    Detection of incoherent broadband terahertz light using antenna-coupled high-electron-mobility field-effect transistors

    The sensitivity of direct terahertz detectors based on self-mixing of terahertz electromagnetic wave in field-effect transistors is being improved with noise-equivalent power close to that of Schottky-barrier-diode detectors. Here we report such detectors based on AlGaN/GaN two-dimensional electron gas at 77~K are able to sense broadband and incoherent terahertz radiation. The measured photocurrent as a function of the gate voltage agrees well with the self-mixing model and the spectral response is mainly determined by the antenna. A Fourier-transform spectrometer equipped with detectors designed for 340, 650 and 900~GHz bands allows for terahertz spectroscopy in a frequency range from 0.1 to 2.0~THz. The 900~GHz detector at 77~K offers an optical sensitivity about 1 pW/Hz1~\mathrm{pW/\sqrt{Hz}} being comparable to a commercial silicon bolometer at 4.2~K. By further improving the sensitivity, room-temperature detectors would find applications in active/passive terahertz imaging and terahertz spectroscopy.Comment: 4.5 pages, 5 figure

    随着计算机、手机和平板电脑的迅速发展,网络平台的运用和涉及的范围越来越广泛,信息技术应用于现代教学中是-种必然的趋势.文章讨论网络平台和信息技术在现代教学中的运用,以“慕课”和课堂教学混合模式为例,展开讨论网络平台和信息技术在国内高校课堂教育中发挥的作用,对比慕课在线课程和传统课堂优劣,探究如何有效运用慕课在线学习平台和信息技术进行教学活动设计,开展混合教学,提高课堂教学质量.With the rapid development of computer, mobile phone and tablet PCs, the use and the cov-erage scope of network platform are becoming more and more widely. It becomes an inevitable trend to apply the computer information technology into the modem teaching. This paper discusses the application of network platform and information technology in teaching and takes the blended mode of MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) and traditional teaching as an example to discuss the role of the network platform and information technology played in the classroom education of domestic universities.     Direct secretory expression of active microbial transglutaminase in Pichia pastoris

    使用异源表达系统直接分泌表达具有活性的微生物谷氨酰胺转氨酶(MICrObIAl TrAnSgluTAMInASE,MTg)是目前最具前景的MTg生产方法之一,但由于产量较低无法实现工业化生产。毕赤酵母是近年来发展出的高效蛋白表达系统。通过采用PrO序列与成熟MTg基因共表达的策略,成功地实现了用重组毕赤酵母分泌表达具有活性的茂原链霉菌STrEPTOMyCES MObArAEnSE MTg。进一步通过对PrO序列和MTg基因拷贝数以及重组酵母培养条件的优化,最终使得MTg在1 l发酵罐中高密度发酵的酶活达到7.3 u/Ml,为MTg的工业化生产奠定了基础。Direct secretory expression of active microbial transglutaminase(MTG) using heterologous hosts is a promising strategy,although its production level still needs to be improved for industrial production.Pichia pastoris is one of the most efficient expression systems developed in recent years.In this study,secretory expression of active MTG was successfully achieved by co-expressing the pro sequence and mature MTG genes in P.pastoris.Furthermore,we optimized the copy number of pro/MTG expression cassettes and the fermentation conditions.MTG production level reached 7.3 U/mL in 1-liter fermentor through high density fermentation,providing the feasiblity for industrial scale preparation of MTG.国家自然科学基金(No.31000026); 中国科学院“知识创新”工程重要方向项目(No.KSCX2-EW-G-15-03)资助~

    Mixed Stabilization of Linear Uncertain Systems with Input Constrains and Time Delay

    针对一类不确定线性时滞系统,同时考虑其暂态性能和稳态性能,提出了混合稳定的概念和控制策略,使得闭环系统在满足输入约束条件下,在给定的时间区间内有; 限时间稳定,在无穷时间区间上渐近稳定.将混合稳定控制问题转化为线性矩阵不等式(LMI)约束非凸优化具有可行解问题.通过锥补线性化算法求解状态反馈; 控制器使得闭环系统混合稳定.最后,通过一个无人机仿真来验证控制器设计方法的有效性.For the purpose of aiming at a class of linear uncertain time-delay; systems,the concept of mixed stabilization and control strategy are; given under the consideration of the transient and steady; performance.The closed-loop system obtained yields the finitetime; stability within a given time interval, meanwhile it also yields an; asymptotic stability in the sense of Lyapunov.Then the control problem; can be transformed into a feasible problem of non-convex optimization; with linear matrix inequality constraints. Moreover, the cone; complementarity linearization algorithm is used to obtain a state; feedback controller.     基于ANSYS Workbench的某型车载雷达回转支承接触疲劳寿命研究

    针对某型车载雷达作动装置中回转支承的失效问题,根据回转支承结构特征和使用工况,研究其使用寿命,得到了一种基于有限元方法的回转支承寿命预测方法。利用ANSYS Workbench对简化后的回转支承三维模型进行分析,得到回转支承内、外圈滚道和滚动体的接触应力以及其疲劳寿命,提高了计算效率。将有限元方法计算结果与基于Hertz接触理论的计算结果以及实际工作情况进行比较,验证了有限元方法的准确性
