出份额的增加,对食品消费不平等产生消极的边际影响。This paper promotes an equivalent definition of the extended Gini coefficient,and proposes an unite decomposition formula of the extended Gini coefficient by subgroups and factors.Applying the formula to 2009 China's food consumption data yields several interesting results as follows: ①the extended Gini coefficient is an increasing function of aversion inequality parameter,with the minimum 0 and the maximum 1-S1/p1;②with the parameter increasing,the relative marginal effects of subgroups or factors on the extended Gini coefficient have rather stable action direction;③it will has a negative effect on food expenditure inequality to increase dining out,meat,poultry and processed products,aquatic products expenditure ratio.国家社会科学基金“教育公平与效率统计测度及其关系的实证研究”(BFA090018)资助;福建省统计学重点实验室(厦门大学)的资

    The study of an effect on the motor learning of equilibrium functions in pre-school children

    We made a new apparatus, named the Balance meter, to make it clear that pre-school children show the states of equilibrium functions, which are remarkable for development of a motor nerve, the properties of this apparatus possess both the role of a measurement system and of a playmaterials. By using this, therefore, it is interested in that how balance will be performed. To investigate the problems, two similar groups of 5 subjects at four and five years of age were formed, (especialy within ± 1/2 σ in body height, weight and behaviaral attitudes, etc.) Moreover the some acquired states of equilibrium functions were measured after a week the motor learning task was over. The results obtained in this study are as follows; 1) The reliability of a new upparatus is recognized from the results which showed asignificant correlation in the case of the first time as well as the second measuremant. (r=.802) 2) The experimental groups showed rapidly improvement at the records of the Balance meter, while, the control groups were not found out some changes at the behaviaral attitudes ; we say that equilibrium functons in pre-school children is educability, trainability, and it isn\u27t unchangeability. 3) The performance process of the motor learning at five years of age is greater the effect than that at four, and females than males. From those results, we.say that in this time children have to be dealed with the methods of the level of their development

    不同生态型芦苇叶片蛋白质双向电泳系统的筛选和优化

    通过优化组合植物蛋白质提取方法及与之匹配的蛋白质裂解液,采用改进的O′Farrel 双向电泳系统,以自然生境野 生芦苇叶片为材料,筛选出一种适合纤维含量高、革质化明显的4 种不同生态型芦苇(水生芦苇、轻度盐化草甸芦苇、重度 盐化草甸芦苇、沙丘芦苇)叶片蛋白质分析的双向电泳系统,即以饱和酚- 醋酸铵/ 甲醇沉淀法提取叶片蛋白质样品,经裂解 液[8 mol/L 尿素,2 mol/L 硫脲,4% CHAPS,65 mmol/L DTT,2% Ampholine(pH3.5~10∶pH5~8 = 1∶4)] 裂解后按80 !g 上样,银染后获得背景清晰、蛋白质分辨率较高的双向电泳图谱. 该系统用于水稻等植物叶片蛋白质双向电泳分析,同样获 得较好的电泳图谱和分辨率.国家自然科学基金(30470164), 厦门大学新世纪优秀人才支持计划资助项目(NCETXMU)和福建省自然科学基金(C0410001)资助项

    海洋酸化对优势固氮蓝藻束毛藻的影响及其机理

    由人为活动排放的二氧化碳(CO2)而引起的海洋酸化,预计将影响对热带、亚热带海域的初级生产力有显著贡献的固氮浮游植物。本研究揭示了海洋酸化对优势固氮蓝藻束毛藻(Trichodesmium spp.)的生长和固氮的影响及其机理。研究表明,虽然海洋酸化中的CO2升高对束毛藻有促进效应,但酸化的整体效应为抑制其固氮和生长。究其原因,海洋酸化引起束毛藻胞质pH下降,从而降低固氮酶效率、干扰胞内pH稳态、影响细胞产能。在铁限制条件下,由于有限的铁难以满足束毛藻响应海洋酸化胁迫所做出的生理响应,因而铁限制加剧了海洋酸化对束毛藻的负面影响
