Researches on the Influences of the Current "Shortage of Laborers" and its Countermeasures

“民工荒”的形成是多种因素综合作用的结果。从“民工潮”到“民工荒”,是市场经济对劳动力资源的重新配置,在一定程度上反映了农民自主性的增强,符合我国社会经济的发展方向。要有效地解决“民工荒”问题,政府和企业还有很多事要做。The form of "the shortage of labors" is the result of all kinds of comprehensive factors.From "the wave of laborers" to "the shortage of laborers",the reallocation of labor resources in market-based economy, to some extent,reflects the increase of farmers' autonomy,which is in accord with our socialist economical development.Government should take effective measures to solve the problems of labor shortage

洱海流域水生态分区

分区边界的确定是生态分区的重要步骤,但目前多数水生态分区的边界确定以定性分析、专家判断为主。本研究以洱海流域为例,建立了一套两级分区体系。该体系基于GIS技术,用子流域作为分区基本单元,并用相关分析法,定量筛选一、二级分区指标。其中,一级分区指标为高程、坡度和植被归一化指数(NDVI),二级分区指标为农田百分比和城镇百分比。通过指标图层的叠加和重分类,合并同质性子流域,从而将洱海流域划分为5个一级区和9个二级区。藻类群落分布的验证结果表明分区合理。本研究将定量分析和子流域边界应用于水生态分区,使分区边界的确定更科学,在实际管理中更具有可操作性。本研究结果为水生态分区研究提供了新的方法,为洱海流域水生态管理提供了基本管理单元

构建多层次的投融资体系是实现科技园区可持续发展的重要前提和保障。海外科技园区的融资体系比较完备,并且投资的重点主要集中在园内企业,而国内科技园区融资体系建设的侧重点则是载体开发融资体系和区内企业融资体系并重。在借鉴海外科技园区发展经验的基础上,未来国内科技园区融资体系建设的重点应是:建立政府激励机制促进资本流动;逐步克服园区中小企业在贷款上的制度障碍;创造有利于园区企业发展的风险投资机制;推动园区企业走向国际资本市场;探索利用非正规金融手段和区域性资本交易市场

Discussion on the Reform and Innovation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Teaching from the Perspective of Development Situation

本文从针灸的发展现状及教学现状就目前针灸教学存在的问题进行探讨,通过查阅知网、万方、维普等网站相关主题的期刊,整理、归纳、分析导向问题,结合针灸教学过程中现存的实际问题,与教学同仁总结、探讨教学心得,注重与学生的沟通交流,总结学生对针灸教学的可行建设性意见,将理论与实际相结合,旨在改革针灸教育教学,更好地传承、发展针灸学。对此,笔者认为问题主要存在于针灸内容、教学模式、学生兴趣、教师水平等方面,并针对这些问题提出了对应的改革建议。In this paper, the development status and the current teaching situation of acupuncture teaching were discussed. THrough consulting CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and other sites related theme journals, finishing, induction and analysis oriented problems were car-ried out, combined with the actual problems existing in the teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion process, the teaching experience and teaching staff were summarized and explored, and pay attention to the communication of the students, the feasible suggestions for acupuncture teaching was summed up, combining theory and practice, in order to reform the education and teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion, better inheritance, development of acupuncture and moxibustion.
