    在人类对图像的理解过程中,认知结果是由人脑形象思维活动得到的.模仿人脑从形象思维角度,本文提出了一种图像特征提取方法,设计了一种图像检索算法.把每幅图像都映射为高维特征矢量(每个矢量都被看作是高维特征空间中的一个点),计算高维特征空间中点与点的距离判别函数即可得到图像之间的关系.与其他检索算法比较,实验结果表明该方法在检索效率和检索速度具有优越性

    应用RT RAPD技术 ,以 6bp随机引物反转录双孢蘑菇 (Agaricusbisporus) 0 2菌株常温培养和高温诱导菌丝体的总RNA ,10bp随机引物PCR扩增 ,得到几个高温诱导差异片段 ,对OPU13引物的差异片段 0 2U13克隆并测序 ,发现该片段可能编码tRNAVal(密码子GUC)基因 .推测GUC可能是稀有密码子 ,在某些耐温基因中出现频率较高 .识别该稀有密码子的tRNAVal在常温条件下不表达或表达量很少 ,而在高温诱导下引发一定的调控机制促使它们大量的合成 ,进一步引发相关的耐温基因表达Using the RT-RAPD method, total RNA was reverse-transcripted with 6 bp random primer, then cDNA was amplified by PCR with 10 bp random primer. Several related thermotolerance DNA fragments of strain 02 were obtained. The fragment 02U13 with OPU13 random primer was cloned and sequenced . It is found that 02U13 is probable a gene fragment of tRNA Val. GUC may be a rare codon, and it is abundant in some related themotolerance genes. The gene of tRNA Val for GUC is silence or low activity at normal temperature.     分布式、异构科学数据的整合集成与"一站式"共享服务是科学数据共享的关键和难点。首先,提出"创建地球系统科学数据共享联盟,共建、共享"的分散数据资源整合理念和按"总中心—分中心—数据资源点"三个层次的整合架构,然后,在组织模式上保障分布式数据资源的有效整合。即通过"元数据集中管理,数据体分散存储"的策略,从技术上保障分布式数据资源的快速整合。针对地球系统科学不同学科数据资源的特性,设计了地球系统科学数据核心元数据标准及扩展方案,利用MVC(元数据标准模型—显示视图—操作函数)模式实现多标准地学元数据的统一管理和自适应显示。最终,研究面向SOA的分布式地球系统科学数据共享平台,通过"一个总中心,认证中心和若干个分中心",形成物理上分布、逻辑上统一的分布式服务网络,从而为用户提供"一站式"的数据共享服务

    湖北后河国家级自然保护区,地处华中腹地,属武陵山东段余脉的一部分山地。该区域生物多样性高,但近15年来未对该地区的自然资源进行过全面调查。为深入了解该区域野生动物多样性现状及其变化,于2012年7月29日至2014年1月8日,在后河自然保护区设置红外相机监测位点53个,对保护区内的兽类和鸟类进行调查。红外相机共拍到鸟兽的独立有效照片1 963张。经鉴定,可以辨认的兽类共计4目12科19种;鸟类共计4目7科29种。在兽类中,野猪(Sus scrofa),毛冠鹿(Elaphodus cephalophus),中华斑羚(Naemorhedus griseus)的相对丰富度指数较高;在鸟类中,红腹锦鸡(Chrysolophus pictus),红腹角雉(Tragopan temminckii)的相对丰富度指数较高。其中,黑熊(Ursus thibetanus),猕猴(Macaca mulatta),中华鬣羚(Capricornis milneedwardsii),中华斑羚,红腹锦鸡,红腹角雉,松雀鹰(Accipiter virgatus)等为国家Ⅱ级重点保护动物;红腿长吻松鼠(Dremomys pyrrhomerus),岩松鼠(Sciurotamias davidianus),小麂(Muntiacus reevesi),宝兴歌鸫(Turdus mupinensis),棕噪鹛(Garrulax poecilorhynchus),橙翅噪鹛(Garrulax elliotii)等为中国特有种。本文为今后后河自然保护区野生动物组成、种群动态、活动节律、生境利用、保育等长期监测工作以及后续科学研究建立基础

    Key Project of Program of Science and Technology of Fujian Province of China [MKJ 2008-59]Donor-reactive memory T (Tm) cells undermine transplanted organs more readily than naive T cells. Rapamycin (RAPA) and tacrolimus (FK-506) are current mainstay immunosuppressants used for preventing acute allograft rejection. Although their efficacy in suppressing naive T cell is established, their suppressing effect on memory T cells is undefined. This study was conducted to investigate the inhibiting capability of RAPA or FK-506 against transferred alloreactive CD4(+) Tm, cells in a mouse cardiac transplant model. We found that these drugs alone prolonged the median survival time (MST) of allograft from 5 days to 9 days in recipient mice with CD4(+) Tm infusion (P < 0.01), which however was not significantly longer than that (8 days) in untreated recipient mice without CD4(+) Tm infusion (naive control). Mean histologic rank of rejection activity in section of cardiac allograft on day 5 postgrafting was Grade 4 in the Tm control recipients versus Grade 3A in both of the immunosuppressant treatment recipients with CD4(+) Tm infusion. RAPA or FK-506 alone failed to completely suppress proliferation and differentiation of the alloreactive CD4(+) Tm, which was confirmed by in vitro mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) and by flow cytometry (FCM) of the splenocytes for detecting CD44(high)CD62L(-) effector/memory as well as CD69(+)/CD25(+) activation phenotype cells from the respective recipients. Furthermore, the agent alone didn't completely inhibit the activation of CD4(+) Tm, for serum level of IFN-gamma and its gene expression at the cardiac allograft from the immunosuppressant-treated recipients were as still high as the untreated naive control. Thus, RAPA or FK-506 alone couldn't completely suppress the proliferation and activation of the alloantigen-primed CD4(+) Tm cells responding to the alloantigen, indicating that alloreactive CD4(+) Tm was insensitive to these immunosuppressants. The characteristics of alloreactive CD4(+) Tm to resist immunosuppressants and its potency to initiate quick and vigorous rejection despite treatment with the immunosuppressant make it to be a critical barrier to prolongation of allograft survival and induction of transplant tolerance.
