    A Study of Shengsheng in YiQieJingYinYi by HuiLin

    《慧琳音義》作為一部集大成之作,以它極具價值而又豐富的材料被學界廣泛應用。以往針對《慧琳音義》的研究主要集中在反切、詞源、俗字、辭書編撰等方面,本文則以《慧琳音義》的省聲字作為材料來源,摘錄其中的省聲條目並進行分類比較,從引《說文解字》與徐鉉所著《說文解字》的異同比較、引其他文獻材料、慧琳自述的省聲三大方面展開論述,以文字構型為主,音韻、訓詁材料為輔對省聲字進行舉例解析。 我們認為“省聲”的判定不應局限於是否有不省之形,其他文字演變規律如獨立成字演變為偏旁、文字部件的字形演變等有充分理據的字例均應釋為省聲。產生省聲誤釋主要有七個方面的原因:1、因字形演變出現差異而產生的省聲,如“度,庶省聲”...“Huilinyinyi”, which is widely used in academic circles for its valuable and rich content.     Expression of organophosphorus-degradation gene(opd) in aggregating and non-aggregating filamentous nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria

    Genetic engineering in filamentous N2-fixing cyanobacteria usually involves Anabaena sp.PCC 7120 and several other non-aggregating species.Mass culture and harvest of such species are more energy consuming relative to aggregating species.To establish a gene transfer system for aggregating species,we tested many species of Anabaena and Nostoc,and identified Nostoc muscorum FACHB244 as a species that can be genetically manipulated using the conjugative gene transfer system.To promote biodegradation of organophosphorus pollutants in aquatic environments,we introduced a plasmid containing the organophosphorus-degradation gene(opd) into Anabaena sp.PCC 7120 and Nostoc muscorum FACHB244 by conjugation.The opd gene was driven by a strong promoter,PpsbA.From both species,we obtained transgenic strains having organophosphorus-degradation activities.At 25°C,the whole-cell activities of the transgenic Anabaena and Nostoc strains were 0.163±0.001 and 0.289±0.042 unit/μg Chl a,respectively.However,most colonies resulting from the gene transfer showed no activity.PCR and DNA sequencing revealed deletions or rearrangements in the plasmid in some of the colonies.Expression of the green fluorescent protein gene from the same promoter in Anabaena sp.PCC 7120 showed similar results.These results suggest that there is the potential to promote the degradation of organophosphorus pollutants with transgenic cyanobacteria and that selection of high-expression transgenic colonies is important for genetic engineering of Anabaena and Nostoc species.For the first time,we established a gene transfer and expression system in an aggregating filamentous N2-fixing cyanobacterium.The genetic manipulation system of Nostoc muscorum FACHB244 could be utilized in the elimination of pollutants and large-scale production of valuable proteins or metabolites

    本研究では、自動車産業におけるグローバル競争の激化の中、完成車メーカーに比べて相対的に資源が不足している日本自動車部品メーカーが如何にして、完成車メーカーの海外進出ペースに応じて、日本的生産システムの効率的な海外移転をするかという課題に注目している。これまでのほとんどの既存研究がシステム移転の全過程を見渡すことと違って、生産工場の準備段階におけるハード的なシステムに焦点を当て、「日本的生産システムの特徴が組み込まれている日本的「FA」システムを、生産準備段階におけるハード的なシステムの標準化を図る形で移転する」という方法を提示した。トヨタ部品メーカーA社の事例を取り上げて、A社における日本的「FA」システムと日本的生産システムに対する各構成要素の機能分析を通じて、その有効性を明らかにした。この方法によって、多発的な海外拠点におけるハード的なシステムに対する全過程の設計・製作といった作業を修正だけですむというように、設計・工事工数の削減を図ることを通じて、人材節約と生産準備リードタイムの短縮の実現が図られ、日本的生産システムの効率的な海外移転の実現につながると考えられる。またその実用性もA社の中国現地法人K社に対する考察によって、部分検証した

    Clinical effect of damage-control orthopedics in the treatment of severe pelvic fracture

    目的探讨骨科损伤控制(dCO)治疗严重骨盆骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2010年1月~2014年1月收治的201例严重骨盆骨折患者临床资料,其中采用dCO治疗的患者为试验组(n=104),未采用dCO治疗的患者为对照组(n=97),观察两组的院内死亡率、手术时间、术中失血量、术中输液总量、术后并发症发生率和6 H乳酸清除率。结果试验组、对照组分别有7例(6.7%)和22例(22.7%)死亡,死亡原因均为失血性休克和多器官功能不全综合征,两组院内死亡率比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。试验组的手术时间显著短于对照组[(55.7±11.2)MIn VS(121.5±21.3)MIn,P=0.012);试验组的术中出血量、术中输液总量均显著少于对照组[(250.3±54.3)Ml VS(612.5±56.7)Ml,(4613.9±1135.4)Ml VS(8821.3±2030.4)Ml,P=0.008、0.006)]。试验组、对照组术后并发症发生率分别为17.3%和24.7%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.262)。试验组的急性呼吸窘迫综合征发生率显著低于对照组(P=0.038)。试验组、对照组术后6 H乳酸清除率分别为21.3%和11.2%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。结论 dCO有助于提高严重骨盆骨折患者的生存率、降低急性呼吸窘迫综合征发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of damage-control orthopedics(DCO) in the treatment of severe pelvic fracture.Methods Clinical data from 201 patients with severe pelvic fracture from January 2010 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients applied DCO was classified into experimental group(n=104),and those who didn′t were categorized into control group(n=97).The hospital mortality,operative time,intraoperative amount of bleeding,intraoperative amount of transfusion,incidence rate of postoperative complication,and lactate clearance rate of 6-hour in two groups was observed respectively.Results There were 7(6.7%) and 22(22.7%) dead cases in experimental group and control group And the causes of death were hemorrhagic shock and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.The hospital mortality between two groups displayed a statistical difference(P =0.003).The operative time in experimental group[(55.7±11.2) min] was obviously shorter than that in control group [(121.5±21.3) min](P=0.012).In experimental group,the intraoperative amount of bleeding and amount of transfusion during surgery [(250.3 ±54.3) ml and(4613.9±1135.4)ml] in control group,and it was(612.5±56.7) ml and(8821.3±2030.4) ml respectively.After comparison,the two indexes in experimental group was obviously less than that in control group(P=0.00,0.006).The incidence rate of postoperative complication in experimental group and control group was 17.3% and 24.7% respectively,which didn′t display a statistical difference(P=0.262).The incidence rate of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) in experimental group was obviously lower than that in control group(P=0.038).The lactate clearance rate of 6-hour after surgery was 21.3% and11.2% in the experimental group and control group with a statistical difference(P=0.004).Conclusion DCO is beneficial to improve the survival rate of patients with severe pelvic fracture and reduce the incidence of ARDS

    An Empirical Analysis on the Measurement of Ecological Efficiency and Its Influencing Factors in the First Demonstration Area of Ecological Civilization in Fujian Province

    运用DEA模型测算出福建省9地市2006-2014年的生态效率,并进一步分解其技术效率指数、技术进步指数、纯技术进步指数和规模效率指数,结果表明:福州、厦门、莆田、宁德生态效率为1.000,达到最优状态;三明、泉州、龙岩3个地市通过短期改善可以达到最优状态;南平、漳州市生态效率为0.889和0.881,低于平均水平,有较大的提升空间。借助Tobit模型对影响福建生态文明先行示范区生态效率的因素进行回归分析得出:人均生产总值、环境管制、技术进步和地区分布对生态效率有显著性影响,最后根据研究结论有针对性的提出促进福建生态文明先行示范区生态效率提升的对策建议。Based on the DEA model to calculate the eco efficiency of 9 cities in Fujian province 2006-2014, and then further decomposes its technical efficiency index, technology progress index, pure technical progress index and scale efficiency index. The results showed that: Fuzhou, Xiamen, Putian, Ningde's eco efficiency is 1.000, reach the optimum state; Sanming, Quanzhou, Longyan City could reach the optimum state through short-term improvement; Nanping and Zhangzhou City's eco efficiency is 0.889 and 0.881, which below average, have great room for improvement. Through factors regression analysis of ecological civilization in Fujian first demonstration area eco efficiency by Tobit model, the paper found that: per capita GDP, environmental regulation, technology progress and regional distribution have significant impact on eco efficiency.     戊型肝炎病毒衣壳蛋白特异性人源单克隆抗体的筛选与鉴定

    目的:建立从外周血快速筛选戊型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis E virus,HEV)衣壳蛋白特异性人源抗体的方法,从疫苗免疫者外周血中筛选出相应抗体并进行鉴定。方法:采用分选型流式细胞仪获得外周血中HEV衣壳蛋白特异性的记忆B细胞,通过单细胞RT-PCR的方法获得抗体序列,并进行重组表达,最后对获得的人源单克隆抗体进行初步性质鉴定。结果:成功筛选到识别HEV衣壳蛋白的6株人源单克隆抗体,6株抗体均具有抗原结合活性,4株抗体具有中和活性。结论:成功获得HEV衣壳蛋白特异性人源单克隆抗体序列,并进行真核表达,对抗体的性质进行初步鉴定,为后期研究疫苗免疫的人体内的抗体演化打下基础。国家自然科学基金(No.81571996);;福建省自然科学基金(No.2016J05201)资

    Theoretical Study on Intramolecular Proton Transfer Reaction in 2-(2-Mercaptophenyl)benzoxazole

    在b3lyP/6-31g(d,P)水平上研究了2-(2-巯苯基)苯并噁唑气态中五种异构体(E1,E2,E3,E4和k)在气态中的稳定性及其在基态下的质子转移,同时结合极化连续介质模型(PCM)研究了水、二甲亚砜、乙腈、乙醇、苯胺和环己烷等对2-(2-巯苯基)苯并噁唑溶剂化作用的影响.研究结果表明,醇式异构体E1为2-(2-巯苯基)苯并噁唑的优势构型;在E1向k(酮式异构体)转变过程中,存在一个较小的能垒;当考虑零点振动能(zPVE)后,逆向能垒消失.在溶液中,随着溶剂极性的增强,醇式异构体E1与k之间的反应平衡向k方向移动,在非极性溶剂环己烷中,E1为优势构型,而在强极性水溶液中,k为优势构型。The tautomers(E1,E2,E3,E4,and K) and the ground state intramolecular proton transfer reaction of 2-(2-mercaptophenyl)benzoxazole were studied at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level.The effect of solvent(water,dimethylsulfoxide,acetonitrile,ethanol,aniline,and cyclohexane) was studied at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level,using the polarizable continuum model.The results of density functional calculations indicate that the enol form E1 is the most stable tautomer at the ground state.In these solvents there is an equilibrium for 2-(2-mercaptophenyl)benzoxazole in the ground state between E1 and K,and the equilibrium shifts toward the tautomer K as the polarity of the solvent increases.E1 is the preferential conformation in cyclohexane,but K is the more stable tautomer in water.国家自然科学基金(Nos.20772027;20803020);973子课题(No.2003CB716005);中国博士后科学基金(No.20070410805)资助项

    Optimization of degrease process during extracting collagen from sea-fish scales

    研究了鱼鳞胶原蛋白提取过程中的脱脂工艺条件。采用l9(33)正交实验,考察了碱浓度、温度、时间等因素对鱼鳞脱脂工艺的影响,并使用离子色谱检测了脱脂溶液中羟脯氨酸的含量,以考察各种条件对鱼鳞胶原蛋白在脱脂工艺过程中溶出的影响。确定了鱼鳞胶原蛋白提取过程中的脱脂优化工艺,即温度18℃,碱浓度0.5MOl/l,时间8H。放大实验至原料2kg,得脱脂率为92%,适合规模化生产。Degreasation process during collagen extraction from sea-fish scales was explored.The effect of base concentration,temperature and time on degreasing were investigated with the orthogonal method.Ion chromatography was applied to observe the effects of factors on the dissolution of collagen from scales while degreasing.The optimum parameters were:temperature 18℃,base concentration 0.5mol/L and degreasing time 8h.The process was carried out at large scale well with degrease rate at 92%,which indicated that the process could be performed for plant-scale production.国家海洋局第三海洋研究所科研基本业务费(海三科2009006);国家科技支撑计划(2007BAB26B03
