    在人工气候室水培条件下,选用3个不同抗旱类型的冬小麦品种,研究了水分胁迫对冬小麦幼苗叶绿素荧光参数的影响.结果表明:水分胁迫下,冬小麦幼苗可变荧光 Fv 、最大荧光 Fm 、可变荧光与最大荧光比 Fv/Fm 、可变荧光与初始荧光比 Fv/Fo 、光化学淬灭系数 qP 均降低;而初始荧光 Fo 与非光化学淬灭系数 qNP 则升高,说明光系统 PS 受到了伤害,使得PS 原初光能转换效率 Fv/Fm 、PS 潜在活性 Fv/Fo 降低;光合电子传递、光合原初反应过程受到抑制,起光保护作用的热耗散提高.但水分胁迫下品种间各参数变化幅度不同.除qNP外,其余各参数均为抗旱性越强降低幅度越小,而qNP则升高幅度越大.说明水分胁迫对冬小麦幼苗叶绿素荧光参数的影响与其抗旱性密切相关

    实验用携带质粒pAM194/TI的根癌农杆菌LBA4404转化烟草,通过筛选,共获得35株卡那霉素抗性苗.GUS组织染色、PCR检测及抗虫试验表明胰蛋白酶抑制剂抗虫基因已经成功地整合进再生植株染色体基因组中,有些已正确表达.A sweet potato trypsin inhibitor(TI) gene was introduced into tobacco plants(Nicotiana tabaccu)by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated leaf disc transformation.By plant tissue culturing and differentiation induction,35 kanamycin-resistant tobacco plant individuals were selected.GUS expression test and PCR amplification analysis showed that GUS reported gene and TI gene were successfully integrated into genome of all 35 independent kanamycin-resistant tobacco plant individuals and were normally expressed.In insecticidal bioassays of TI-transgenic tobacco plants,larval,the tobacco cutworm,was severely retarded while the control plants were vulnerable to it.This observation implied that Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation and expression of sweet potato trypsin inhibitor can provide an efficient method for tobacco crop protection and production.福建省科技项目(99 Z 105)资

    采用1-MCP对油桃进行处理,于果顶和赤道两个部位取样,研究其对1-MCP的响应及对常温(25℃)货架品质的影响。结果表明,1-MCP处理可有效抑制油桃果实的软化,特别是延缓果顶部位的软化,降低其呼吸强度、VC含量、纤维素酶、多聚半乳糖醛酸酶活性,提高果实还原糖和可滴定酸含量,但对可溶性固形物含量、色差、果胶含量、果胶甲酯酶活性无显著影响

    以葡萄糖为碳源,研究不同浓度对微生物燃料电池产电性能的影响。结果表明:葡萄糖的较佳浓度范围为0.5~4.0g/L,启动时间3~6d,运行稳定,且持续时间长,葡萄糖浓度为0.5g/L的MFC的电动势为0.75V,电池内阻为47.8?,最大体积功率为5.3W/m~3;浓度为1.0g/L的MFC的电动势为0.71V,内阻为56?,最大功率密度4.0W/m~3;浓度为2. 0g/L的MFC的电动势为0.70V,内阻为86?,最大功率密度为2.67W/m~3;浓度为4.0g/L的MFC的电动势为0.64V,内阻为99?,功率密度2.25W/m~3

    泊江海子流域土壤重金属分布与生态风险探讨

    以泊江海子流域的土壤为对象,采集表层土样54份,对7种重金属(Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Ni、Hg、As)含量进行了分析,利用Arc GIS 10.1获取各重金属在该流域空间分布特征,运用单因子法、综合污染指数法及Hakanson潜在生态危害指数法对研究区的土壤质量及重金属潜在生态危害程度进行评价。结果表明,土样中7种重金属含量平均值从高到低依次为Zn(79.60 mg/kg)、Cr(56.40 mg/kg)、Ni(12.89 mg/kg)、As(12.48 mg/kg)、Cu(8.34 mg/kg)、Pb(6.60 mg/kg)、Hg(0.03 mg/kg),均达到了国家土壤环境质量标准(GB15618-1995)一级标准,其中Zn、Cr、Pb含量均值高于内蒙古土壤背景值,Ni、As、Cu含量低于内蒙古土壤背景值;7种重金属空间变异系数均达到中等变异程度;土壤各重金属元素的单因子指数均值从大到小依次为As、Zn、Cr、Ni、Cu、Hg、Pb,综合污染指数平均值为0.95,说明整个研究区土壤为尚清洁状态;相对于标准,约1/3土壤存在轻微以上污染,Zn含量的高低是影响土壤环境质量的主导因素;Hg、As为综合潜在生态风险主要贡献元素,综合潜在生态风险指数RI均值为85.98,该流域处于轻微生态危害等级
